Fantastic experience: The only dentist I’ve ever felt compelled to review—the experience was THAT good. The staff were friendly and competent, the team took the time to carefully explain everything to me so I truly know what’s going on with my dental health, listened to my needs, and came up with a reasonable plan. The dental care is also some of the most precise I’ve ever received, with every nanometer of tooth inspected and cared for, truly impressive. Oh yeah, the facility is also beautiful and very calming. Give them a try!!

The staff is super welcoming and the office is beautiful, incredibly clean and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. My hygienist, Jacque, was fantastic - quick but thorough, gentle and made the appointment feel like a breeze. Dr. Kim is the best dentist and I have been seeing her for years. She is always kind, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, it was a super positive experience and I couldn't recommend the office more.

Fantastic experience: It’s hard to describe the heights this practice reaches, not only in the dental experience but for experiences in general. Seriously, though, it’s just a dental office, right? How good can it be? Well, so good, I’m compelled to write this review as it’s the only way I can think to thank them properly. From pre-visit communications to the warm staff that treats you like an old friend, to their timely appointments and follow-ups, every aspect is exceptional, and that’s not even going into the thorough in-office care. It’s a strange feeling, but they make you feel like your time is more important than theirs. Never was I waiting, never was I not receiving care. Dr. Britt spent calm, relaxed time with me and only left because I had to go. That’s right. I ended the appointment. I initially balked at the two-hour first appointment, but it flew by. However, this is not an old-fashioned, old-timey dentist evoking the care of a bygone era.They are on the cutting edge of technology, with gleaming spacious offices combined with sparkling equipment and an effortless chairside charisma. They are like the five-star restaurant, luxury hotel, and first-class international flight of dentistry. I truly feel lucky to be their patient and to have experienced a business that not only exceeds all expectations in the medical field but also sets the bar for all businesses, period. It’s inspiring that such excellence exists, and I sincerely doubt there is a better dental practice in America. I can’t wait until my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Update: After posting this review Dr. Britt personally reached out and apologized for the communication slip up. He went above and beyond to offer me amazing care and support in helping me find exceptional dental care, even though it might not be with their office (dependent on costs that come back). The experience at the office was the most thorough and considerate care I have received from a dentist/hygienist. I can tell this group strives to deliver the absolute best care to any who come seeking help. All I'll say as a caution is just be prepared to wait up to 3 months or more to be seen, but that is true of most good places in Boulder. Never got to my first patient appointment. Wait 4.5 months to be told my insurance no longer listed them as in-network - despite that they knew that for 3.5 months before passing that along to me. Was told the max out of pocket would be $500 for my new patient appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Britt and his entire staff do excellent work. My visit today (3/22/23) was for cleaning and annual x-rays/exam. Hygienist Liz did her usual marvelous job but this was likely the last time I'll see her in the office -- she's retiring. However, she assured me that my mouth will be in good hands (couldn't resist) and I'm sure that will be the case. It's obvious that Dr. Britt sets the bar pretty high with his hires!

Dr. David and the entire staff are friendly and professional. They're great at explaining what they're doing, why, and discussing results in as much detail as you'd like as the patient. I am happy with the balance struck between (and my education on) tracking issues for follow-up vs. immediate work. I didn't feel pushed into anything and am very happy with the results. When a proposed work item wasn't covered by my insurance, the office worked with my insurance to relabel it in a way that's covered - I didn't have to do anything!

Positive experience: This is a wonderful dental practice! I was referred to Dr. Britt after a couple of years of extremely challenging dental appointments regarding severe periodontal disease. He assessed my situation very thoroughly and suggested good options that were much less aggressive than others I had heard. He stayed late to answer all my questions and was extremely considerate and calming. I trusted him implicitly! I have been back a couple of times for cleanings. Always positive friendly staff. My last cleaning did not seem as thorough, and we were short on time to measure pockets… Something that is critically important to me as I manage periodontal disease. I’m hopeful for a more thorough exam at my next visit there. They work really hard to do professional exemplary work.

Fantastic experience: Boulder Dentistry Co. considered everything when it comes to providing client care: In the big things like the sun lit and soothing ambiance, accommodating staff, and up-to-date technology and in the small things like having a welcome sign with your name on it when you enter the room. I was pleasantly surprised at how my dread and anxiety disapated as the team provided an depth analysis and plan of the work that needs to be done while considering how they can address my anxiety in both pharmacological and no pharmacological ways. So impressed and grateful a co-worker recommended this gem. I plan to do the same.

My all previous dentists suggested me lots of treatment plans which I wasn’t ready to do. It turned out I really didn’t have that aggressive issues for such treatment plans. And the doctor’s diagnosis of my teeth sounded pretty accurate to me. I am not a doctor, I am an Engineer. I always do my research. So I definitely am switching my dentist and recommend him 100%.

The level of care I received from Nick, Dr. Rivera and even the front office staff was outstanding. The music, atmosphere was different than other dentists offices - I loved it. I get such anxiety over going to the dentist but this office, my doctor, and the entire staff made me feel at ease. It was a beautiful, welcoming lobby so as soon as you walk through the door there is a sense that you will be well taken care of. The level of service and attention was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. I had to have a crown replaced as mine (from a different office) had fallen out. An acute emergency needing urgent attention arose while my regular practitioner was away and this is where I was referred. Being just a visitor and not one of their regular patients I had some anxiety and didn’t know what to expect, but all my nerves calmed as soon as I arrived. I was welcomed in that day with so much kindness and compassion by all the staff. I was very well cared for by both Doctors Britt and Rivera along with hygienist Anastasia who worked me into their already busy schedules. Positive experience: It felt like a chaotic visit with 3 different hygienists doing 3 different things with varying degrees of skill. And prices have gone up since my last visit. David Britt is a fine dentist, but the hygienists on staff seem new and inexperienced. Not sure I am going back

The office is open and bright and they have up to date technology that I’ve never seen before that was super cool. They also have tvs on the ceiling! The dentist and staff were super friendly. Dentist didn’t even lower the chair low enough to rub his crotch in my face like all the other ones do (what is up with that). I’m so happy I found a modern dentist - can’t believe so many other ones are so outdated and stuffy and awful.

Fantastic experience: I like this place a lot! They've helped me through some of my hardest teeth problems (cracked molar, minorly chipped front tooth, and a few cavities). Both Dr. Britt and Dr. Rivera communicate super clearly and were no harder than was necessary around spots on my teeth that were sensitive. Very appreciative of them.

My experiences with other dentists has caused me to be a bit of a "Nervous Nellie" but Dr. Britt is truly the best dentist I've ever worked with. Not only is he very kind but his work is exceptional. And I've given him some tough dental situations to fix :) I had a problem tooth yesterday and the discomfort was starting to ramp up. I knew his schedule would be full but I was leaving town and couldn't wait for an appointment. So... I showed up unannounced with no appointment hoping for the best. Not only did the ladies at the front desk NOT shame me or turn me away but they let me know they totally understood and they got me in right away to see Dr. Britt. He got me taken care of and put my mind at ease that everything should be fine. I totally trust this guy. He's the real deal.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr Rivera and the rest of the team. They got me in same day as a new patient for urgent dental work. My impression of the team is that they are skilled, efficient, effectively communicate with patients, and have a positive attitude.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rivera did my filling today- she was so easy to talk with and made the appointment quick and painless. Gabby was the assistant - she was so friendly! Bethany was warm and kind when she checked me in. Everybody was so friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend!
