Experiencia fantástica: I REALLY love the staff here. I feel like I'm visiting old friends-I just happen to be a patient. Dr and all of his associates keep it real about my treatment and progress, too.

Experiencia negativa: Left extremely disappointed in their administration/ process. I was referred by my pediatric dentist to get teeth extraction. At the last minute when the appointment was already scheduled I get a phone call saying they don't work with my insurance. I found a provider that could but they needed a referral. I asked this office to fill it out. I sent it to their email and they told me I would get the form back in a couple of days. 1 week later I left a message with no answer or call back. Another week later I called them to ask about the form and they said they don't fill out those forms! Their only response is " I'm not sure who you talk to but we can't fill the form"

Experiencia fantástica: I came in to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The team created such a welcoming environment from the moment I arrived. When I started to get nervous, the manager went above and beyond and offered to play music for me to keep me at ease during the procedure! It was such a thoughtful gesture and really helped me stay calm. The front office staff, manager, DAs, and Dr. Niloy were all wonderful. I’m so grateful for such a positive experience and highly recommend this office!

There is nothing that makes more difference than being greeted by happy people. The dentist and the personal assistant are wonderful and my little one always leaves perfectly happy and with no complaints.

Experiencia negativa: Read this before you consider this place. This is by far worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I don't usually write reviews, but they have left me no choice. Let’s Smile Dental pulled a classic bait-and-switch on me. I was told very clearly that a service would be free. That was the only reason I agreed to move forward. I even spoke with Damien beforehand and was upfront about my insurance details and annual benefit limit from the very beginning. Despite that, they still charged my insurance for the service, which pushed me over my annual limit. When I noticed the charge, Damien told me it was a mistake and assured me it would be removed. I trusted that and waited. A couple of weeks later, he admitted they had actually given me wrong information from the start, and said he would work with their billing department to resolve it. I called them almost every day for two months. They would say they would call me back with details and never did. After dragging things out for over two months, they finally presented their “solution”: The only I can take the claim removed is by paying them out of pocket for the service. What frustrated the most is that they denied ever saying it would be free, claimed they had told me it would go through insurance. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of honesty and accountability. I trusted their word, but instead I was left frustrated, overcharged, and feeling misled. They changed their story, broke their word, and wasted my time. If you value transparency, fair treatment, and integrity, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere—and get every single detail in writing before agreeing to anything here.

Experiencia fantástica: My Son had a dental extraction procedure today. The entire visit was flawless, the actual procedure actually took no more than 5 minutes. The Dr. took the time to prep for the procedure by calming my son “the patient” everything went super smooth, every question was answered, I was allowed to stay for the procedure, the doctor was so mindful of me as the parent and my other son. In addition my son didn’t feel a thing making his experience a more pleasant one. I couldn’t be happier with how well everything went. The physician’s attitude was also a good one he was very pleasant to be around. You can definitely tell he enjoys what he does.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in for a consult and the gentleman who greeted me and took care of me, I believe his name is Sam, was so kind and put a lot of my anxiety at ease. He explained everything he was doing before doing it so I wasn’t so anxious. He was quick to take my x rays too. The doctor and treatment coordinator were kind and understanding as well. I’ll definitely be back, especially if Sam is there. :)

Experiencia negativa: The oral surgery department has catastrophically gone down hill it’s abysmal. Ever since they got rid of the veteran doctors there, the staff can’t seem to run anything in there efficiently. Appointment times are pushed back everytime, one time I waited for an hour. The staff is confused on scans and what you’re even in there for, they messed up my 3d scans 3 times in one day and wanted to charge me for the scans. I think this place is poorly run and I would never recommend going here for something of high importance like oral surgery.

Starting from surgical coordinator Cathy to the wondered techs and staff. They made sure my daughter felt safe and calm during the procedure and after. We were customers when we lived in springfield years ago, moved over half hour away and still will make the drive! 100% worth it!!! They are so good with the kids and my kids have such great trust in dental work now because of their AMAZING care!! My kid was all smiles after 2 teeth being extracted- thankful for nitrous!

Experiencia negativa: Broke tooth the during examination. When called they asked me to go so they can take a look. They didn’t fix the tooth they broke, instead they charged for the visit.

I’ve been a patient for over 15+ years—from braces to permanent retainers to overnight retainers, the staff has always taken care of me. They are very friendly and accommodating and Dr. Ghatri and Dr. Manny know exactly what they are doing. Shout out to Roger for helping me with my permanent retainer and making the process as smooth as possible.

Experiencia negativa: I have attempted to reach the dental office several times without an answer. I decided to stop in-person about my appointment date/time. At that time, I was informed that their system for sending reminder calls/text was down and had been for about a month. Today 10/27, i arrived to the dental office and was informed that there was a missed appointment fee on my account for the date I did not appear, was not given a reminder call/text as promised. The services received at this office gave been great, but the front office practices could be adjusted. Customer service is a large part of any customer-facing business. If your automated system is down it is perfectly ok to pick up the telephone to make a reminder call or send an email.

My son, who is terrified of going to the dentist, made it through an entire cavity filling procedure with nary a single complaint and big thumbs up at the end. Dr. Kato and J.P. were calm and comforting throughout, regularly describing what they were doing and what was next and checking with him throughout to make sure he didn't have any questions or concerns. I cannot recommend this team of professionals enough!

Experiencia negativa: I used to think this place was worth a 5 star rating until i haven't heard anything from them in over 4 months regarding my child's appointment we went in for the check up and to get some more pictures taken and was told i should here something within the next week then days and weeks went by and still nothing i've called and someone's always either puts me on hold or just let the phone ring.

Experiencia fantástica: Our experience today (7/19) with the Let’s Smile team was amazing from the call to inform the practice that we have arrived (with Catherine…apologies if I have misstated her name), to check in, to being called back for cleaning with JP, to conclude with our (meaning my son’s) cleaning with Dr. Kato! JP went above and beyond to ensure, Taelor, had a comfortable and memorable experience as well as provided wonderful feedback to my questions/concerns with Taelor’s dental habits. He also set expectations with the appointment (and was also extremely flexible/understanding being that Taelor is 3 years old)! Dr. Kato was friendly, great with kids, innovative (my mind is still blown with the knee to knee trick… lol), and she also provided great feedback/tips/tricks for maintaining great dental health. I also informed them of Taelor’s future speech therapy appointments and they showed genuine interest! My heart melted at the empathy and care of our practitioners today! Thank you to everyone!

Experiencia negativa: I had a very bad experience with Dr. Manny, who I had consultation for my kids’ orthodontist needs. We have been going to Let’s Smile in springfield location for years. Before Dr. Brown, we had Dr. Jessica, both are good and they recommended my kids to see orthodontist and since Lets smile has one, we gave it a try. We have been going to Dr. Manny twice for consulation within less than a month and the next schedule will be in August. However, I took my kids to other consultations for another opinions while we are waiting for a 3rd appointment with Dr. Manny in August. We were so dissppointed with his profession. He checked twice and didn’t come up with the plan. Until I were honest to tell him what we got suggesstions from other ortho about the treatment plan and he refused to do my daughter’s case, even without any recommendations. He just said he didn’t feel comfortable with my expectation. I asked him what’s my expectation? He didn’t know but he just said it. Since I had consulation with other ortho, then he said just go with him. If he’s good, he must be confident what he should do to give client’s optimal result. My kids are young but they can feel, Dr. Manny is not profession and experience enough to do for them. They even don’t feel comfortable with his profession even I convinced them for giving him another try after 3rd consultation. He’s not professional and not a good doctor for you to lean on. i feel dissapointed about Let’s smile and Dr. Manny. He wasted lots of my time going back and forth and especially today appointment.

One week before my next appointment Moss gives me a call reminding me of the date and time of my next appointment and in addition to that I get a text to my phone reminding me as well. An extremely efficient practice and one that I would recommend to just about anyone.

I transferred into this office and Moss, at front desk, helped me fill out paperwork and assisted me in the best way possible, always with a smile. Kaitlyn, hygienist, removed resin residue I still had attached on my teeth from the old dentist office in Dumfries, and made me feel so relieved. She was gentle and so kind. Marcelo did my x-rays and scanned my mouth for Invisalign treatment; he was really nice and helpful. Doctor Manny was truly amazing. He listened to my concerns and provided detailed explanations to all of my questions. Doctor Manny carefully described how my treatment will be and made me feel I am in great hands. Jackie, treatment coordinator, went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience, explained my insurance benefits, and offered me a great treatment plan. They are very professional, providing outstanding and attentive care. Clean space, friendly environment. Highly recommended.

Given his first ever dental appointment with other office was totally horrible, watching him go for his cleanings with a smile on his face, says A LOT! Dr. Brown is amazing! So knowledgeable and never in a rush! She will take all the time needed to explain what there is to be explained and understood! I love her style, which is very gentle and rather conservative... no aggressive treatments ever! She will do anything to keep maintain the teeth naturally, and only if absolutely necessary a treatment will be advices! I’m SO THANKFUL we found this office! We feel truly blessed and will absolutely recommend them to anyone, anytime!!!
