Experiencia fantástica: I’m so glad I found this office! Prob the best dental experience I’ve had in a LONG time. I had been dealing with pain from a filling done elsewhere for about six months and was eventually told I might need a root canal. When the pain turned into a throbbing toothache, I decided I needed a second opinion and found this office recommended on a local FB group. They were able to get me in right away for an emergency appointment. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and upfront about pricing, which I really appreciated. The dentist took the time to figure out what was actually causing my pain instead of jumping straight to a root canal, and my visit ended up being much more affordable than I was told it was going to be at the previous place. 6 months of pain fixed in an hour. I can finally drink water without feeling pain shoot up the side of my face. I felt comfortable, listened to, and genuinely taken care of. HIGHLY recommend!

Love that my kids and I can go to the same place. You can't tell when you first walk in, but the office seems to be pretty big. It doesn't feel like it, though. They really do treat you so nice.

His room/area had a peaceful view of squirrels and birds living in the surrounding trees. & then I had the pleasure to see Dr. Lina Park - she has excellent bedside manner and was so very helpful in answering my plethora of questions. She was very sweet, kind, knowledgeable/insightful, patient and most of all I felt like she genuinely cared. The checkout clerks were down to earth with upbeat attitudes. He was very helpful with my questions about quotes/my proposed treatment plan and helped me find immediate appointments in order to be treated before benefits renew- that way I can come back next month for my routine cleaning/checkup being covered, etc. (Freddy & Dr. Lina were also helpful with this). *** Very pleased that I do not have to go to an endodontist and they can handle my entire treatment in-house.*** The office was clean & beautiful with an elegant touch of modern updates spread throughout. They offered water in the waiting area, and even the hand sanitizers were filled in beautiful amber glass bottles. So cute! Between the esthetically pleasing environment and the careful, warm and welcoming, professional staff… I’m sold!

I have never had a cavity and flew home to Texas to see my trusted dentist who confirmed I did not need $2k worth of services and did not have a cavity. I realized flying home for cleanings wasn’t going to be the best use of time or money- and Fox Family was recommended to me. I can not say enough positive things. From the front desk to the check out experience… everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The facility was spotless and they were very busy with happy customers… always a good sign. I was never pressured or made to feel like I was “the problem”. Instead they listened to my concerns, spent time educating me - and actually agreed I just needed to stay on a 4month cleaning schedule- but told me I have a beautiful smile! I would not hesitate to recommend coming here to family or friends- they are honest and it was a positive experience. I am glad I have a new dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Kara gave me the best — most thorough and most careful — cleaning that I have ever had. ( Although I say almost the same thing after each cleaning at Fox.) Dr Hale took extra time and did a bit of extra checking of my mouth post cleaning to help me plan my future services during the upcoming period before I must change dental insurance. The staff also reached out to my current insurance to get some information I had not had access to before. In other words, every person in the office seemed to be going an extra distance to meet my needs not only for good dental care, but also planning for the future. At Fox that seems SERVICE AS USUAL.

Experiencia negativa: When moving to the area, we were looking for a family dentist that could see our entire family, including our toddler. Fox seemed to fit that requirement, but we have had nothing but logistical issues with the office since with examples below. TLDR: I have been hesitant about leaving a review given all the other positive reviews and thinking my family's experiences were isolated, but getting charged almost $200 for a toddler cleaning and having a line item on the invoice stating an upcharge for not having insurance led me here. -It is very difficult to schedule an appointment. If you are able to get someone on the phone, appointments are only available 7+ months out unless you get a phone call day of for an opening -Billing, especially for younger patients, is not transparent and Fox charges more for their services for patients that do not have insurance. We received an invoice about a year after the 2nd service for our toddler that never had dental insurance. The 1st billing was reasonable and quick while the 2nd was delayed and included an additional ~$60 fee for not having insurance. -When filling out the new patient documentation, we filled out everything online ahead of our first appointment. When going in for the first appointments, we needed to fill out everything manually again and we were not provided answers as to where our personal information online went as Fox was not able to find it. -Not sure how often this occurs, but for my visit, the technician providing my cleaning was a temp employee and the cleaning took much longer than it should have as they did not know where various tools were. This was on top of being called back ~15 minutes after my original appointment time.

Experiencia fantástica: Transferred to Fox Family Dentistry (the elder Fox, Larry) a couple years ago, and have been happy with the overall service. But what sets them apart was a recent dental emergency. I was chewing on a piece of taffy, and it pulled a crown (that I got from my former dentist years ago) off. Not knowing my crown was now in the taffy, I bit down only to break the point off a 2nd tooth as well. I was able to pull my crown out of the taffy and clean it up. The younger Fox (Erik) has a practice close to my work, so I visited on-site to explain my situation. They were able to squeeze me in to take a look to see how bad it was. The crown was undamaged & was able to be reattached. They also determined that while I did break the point off of a tooth, it only needed minor abrasion to get rid of the sharp edges. The Fox Family Dentistry really turned my Friday the 13th around. Can't say enough words of praise for everyone I encountered that day.
