Experiencia negativa: DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOUR CHILD. If you want them to have a lovely smile and feel good about themselves. Let me list the reasons: We were told my daughter would only be in braces for two years, they kept her in them for 4. During that period my daughter would complain about the way they dismissed her concerns or worries, talked unprofessionally about their personal lives while doing her procedures, dismissed her tears, dismissed her fear or her pain and then actually did a procedure once where they told her that normally they asked permission, but this time they were just going to do it..and then pulled a part of her braces that was basically welded to her tooth off to reset it, causing a ton of pain and discomfort. Were we ever told? Not by them. Finally they remove her braces...her teeth are stained from where they sit, the enamel is damaged...did they mention it? Not to us. I take her to my own dentist and he is alarmed, her wisdom teeth look like they are very close to erupting and impacting her other teeth, did Precious smiles mention that to us when they did her last xray? Nope. We take her to an oral surgeon, he says he can't understand what they were doing, her teeth on the sides of her mouth weren't corrected..in four years. When the braces came off they fitted her for a retainer and gave her a permanent retainer, were we consulted at all before that retainer was ordered? No. The retainer, for a thirteen year old girl, is a metal one. It does not fit, she can't talk when it is in, she told them it didn't fit, did they listen? No. Did they even once discuss optional retainers, you know something better fitting and easier for a young teenager to wear...like a clear one, with us? Not once. All in all, it was a TERRIBLE decision to come here and I really wish we could take it all back. Also, they are a pediatric dentist but when my scared 6 year old child cried at her visit and became upset, they acted like they had no clue how to handle upset children. After the second time they could not see her because she was being uncooperative, without any attempt to calm her, we never took her back. BEWARE.

I always recommend to my friends for their children’s dental health and needs. Definitely worth it to check out!

Experiencia positiva: Overall satisfied. I'm not one to complain much. I was a little surprised when they wanted to make a third attempt at putting the bitewing in my daughter's mouth when she was on the verge of tears. It was clear that their smallest size was too large. I asked if we could use the panoramic x-ray instead and they obliged. I also thought it was strange that they were pushing getting seals so hard on us. I explained that even if I want them for my kids, our custody agreement has their mother as a 50/50 decision maker, and she won't go along with it. I don't think they understood that I was unwilling to violate our agreement. They said I was required to sign some document about the seals. I thought, "required?" I tried to ask them why it was required. They explained that it was a document saying that they presented me with the option. I asked again why it was required that I sign it, and what happens if I don't? They got angry with me and asked if I was refusing to sign it. At the time I wasn't refusing to, I was just asking why it was required. They could not seem to answer that question, which is the reason I had to refuse to sign it. Then they scheduled my kids 6-month appointments.

Although he does not enjoy the dentist, Precious Smiles always makes sure to make the experience as pleasant and quick as possible. Experiencia negativa: Terrible Experience – Rude Staff Absolutely the worst dental visit we've ever had. The staff were incredibly rude to my kids and dismissive toward my family as a whole. No patience, no professionalism, and definitely no kindness. We walked out feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Never going back.

Precious Smiles has valuable and simple guidelines for these types of evens on their website and an emergency number to call. Dr. Williams contacted us promptly and came to restore my son’s teeth on her day off (first thing in the morning). I can’t thank her enough. I now understand why this practice and its doctors have been named as the top pediatric dentistry in the region.

Experiencia negativa: The place has a welcoming environment and staff are great with kids. The only deal breaker is that they would overcharge for every visit. My insurance covers two doctor check ups, X-rays and three cleaning per year. They would charge doctor check up every time my kid was scheduled so of course it would be overcharged and I would have to pay the difference. Although we specifically had a verbal agreement that it was for cleaning only that wouldn't matter because that's their policy. I know most esl and other customers would not look into the details and just pay. Not sure if it is by design or by negligence. The scam would go like this. After the appointment is finished you sign a paper that you have zero payments, insurance covered everything. then months later you have received a letter from the mail to come back to pay the difference. Why can't they not tell you that you owe money the day of the appointment? It is like going to a mechanic shop and mechanic doing whatever or charging whatever without the clients go ahead.

Experiencia fantástica: We used this dentist office for 10 years. They cared for our 5 special needs children. Our kids all looked forward to going and seeing doctor Williams and her staff. The staff knew our children personally, including their allergies and also knew how to bill military dental correctly. In 2020 we moved 60 miles south and had to change dentists. We were gone for almost 3 years. We had terrible experiences closer to where we now lived and on a whim we stopped back to this office to see if they would take us back. Jodie, the office manager, has known our family for years and asked about each of our kids by name and gladly welcomed us back. Not only are their prices much better than others we have seen (especially for laughing gas), but they are much quicker and kinder with our children on the work that needs to be done. The kids never feel pain and they always leave with a smile. This office is full of friendly, knowledgeable staff and an amazing doctor who truly cares about your kids health and teeth. We think the 120 mile round trip to be seen here is MORE than worth it for the care we receive!
