The dentist mentioned something I needed and I was informed that my insurance would covered the procedure and I even paid 150 before I left but I received a bill for $350! I called the office and they told me they’re not sure why I had a bill for 350 and didn’t even explain my insurance or the reasons for the cost. I’m now looking for new dentist.

Experiencia negativa: Issues with billing and was not notified about charges until months later plus I had insurance. Went up there to pay and the receptionist stated that I will see a better picture of everything once I "zero" the balance. When that fee was paid and I received my print out, there was a duplicate charge of what I already paid from the previous visit. The receptionist claimed that she is calling the account manager and stated that she will be in a 10 min. I waited and then she turned around and told me it would be 30 min. All I wanted was the $15 difference from where billing screwed up. I tried to call later that afternoon and now my calls are unanswered. From the business perspective, it has not been pleasant. Great dental office and staff has been great but I don't play about money especially when I want things to be made right professionally.

Experiencia negativa: Hi, I came for the first time for a dental cleaning and used the $79 coupon I was sent. I paid $104. I found out later was charged more because there was fluoride that they did not mention would be a charge, but did not make a deal of it and moved on. Since my visit I was sent a bill for another $41 and called the office and was told the charge would be taken off my account. I have since gotten another bill saying I still owe money.

They don't care if you are paying money or not they're going to do what they feel like doing on their time and will give you the complete runaround

Experiencia negativa: Horrible. Less than one star Dr Cain never even looked in my mouth relied solely on 2 bite wing x-rays to determine referral to surgeon. Then gives me a plan for another tooth saying it was worn and crown needed replacing. Not sure how he gathered all that information from the x-ray. Also, appointment made to get extraction done. He said he didn't want to seem to come off lazy but not even discuss it. Needless to say changed doctors andy new doctor completely disagreed with his actions and took care of not one but 2 broken teeth and the cause of the pain. Do not waste your money or insurance on this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff from the front desk to the dental assistant to the dentist! They were very patient and understanding. My insurance does not send me a physical card and the last place I had gone was very rude and difficult about it but here they had no problem with it and were very friendly about it at the front desk. The dental assistant was very thorough and explained the whole process to me before we started. It was a bit of a process to get all the X-rays done but the dental assistant did it all very quickly and effectively. She also offered other add ons and explained what my insurance would cover and what I would have to pay before I had to make my decision. Dr. Cain was also very friendly.

I did not owe anything and then I receive a bill for $89 after they gave me all these statements at the time that I don't owe anything and on top of it They wanted me to get my teeth pulled there because it would be covered but in reality it probably isn't covered. I'm so dissatisfied with lying dentists in Alabama.It makes no sense that I have to see dentists in other states. Because they seem to be more honest than they are here. I would not go to them nor can I recommend them. Because if an office isn't honest or doesn't have their act together a patient could end up owing them thousands.
