The staff are all wonderful, friendly, caring and they give you individual attention. The dentist is top notch; friendly, knowledgeable, and presents great options for your care. He is also up to date on the newest procedures and they do same day crowns! Our entire family, including my children, feel very relaxed and we are absolutely confident on the care we receive. Experiencia negativa: This is my personal experience with Dr. Ardovino. I started going to Dr. Ardivino in March 2024 initially for a molar that needed to be extracted. She took X-rays of my teeth and explained me she would get back with me with a treatment plan. The receptionist told me she wanted to start with the upper left side of my mouth that needed one filling and 2 crowns. We proceeded with that, and by time she got to the other side of my mouth, all of my benefits with BC/BS had been exhausted. ($2500 per year). When I called and spoke to Bailey, I explained to her that my molar, which I had initially come in her office for in March was starting to hurt again and I needed to check and see if there was something that she could do to remove the tooth, considering I would have to come out of pocket for the entire expense because as I mentioned earlier, all of my benefits had been used up by Dr. Ardovino by May or June of this year. After waiting a whole day to get a callback, Bailey called me the next morning to let me know that Dr. Ardiviono suggested I go see an oral surgeon to have the molar extracted. When I asked why she was sending me to an oral surgeon, Bailey told me “we don’t typically do molar extractions here in the office.” ?!?!? I don’t know why Dr. Ardovino didn’t tell me that to begin with at my initial appt in March?!? Needless to say, I was more than frustrated with the way this whole process worked out. The take away from my experience is please make sure you get your initial problem handled and fixed ……BEFORE any treatment plans are presented to you, and all of your benefits are spent on something other than the initial problem. I definitely feel Dr. Ardovino could’ve been upfront and told me in the beginning that she didn’t do molar extractions in the office and sent me somewhere else at that time to have it extracted where I would of had insurance to cover the cost . I went to another dentist and had my tooth extracted. I Will not be going back to this practice.

They are very patient and their customer service is unmatched. In conversations I have had with their hygienists, you can tell it is not only a great place to be a patient but a great place to work. Lexi, the dental assistant was so sweet and caring; making sure I was comfortable the whole time I was there. She explained everything she was doing as she prepared me. Dr. Albritton is a perfectionist! She did an excellent job at matching the color of my teeth and making sure that my bite was even when the crown was placed and that there was nothing left from anything she used to anchor it in place. She, too, explained everything she was doing and making sure I was comfortable during the whole procedure. Experiencia fantástica: Albritton and Ardovino Family Dentistry is by far the best dentist office I’ve ever used. I’ve been using them for several years now and I’ve never had any complaints about the service they provide. The hygienist that I see has to be the nicest person that has ever cleaned my teeth. Even those times that I don’t take as good of care of my teeth as I should she has always been super nice and patient while cleaning my teeth. I really cannot say enough nice things about this dentistry. My wife and I both love them.
