Experiencia fantástica: Wow, where do I start. I’ve been without a dental home for two years now. I have severe anxiety. It was refreshing to walk into a place where I felt heard, and where they were patient with my over thought out questions. My hygienist was amazing and top notch with explaining the process. The process was gentle and easy (no gas was needed). My dentist went over his concerns clearly and we got me on a plan to have a diamond smile. Just top notch amazing care, and an amazing caring staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I drive from Lake View, Alabama to see Dr Chambers, I’ve been using him over 5 years. He does very good work. All of his team are very professional and nice to deal with! The only negative is like I got there a little early like 5 minutes, I didn’t get to see him until I had been there 40 minutes past my appointment time.

If you need help up front you will not find a front desk/office manager that is more kind and understanding as Sharon. She takes time to explain all fees and help you understand what you are paying and why. I have never been happier with a dentist.

The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful as well, because they are amazing and genuinely love what they do. They are a blessing! I have been a patient here since moving from Louisiana 26 years ago and I've never considered checking on another dentist even when my location was in issue. Experiencia positiva: Friendly atmosphere and everyone was polite and cordial, but I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. Then also another 20 minutes to see the Dentist. I also understand about confirming an appointment, but some of us make our appointments without reminders and if we need to cancel we call in.

I came to Diamond Smiles years ago because a friend worked there and it was ok with Dr Luna & Jordan. Then COVID happened and dental work just got pushed off. But I had a major abscess and infection occur and I called DSD because they were my last dental visit I didn’t know there had been a change in staff but Dr Chambers welcomed me in with open arms and was thankful I came in when I did. He was so kind and caring through the whole ordeal. Answered all my questions and I’m finally all healed up and scheduled a long overdue cleaning and had a super great experience! Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Chambers and his staff. Not only was everyone professional but they also showed genuine care for me. My tooth had to be removed and instead of trying to fix it when it would have been a waste of money, Dr. Chambers was honest to start with. I felt no pain even after the numbing medication wore off and now that it’s been well over 24 hours, I’m still having zero discomfort!! My usual dentist has retired so I haven’t been seeing anyone due to some bad experiences. I’ll be seeing Dr. Chambers and his staff from now on.

Mom needed a cleaning and some extensive work to stabilize her teeth, and was very pleased with the results. Dad was there to get his partial-plates repaired and teeth cleaned. In both cases Dr. Chambers was focused on their comfort and best results, and provided practical, expert advice. I had a broken tooth and needed a crown, unfortunately this is my third, but the first with Dr. Chambers, and I have to say it was handled expertly with minimal discomfort. We're really happy with Dr. Chambers and his team. We have our new dentist!

Experiencia negativa: Although they are nice they can be pushy when it comes to services provided. I only needed a filling at the time and they told me they could replace my other fillings as they were older. I really wasn't wanting to but they stated it wouldn't be an issue and be best to do it all at once. They ended up not doing the filling I needed the first time but instead worked on the other side of my mouth. I had to go back a second time for the actual filling I needed. I ended up being in excessive pain to the point I was taking pain Killers nightly just to sleep. I ended up going back to see what could be done and although some pressure was relived I have been in some form of pain for the last year now. I refuse to go back there. If you're just going in for a cleaning then it's fine but otherwise I wouldn't recommend.

Experiencia negativa: The worst experience ever. They never look up for my plan information despise I sent the copy of the card in advance. The attention was terrible. I waited more than one hour and after II gone in to be treated they told me that they didnt acept my plan.

I was also completely confident in their expertise/knowledge/skill, etc. I have BCBS and needed to find a dentist to begin dental care again, and I randomly chose Diamond smiles from the BCBS provider list; I clicked on their website and I liked the vibe and decided to make an appointment. I am glad to recommend Diamond smiles to whomever may be interested /looking through recommendations and have similar criteria. 5 stars.

Experiencia negativa: I’m honestly only giving a review because I have now received 2 email/text prompts to review my appointment. I did not have services done here so I can’t review that. The reason I did not have service here is because I made an appointment with a specific dentist that I wanted to see and waited about a month for this appointment. Once I arrived I signed in and was taken back for my X-rays. It wasn’t until I was about to do X-rays that the tech told me the provider I was scheduled with left the week prior and they were just going to move me over to another dentist. Their services may be great but their communication is lacking and I did not appreciate the attempted switcharoo. Had she not informed me I probably would have made it through a whole cleaning/X-rays only to have another doctor walk in.

In fact, in the more than 20 years that Dr. Luna has been my dentist, I can honestly say that I couldn’t imagine better service from another dentist or their staff. From the high level of professionalism, the friendly and caring staff, and the very comfortable and pristine office environment, I would drive just about as far as I reasonably could to have a dentist of this caliber. On several occasions I needed to call on Dr. Luna for a dental emergency, twice for me and once for a visiting family member. In each instance, he either can in early or stayed late to address the issue. The latter instance prevented what would have been an embarrassing situation, as I turned around on stage from the orchestra to bow. So, THANK YOU DR. LUNA!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience !!! My Temps broke on a turkey sandwich and now my permanents are broken in less than a year. I make my appointment Dr. Luna was very very rude and basically acted like I was chewing on bricks. After me living with my teeth for over 30 he proceeded to tell me I grind my teeth and this was my fault and once again was very rude and nasty. I have never grinded my teeth and I have been going to the dentist all my life and have never been told that or had these problems. And the services are not cheap. The staff is wonderful. THE WORK AND DR. LUNA TERRIBLE and I will reach out to a attorney. My teeth hurt and I have to face the public with my work and I feel terrible.
