Experiencia fantástica: Sam was great! Ahe explained everything really well.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time visiting Helena Road Dental Care and it won’t be my last. They were both friendly and professional. I felt comfortable and had a painless experience getting 2 teeth extracted on the same day…. a good experience for me all around!

Experiencia fantástica: Great Customer Service and they're very respectful of your time. Highly Recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks a lot Dr. Billy and all the amazing people working in Helena Rd. Dental Care ☺️

Experiencia fantástica: I enjoy going to my Dentist visits. Everyone is so nice and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Bill Roe is one of the best dentist by far. And his staff is great. He has been my dentist for more than 25 years.

Experiencia fantástica: Routine cleaning, yet the hygienist was very thorough, explaining every detail. I feel I received a truly thorough evaluation.

Experiencia fantástica: They were amazing got me in very quickly and did a great job on service would recommend them to others

Experiencia fantástica: I took my 80 year old mother in for some dental work recently. She has extreme dental anxiety. She was embarrassed and scared because she knew she would have to have a lot of dental work done. Dr. Rowe and his team were great. They were so nice and patient with her. They came up with a treatment plan and I know she was so thankful. When we left she said she would never see another dentist, because she liked them so much. I’m a patient as well and I have always had a positive experience there. I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Roe and staff did an excellent job on my first visit. I have quite a few more to go but their kindness and professionalism is more than 5 stars. They will talk you through any concerns or questions you have and work within any situation you’re in.

Experiencia fantástica: Great customer service and care!! 10/10 would recommend especially for new patients or patients looking for a dental home!

Experiencia fantástica: I want to say Kaira the office manager was so amazing so patience and kind and very helpful I would recommend this Dentist Thanks

Experiencia fantástica: I was very satisfied with the entire experience. Very friendly staff all around.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome dental provider, Hygenist Miss Samantha is the best I’ve seen. Dr was great as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Good customer service and very nice dentist

Experiencia negativa: The environment was very nice. The stuff was very professional and knowledgeable about their work. My only problem was I had to fill out paperwork that I was told only once I made it there that I could have did it on the website. That was my first time hearing about it. I think that should be told when you first make appointment. I feel that was a waste of both our time., when it setup to be used online for that very reason. Other then that my visit was great! Is been 3 years now and the work they did is going to have to be fixed by pulling the teeth and replacing them. Part of the service that was provided is what was suggested, I said I didn’t want it only to be talked into it and I am now paying for it

Experiencia fantástica: Only dentist I trust with my chompers! Super kind and very gentle. Great to deal with and have had no insurance/payment issues. Highly recommend Helena Road Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was professional and caring. Did an outstanding job

Experiencia fantástica: Sam was so great and kind!! She was explaining what she was doing and why and taught me so much about my teeth! She reassured me that we would find a solution that fits me financially and was so personable with the advice she gave! I had a great experience and look forward to going back and having this be my permanent dentist office!!

Experiencia positiva: On time and very thorough

Experiencia fantástica: My hygienist is wonderful! Dr. Rowe explains everything you need in your plan of dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellant job! Thorough and gentle!

Experiencia fantástica: Although this was my first time, I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my dental needs. Dr. Roe is the absolute best! The amount of care by Dr. Roe and his team made me feel at ease. He took time to go through my x-rays and explain each and everything he saw and formulate a plan in terms that I could understand while teaching me some things in the process.

Experiencia negativa: My daughter had a new patient appointment,I forgot to confirm appointment however never canceled either. When we get there one of the receptionist states that she will still get seen however it may take a few minutes longer. We arrived 15 minutes before the appointment to complete paperwork, we spent a total of 3.5 hrs at the office if not longer, I was very dissatisfied.

Experiencia fantástica: I Had a very pleasant experience, getting some extractions there, they took there time, very professional with their work.

Experiencia fantástica: I had the best experience they were so nice and professional I loved it there and Helena Dental is my new Dental Home

Experiencia negativa: Editing my review: I moved to a new state a year ago after Helena Road told me I had cavities pretty much back to back that had to be filled - every new appointment there was a “new” cavity which I found odd. The new dentist in my new town found NO cavities. This is a new, flashy and fancy office. Do NOT trust them. They are just like any other scam dentist office just trying to make money. Friendly staff and great location!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love them…explained everything too me and made sure I understood it… very sweet and nice!!!

Experiencia negativa: Didnt even get to go to my appointment, called and scheduled then confirmed over text. called the morning of to make sure my appointment was still good and they “couldn’t find it” by the time i was able to make it into the office to figure out what had happened they had given the appointment to someone else even after finding my appointment and told me i’d have to reschedule

Experiencia fantástica: It’s a pleasure to come for my regular cleanings! Quick, professional an friendly!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Helena Road Dental Care is AMAZING! I was there yesterday and they are very conservative with their recommendations so I am not paying for dental work that is not necessary! And for that alone, I am grateful. They explain every detail with so much patience!!! Highly recommend!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Today was top tier service Sam was awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: The dentist and all assistants were very competent and friendly. I was very pleased with my visit. 5 stars!!

Experiencia fantástica: Tracy was excellent! She immediately put me at ease and was gentle throughout my cleaning. Dr Rowe was wonderful as well. I felt he genuinely had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend Helena Road Dental Care.

Experiencia fantástica: Best in class service - prompt and knowledgeable!

Experiencia fantástica: Samantha was AMAZING! She explained everything in detail, showed me all the xrays and explained everything. I could go on and on but that would take up to much of your day to read. I suggest this place to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Emergency Call because of lost filling at 9:15 or so had an appointment by 11, then it got moved up and I was out by 11:30! Now that’s efficient !!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great service! And friendly staff!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Helena Road Dental Care for a couple years now and they are fantastic! As someone who is stressed to go to the doctor, I can say they are truly so friendly, gentle, and transparent. Their new doctor, Dr. Roe, is great, and we will definitely continue to go here.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a minor dental emergency and they were able to get me in within a couple of hours. Staff and dentist were courteous and professional. Really appreciate the help!

Experiencia fantástica: First time patient and my experience was beyond amazing due to an employee named Samantha! She was so professional, compassionate and very knowledgeable at her job. She helped me understand my dental issues and drafted a good treatment plan for me moving forward. I could tell she genuinely cares about her job which made the whole process easier. She is a stellar employee and deserves the recognition!! Aside from the service, the office is clean and is more of a laid back / relaxed environment. They are also upfront and transparent about their pricing and work with most insurances. The dentist there was fairly new to the practice but seemed knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for dental services especially if you’re nervous to see a dentist- ask for Sam!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely lovely people and they did a REALLY thorough cleaning! Thank you all for everything!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a Wonderful experience, Thanks Rachel!!

Experiencia positiva: Clean facility of course since it is a new building. Friendly staff and very thorough. However; they seem to want to do additional treatments that your insurance doesn’t cover.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Everyone took their time to provide great details, answer questions and make sure it was a great experience overall. Would not hesitate to recommend them!

Experiencia negativa: This was my first visit....Called 6 months ago and completed paperwork online. Only to get a call asking to reschedule days before because they double booked. Then on arrival, they couldn't find the paperwork online and did not have records from my previous dentist. I had to fill everything out again. Not a very good way to start a new relationship. Although the staff was very polite, it wasn't a real happy, positive, or upbeat office. Not sure I will go back.

Experiencia fantástica: As a retired dental hygienist, I can say this office offers the a professional, thorough service to their patients! Make ur appointment now.

Experiencia fantástica: I was treated very well and felt like i had been there many times before and it was my first time going. I think my teeth have found the perfect Denal care finally.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the BEST dentist office I have ever been to. Dr. Farrah Alsoudi is the one I normally see but I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Hetvi Patel a couple of times. The staff is FANTASTIC. I recommend them to anyone looking for new dentist. Check out their website for a list of their services, they can handle all your dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I knew all options that were available to me. They made the appointment for the provider they referred me to and took the time to ask what day and time would work best for me.

Experiencia fantástica: The Staff and the Dentist, Dr. Sugg were simply AMAZING!! They are super kind and highly knowledgeable and funny too- they know how to put your mind at ease :) I come to this office for my routine cleanings twice a year, but yesterday I came in for a non-routine mouth issue and I was in and out quick with advice from my dentist and a prescription to help me with pain. They are all Beyond 5 Stars!!
