Experiencia negativa: This place (i went to the one in mcalla before it closed) will rip you a new one. They will put your account in collections and charge you for services you never even received and have bill collectors bothering you daily when you don't even owe them anything and already overpaid for what you did get. I have no issue paying for services i received but how do you sleep at night doing this to people that didn't even receive the services they were supposed to get and no matter what happened or why they didn't get it nobody should be changed that much money for services they were stop supposed to get and never did. I already overpaid by a lot. if i would've recieved the services i would have no issue paying and I've reached out so many times trying to get then to check out my account and fix things and nothing. Next step will be getting a lawyer and suing for harassment for being harassed at work for money i don't even owe. I never got anything bee a few teeth pulled and the cheaper 6 month set you can get no way i owe more than the 2k i already paid for that which was crazy anyway. This is flipping ridiculous.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love Affordable Dentures. I had my lowers changed from regular dentures to Fixed Secure implants. Best decision ever. Dr. Shannon and her group at the Hoover location were amazing. They made sure I never felt any pain. The mouthwash after that you use is really awesome. I was back at work after one week and off all pain meds. Now, I am looking at getting my uppers done next. It feels like I have natural teeth again. I also have less wrinkles and sagging from not wearing any bottom teeth for over 20 years. I have given their information to several co-workers and highly recommend you seek them out first. You have dentures and implants all in one day and that is important when you don't want anyone looking at you funny due to not having any teeth at all. Their prices are also lower than any other place in the state. Believe me, I did research everything before deciding on where I would go to have it done. The drive is well worth it. Dr. Shannon and her staff make it all worth it.

I picked up my dentures on Friday and it's the weekend so I will have to wait until Monday for a small adjustment but that may correct itself by Monday once my mouth gets adjusted to dentures that actually fit. I had to us poligrip with my old ones from the start but these are staying in place without anything. I love it. They look great too.

I had all my top teeth removed with an immediate denture placed and thanks to the sedation offered, I don’t remember majority of the day! Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I arrived at my appointment, I was impressed. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. From the young lady at the front desk to the one who did my x-rays, I was welcomed and reassured. I, honestly, cannot say enough good things about Dr. Shannon. She was warm, gracious, and very knowledgeable. She took her time explaining what was going on with my mouth and then more time explaining the different treatment options available. She shared her expert opinion as well, which made me feel more confident that I’d come to the right place. Lastly, they shared a breakdown of what everything would cost and discussed with me my financing options. That part really blew me away!! After insurance, it was about half what I had expected to pay! I’ll be going back in a few weeks and suspect that my anxiety will be much better having had such a wonderful experience.

Experiencia negativa: I would describe this office as "drive through dentistry". My mom, the patient needed her old partial replaced, came in and she was directed to a dentist chair. A woman came in, did not speak to us, nor introduce herself, just asked my mom a question and saw the problem, told us we would get an appt. to come back for her to remove 3 tooth roots. We came back and they removed the roots, and I had gone across the street, got called to come get her. When I came in, my 93 y.o.mother was standing up, I guess she was sort of groggy, and the gause was soaked with blood! She was given another appt to come back. It was a better appt, her partial was installed. But, it kept falling down. So we went back, and I think that was when they added a metal clip to it. We came back for a final visit, but I told the dentists assistant that I noticed when she was napping with her head back on the couch, the partial was hanging down, and how could that be fixed. At that time she said, "oh, she can't sleep with it in", and I said, no one told me that. I said , well what is she supposed to put them in? She said i had been given a kit with the container, and what to brush them with, etc. I told her, I have never received the kit nor any directions on how to care for it!!! So I still had to go back inside and ask her if they had any plastic containers for it, and that was when she mentioned a "kit". So at least I got the container and the right toothbrush. I know they are very busy, but that's no excuse to be so unprofessional. I'm sure we won't go.back!!!

It didn’t feel like a regular dentist office that a criticize you in the process of looking at your teeth , they still made me feel beautiful within my smile while trying to help me fix my smile insecurities . The dr actually listened to what i wanted and Everything was fully explained in every detail possible in my x-rays and we explored all my options before just settling for one . My overall experience was amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: Update I went today for my snap on. It’s taken about 5 months total. I love them they work with you every step of the way to make sure you’re pleased with the fit. Dr Shannon is the most gentle dentist that I have ever sat down with. This makes my 3rd set of dentures in about 5 years. Finally a Dentist that listens! Spent time making my impressions and making sure that they were correct not only for my mouth but to my face also. I recommend them!
