Snellville Smiles Dentistry

Experiencia negativa: The dentist stated very clearly that today’s was free. My insurance company paid out a claim and I was billed for a large amount. No cleaning or anything relative to the statements was required for such charges. Will never provide a statement for a dentist until the statement arrives at the carrier. Snellville, must be careful.

Experiencia fantástica: Hygienist Lorena and Dr. Desta are an amazing team! I use to have a fear of going to the dentist, but thanks to them that fear is gone. They are gentle, professional, and truly care about those they provide services to! I love them DOWN!!!! I 100% recommend them, especially if you have fear like I did!

Experiencia fantástica: Good friendly customer service. They run on time with their appointments!

Experiencia negativa: In the past, minimal X-rays were taken and did the job. Now they take soooo many and I’m wondering what for. Then I find out that they’re charging an exorbitant amount of money. So there you have it. I wish I could find a dental practice who’s main concern was taking care of their patients and NOT making expensive & unnecessary recommendations and doing everything possible to make profits at the expense of their patients or insurance companies. ‍♀️

Experiencia fantástica: I always have such a great experience with Lorena! She is incredibly kind, attentive, and makes every visit feel comfortable from start to finish. She explains what she’s doing throughout the appointment, which I really appreciate, and she takes the time to make sure I’m at ease. One of the things that stands out most is that she remembers me and makes me feel like more than just another patient. Her genuine care and friendly personality make going to the dentist so much easier. I highly recommend scheduling with Lorena if you have the chance!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I had appointments today, and his appointment was two hours before mine. Since he needed to get to work and we only had one car today, I asked if there was any possibility of seeing me earlier. Lorena was so kind and accommodating and was able to work with us. We truly appreciate her flexibility and wonderful customer service! Lorena is always so kind, professional, and helpful. She always goes above and beyond to make sure we have a great experience. Another 5-star experience at Snellville Smiles! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Experiencia negativa: I was very disappointed that this dental office billed my dental plan more than $1,000 for X-rays. This amount is excessive. I suggest staying away from this dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a new patient at Snellville Smiles and my treatment experiences were outstanding. Their service and team were prompt, courteous, respectful of my needs, and professional at every level. I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Zubidah took time to explain everything I needed, and I did not feel any pression to impose anything to me. The cleaning and the recommendations were great.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice helpful employees at the front desk. As well as the employee in the back who gave me my cleaning Lorena. Very fun banter yet thoroughly went over the health of my teeth and how to ensure its health. Amazing visit. Yas

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about Snellville Smiles Dentistry! From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and warm. Mason was a fantastic assistant and went out of his way to make sure I felt completely comfortable during my X-rays and prep work. Dr. K was so friendly and highly informative about my teeth and overall health, which I truly appreciated. Lorena, the hygienist, has such a warm personality and a reassuring voice that made me feel 100% comfortable throughout my entire cleaning. Lastly, Kennedy, the financial advisor, was so caring and genuinely focused on finding me the best and most affordable care plan possible. All in all, this office provides a true 10/10 experience, and I actually look forward to continuing my dental services down the line with this amazing team!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a late post, but I have been coming to this location for over 2 years and this past month my new hygienist Lorena offered 3 teaching moments and recommended a procedure that have saved my gums! Being over 40, and having only 1 cavity/crown ever in my lifetime, I still was not properly flossing(waterpik or reg floss) :( , or using best mouthwash, or using my electric toothbrush to it's full abilities. This woman had singlehandedly saved my mouth with simple education! No offense to the dentists, who have come and gone from this location, but the person who's with me and in my mouth the most every 3 months is this chick! Kudos Lorena! Amen

Experiencia fantástica: Just finished up with my 6th month scheduled cleaning with Lorena and she was very down to earth and understanding, she was also very engaging and comfortable to talk to, truly performed with a service worth 5 stars!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been in Georgia for 6years since moving from New York and I’ve never seen hospitality like this in a dentist office. This is my 3rd dentist office and I’ve finally found people who are genuine and love what they do. From the check in process, to the x-rays down to my deep cleaning. This team was phenomenal. I want to thank Kennedy(office manager), the dentist and Lorena (hygienist). I really want to thank everyone today for the time and work that was put in to my cleaning. I finally found a home with snellville smiles dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: Where do I beginning.. I had the pleasure of meeting the staff at Snellville Smiles Dentistry last weekend and all I can say was that my visit was nothing shy of amazing! The team exude kindess, made me feel at home & was very informative about the treatment I needed. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. They constantly checked in with me, and if I was ever feeling any discomfort they made sure to ease my pain. Dr. Desta, Lorena, Mason and the ladies in the front are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this dental office to those who are looking for professionalism, above and beyond care and great communication.

Experiencia fantástica: Zubirdah has a good manner and did a thorough job cleaning my teeth as well as explaining every part of the treatment plan so that I could understand what was needed and why it was needed and my next steps.. I highly recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: Both Mason And Dr Kaliher Warren fantastic. Made my visit enjoyable.

Experiencia fantástica: They are very professional and clean. Zubidah is super friendly! She does an excellent job explaining as she works, and making you feel comfortable. I would recommend for anyone looking to see an improvement in their oral health.

Experiencia fantástica: Lorena- This dental hygienist is the best. She has been my hygienist twice at Snellville Smiles- ask for Lorena her schedule fills up quickly though. Her bedside manner is great, she explains everything, very calm and patient.

Experiencia fantástica: Lorena and Every worker I encountered with was amazing! Big Dential office i’ve been too!!!

Experiencia negativa: they wanted to charge 6k for a root canal and a crown and then made me pay $100 for their “savings” plan that slashed it in half to 3k. if you go to any dentist in the area, the same procedures cost around 3k or less than that. this place is upping the cost of treatments and making it look like theyre saving you money with dental savings but are just scamming you. never get any major work done here, they’ll charge you way more than necessary and act like they’re helping you out by cutting it in half when in reality its the normal price.

Experiencia fantástica: Lorena was amazinggg. She was very thorough and did things that other hygienists don’t! I love attention to detail and she was like my friend idk I love her :)

Experiencia fantástica: Had to find a new dentist due to insurance changes. So happy with Dr. Desta and the entire staff at Snellville Smiles! Very professional and friendly service.

Experiencia negativa: They make it so complicated to get an appointment. After weeks I finally scheduled one, then they call me the day before my appointment and tell me they canceled it because they decided on a whim that they weren’t gonna take appointments after 1 o’clock. And apparently I didn’t give a confirmation ( even though I did via their automated phone system). This is after already taking time off work. I’m very disappointed with my experience. It’s not a smooth process, it’s very inconvenient, and highly inconsiderate. Don’t bother going here.

Experiencia fantástica: Lorena did my cleaning, she was nothing short of excellent. She loves what she does and it shows in every way. Thanks Lorena!

Experiencia fantástica: Lorena did an excellent Job with my teeth cleaning a teeth exam. Thank you for your professionalism.

Experiencia fantástica: I want to start with by saying thank you to this amazing team Dr Desta,Danae and Anna that take care of me.They do amazing job here if you want your smile, bright glowing you have to come here. They are the best in the business. Trust me they be patient with you. They be honest with you. They take care of you. Words can explain how much they’d be nice to you. Your going to leave with a better smile you gotta leave with confident.

Experiencia fantástica: Lorena and the rest of the staff were amazing. Almost fell asleep in my chair during my cleaning. Definitely recommend

Experiencia fantástica: So I come for my 6months dental cleaning, and Zubidah was amazing, starting from the dental cleaning to the explaining about my teeth cleaning. It felt like it was my first time, because of the educational information she gave me. I really like it here.

Experiencia fantástica: Lorena is my dental hygienist and she is absolutely wonderful, professional, caring and knowledgeable. It’s always an honor having her assist me with my dental health. Thank you Lorena and the great staff at Snellville Smiles

Experiencia fantástica: Lorena is an outstanding dental hygienist! She is so kind, patient, and really takes the time to make you feel comfortable. She did an amazing job, and I left feeling like my teeth were in the best shape ever. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her patients. Highly recommend seeing Lorena!

Experiencia fantástica: had a wonderful experience with dr desta and zubidah. thank you

Experiencia fantástica: This was my very first time at Snellville smiles dentistry. I have nothing bad to say. Everyone was super nice. I had a sore in my mouth. The doctor was very careful not to hurt me, and she even suggested to numb that side and checked with me every so often asking if it hurts. Thank you so much. You guys are caring.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience! The staff was very friendly, professional, amazing personalities and Dr. Desta is phenomenal.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was pleasant and very helpful. My dentist Desta was very nice, she was thorough with her examination and explanation. Told me exactly what I needed and appreciated her not trying to up sell unnecessary services

Experiencia fantástica: Great Experience…. Our doctor was very comforting to our 4 year old…. She made it fun and educational.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in need of a filling replacement. Semhar walked me through the whole process. She did a great job. She was patient and kind.Thank You Very Much

Experiencia fantástica: I don't know anyone more nervous than me about going to the dentist. Today I visited Snellville Dentistry and I was very satisfied. The office is very clean, and the staff, from the moment you walk in until you leave, are very pleasant, making you feel very comfortable. The hygienist, Lorena, is fantastic; I give her a 20 out of 10. Everything is explained to you before and after the treatment, and they try to minimize pain and make you feel comfortable. In short, I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Lorena did an amazing job, she provided the best teeth cleaning I’ve had in years! I felt so welcomed there by everyone in the office! Definitely happy I switched to them. They knew exactly how to address the problems regarding teeth pain. Joshua Kaliher, DMD has earned himself a definite long term patient

Experiencia fantástica: They were SO good. It had been a while since I’d been to the dentist and I’m so glad I came to them! Their new patient program was so smooth and they were so thorough. I’m so so glad I went with them!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kaliher and the entire team were exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. Lorena in particular was a pleasure to work with. Mason and Leah were also great!

Experiencia fantástica: Lorena did an excellent job with my dental cleaning. She was professional, attentive, and extremely thorough. I have periodontal issues, so I really appreciate a hygienist who takes the time to check everything carefully, and she did exactly that. She also gave helpful recommendations without being pushy. You can tell she genuinely cares about your gum health and long term progress. One of the most thorough dental cleanings I’ve had.

Experiencia fantástica: Lorena was amazingggg. She was very gentle, understanding, and caring. My deep cleaning was little to no pain and she made sure I was comfortable. My experience was top tier service and she gave great knowledge on how to keep up with my teeth. Excellent job with my cleaning!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience here. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and took the time to walk me through the entire process, which I really appreciated. Dr. Desta was especially great—very informative, extremely gentle, and she completely exceeded my expectations. The care was also affordable, which was a big plus. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking to get dental work done.

Experiencia fantástica: The experience with Lorena was excellent! Lorena was friendly, knowledgeable, and appears to love her profession. Please keep her here at Snellville Smiles Dentistry.

Experiencia negativa: Was left on hold for 16 minutes trying to schedule a first appointment. I have an amazing insurance policy that would have paid for everything

Experiencia fantástica: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lorena is a very kind and caring dentist. She cleans my teeth very well and always does an excellent job every time I visit. She is gentle, professional, and makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. I am always happy with the care I receive and highly recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going here for some time now, even before this current ownership. The last service I had was the best service I've had at this location. I don't know what was in the air this day but the staff was friendly and on point- from checking in all the way to the end. I thoroughly enjoyed my hygienist Lorena . She answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, explained every step and checked in on me when there was a little wait for the dentist. Keep this crew that you have.

Experiencia fantástica: I needed a second opinion on a previous diagnosis from a different dentist and they were so helpful. Their payment plan is honestly a lifesaver. Shout out to front desk for helping me out so much. Fast and efficient as appointment should be.

Experiencia negativa: I wrote a review yesterday & it was lies on top of lies. So I went in to get a tooth extracted which I appreciate the doctor but these are some liars that work in this place. They ask you for your payment while you're laying back getting ready to get your procedure done & here comes some girl who must have thought I was some desperate old bald headed man looking for some attention thinking she was going to manipulate me out of my money....no mam wrong person. They told me my out of pocket cost was $180 then I look on my credit card statement & they charged me $287. Then tried to tell me some bogus excuses for the charges. I called my insurance company & the charges were covered at 80% including my deductible. Either they doing some illegal stuff & upcharging people or little miss muffet thought I was going to be her sugar daddy. Word to the wise...watch this company cause you will loose money if you don't check your account. It's ironic that they didn't give me an itemized bill but a treatment plan which I assumed was a receipt. Please don't try to play with me.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kaliher has a great team (Lorena, Ariana, Roniyah & Anna). Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient. One of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to the dentist all my life , I usually dread going to the dentist, today LORENA , changed that , and is the best hygienist I have ever met , she knows her job very well , she talks to you while she is cleaning your teeth and telling you what she is doing and what she is putting in your mouth, she showed me how to floss properly, she is very professional and excellent at what she does. Great job Lorena !

Experiencia fantástica: Leah, Anna Zubidah, and Dr. K…ALWAYS take care of me! Customer service FIRST is top tier. Then the care, is fast, painless (because I don’t like dental tools), patient…I never have a complaint. I do and will travel an hour everytime just for their services! Thank you ALL!

Experiencia fantástica: I really liked the dental hygienist and dr Patel!! Both were new to me and I am very happy with both of them! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Patel, is very kind she explains everything about your mouth and what’s going on very thoroughly! She takes her time and she also works with you! I highly recommend. Very good staff as well. Front desk Leah worked with me and was very helpful and patient!

Experiencia fantástica: Ariana was super professional, informative, and did an excellent job of letting me know how to take care of my gums and teeth. Would highly recommend her to anyone. An amazing experience! 10/10

Experiencia fantástica: I had Dr.Kaliher, Mason, Lorena, and Anna today. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I did have to wait a while for my cleaning but the staff continued to check on me and asked if I needed anything. I think the best part was about how everyone communicated to me about what I may have been waiting on at the time. Very professional here.

Experiencia fantástica: Lorena was absolutely amazing.. One can tell she is truly passionate about the work she does. She is thorough, pleasant, and consistently communicated what she was about to do and educated through the process. From the beginning to the end I appreciated every part of the visit. Scheduling was a breeze, I had to reschedule and they got me in quickly. The front desk was professional and friendly. Dr. Kaliher is absolutely wonderful. Pleasant, compassionate and has an attitude to serve. Been going here for a while and felt I needed to finally give credit where it is due.

Experiencia fantástica: The whole team here is the best! My mom is usually pretty nervous going to the dentist, but we had a great experience with Lorena her dental hygienist today! Lorena was so sweet and super detailed, hands-on, and really took the time to make sure everything was done thoroughly. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and their comfort. We're so grateful for her kindness and the extra attention she gave. Dr. Kaliher is a gem and always takes great care of my mom, explains things thoroughly, and makes sure you feel cared for every step of the way. Positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Just had one of the best experiences with Dr. Kahiler!! Despite the pain I was going through, he and his team were amazing and understanding!! From Leah at the desk all the way to Mason and Danae....they were awesome, sympathetic and most important of all.....sooooo professional!!! Im extremely greatful to have such a caring team on my side!!! Definitely recommend for any dental needs! Thank you all for being so great!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Ariana, was an amazing ! I truly believe that one day she will have her own practice. She is very professional & passionate about her clients. I highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Actually the most amazing time I’ve had at a dentist. No one asked me to write a review. They just overexcited my expectations. First I have to praise the operations manager Anna, for dealing with my 6 phone calls about insurance then is just the nicest person when explaining how much it all costs and the different insurance options. I missed my first appointment by oversleeping, and then I called and they had an open spot and took em the same day. The Dentist I saw was Dr. Kahiler, very nice person and very informative. Explains things very well. The dental hygienist is Lorena, she did an AMAZING job cleaning my teeth. I needed a gingivitis cleaning and it didn’t hurt at all. I had 8 years of build up from not going to the dentist. She also taught me how to properly floss my teeth so that it doesn’t build up like that again. Overall I had a really good experience with these people and I’ve had bad experiences with dentist offices before. So this was a pleasure.

Experiencia fantástica: Huge shout out to Ariana, She’s kind, patient, and informative. Made every step of the process seamless, and calming. Truly displays authenticity in the love for her craft. Keep up the amazing work!.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a fantastic experience at my dentist visit today! Leah was super welcoming and made check-in a breeze. Roniyah was gentle and thorough during my cleaning, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Kaliher was professional, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly—definitely someone you can trust with your smile. And Ariana wrapped things up perfectly with her friendly and efficient service. The whole team made my visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: This is my second visit to the Snellville Smiles office. The entire staff is courteous and professional. I look forward to a long relationship with this team. I would highly recommend this office!

Experiencia fantástica: Leah at the front desk was super nice and very helpful she assisted me doing my online check in! Roniyah and Danae are great at keeping us updated in the back Dr.kaliher was super relevant and very on point! So glad I found this office

Experiencia fantástica: Leah at the front office was a dream!! So courteous knowledgeable and genuinely warm and kind!! Plus Dr. Joshua Kaliher delivered exceptional service during my son's consultation couldn't ask for a better experience

Experiencia fantástica: I love Snellville Smiles! I have been coming here since 2018. This is my go to dental office. They have literally done ALL my dental work. If there was ever an issue (which was not often)they were always so fast to fix it…and with a smile I’m so grateful that I have such a knowledgeable, kind, and skilled dentist like Dr. Kaliher for all my dental needs. But the staff…AMAZING!!! Danae, Roniyah, Anna, and Leah…I thank you guys for always taking care of me.

Experiencia fantástica: Ariana was my hygienist & she was super sweet. She explained everything she was doing to do prior to doing it. Great addition to the staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Rahela was very polite, and was able to not only get my cleaning done quickly, but she was also expertly efficient!

Experiencia fantástica: Wow! What a great experience! I went in as a new patient with an infected tooth, a lot of pain for days and having not slept well for a few nights. The staff from front office to back were extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable and just a joy. They were able to get me started on healing and fixing my tooth and pain and figure out the finances etc. Thank you so much!

Experiencia fantástica: Ariana was very good, she makes me feel comfortable and at ease. She explained the process step by step. My mouth and teeth felt so clean afterwards. Thank you Ariana

Experiencia fantástica: My overall experience at Snellville Smiles is amazing. This has been our family dentist for the past 10 years. Today my dental hygienist Ariana was very meticulous and knowledgeable. She explained the process and gave me valuable information in maintaining the health of my gums and teeth. Always an awesome experience.

Experiencia fantástica: All of the ladies were so helpful and I value how they take care of my teeth! I look forward to my dental visits due to the customer service and knowledge provided.

Experiencia fantástica: I had such a great experience at the dentist today! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Tavia, who was beyond nice and professional she made me feel welcomed right away. Roniyah took my X-rays and was incredibly patient and professional throughout the process. Then I met Dr. Kaliher, who not only explained my treatment plan thoroughly but also performed my cleaning. He did an exceptional job! I’m so glad I found this place I’ve officially found my new dental office!

Experiencia fantástica: The hygienist Rahela is the best at this dentistry. She explains your treatment throughly, very nice & professional. I really like her. Thank you for always giving me a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: My son went here for a root canal! Leya and Anna at the front desk were absolutely amazing. Leya called an oral surgeon for me and made the appointment for me! Everyone was in good spirits. They joked around with me and my son. Dr. Collins was great! Very professional. He put us at ease. They were very clear on price, no surprises! Location is nice and office is clean. If you need these services this is the place you wanna go to get it.

Experiencia fantástica: I really like this place. Danae and Roniyah are so patient and kind. I usually hate the dentist, but they make me feel comfortable. I really appreciate them!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had the best experience at Snellville Smiles Dentistry! Leah was amazing even the day before my visit. I scheduled online as a new patient and Leah called me within the same hour to confirm my insurance. All the staff is super receptive and inviting the moment you walk in the door. The X-Ray tech remembered my mom and her birthday which was really sweet. Leah was really professional with the billing portion of my visit as well. We even discussed her concerns with my insurance not populating pricing correctly. I’m grateful that she cared enough to follow up with my insurance to confirm.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place. Treatment explained well and everyone in office has a nice personality. Dr Lakhani rocks. Had a root canal and crown put on a small front lower tooth.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my very first visit with this office. I had a great experience from the phone call I made to set up the appt until the end of my appointment. I was able to have my X-rays done, a thorough exam of my teeth and gums and a mid level cleaning completed in less than 2 hours. I was seen at my appt time and every single staff member I interacted with was a pleasure. I’m so glad I chose this particular office after a change in my dental insurance. I’ll be recommending them to whoever will listen lol

Experiencia negativa: I was a new patient and I had confirmed ahead of time that my insurance was in network and they said they would honor the applicable fee schedule. After the initial steps like X-rays, I was told by the office that the insurance I had was only supplemental and I was given a very high quote for the treatment I needed that didn’t sound right with what my insurance was supposed to cover. So when I went home and called my insurance they offered to do a 3 way call with the dentist office to clarify the plan. The insurance company told me that when they called and explained what they were calling about that the front desk said they didn’t think I was a good fit for a patient for their office and hung up. While I found the dentist to be very competent and helpful, I was very disappointed that they were so rude in shutting down the conversation with insurance. I was clear upfront about the insurance I had and they are a listed provider. I am not sure why they wouldn’t even take the time to try to sort the fees out with insurance. If that could have been figured out, I would have been happy to start going to this dentist. And even if my plan was, in fact, not going to cover what I thought, the front desk could have still taken the time to discuss this with insurance and confirm they had it right.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time to the dentist in a really long time, due to fears, insurance issues and other things. The entire staff made this visit very pleasant. From the paperwork process to the payment process, I was very impressed. Roniyah was very pleasant and nice. She was patient and caring while servicing me. After explaining my fears and phobias, she made sure she explained each thing that needed to do beforehand, made sure I understood and was very knowledgeable in her answers to my questions. Dr. Lakhani understood my concerns and made me feel like there was nothing to worry about. She told me that although I hadn't visited a dentist in a while, my teeth were in pretty good shape. Ana was very helpful in making sure I understood my financial portion and with the work I needed done for my family, she was able to help me understand everything financially, reassuring me that I was receiving a great price for the services that we needed. Great office, caring and knowledgeable associates, pleasant environment. You won't be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently visited Dr. Lakhani’s dental office, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional care I received. Dr. Lakhani and her assistant Jordan are an amazing team who made my experience truly outstanding. Dr. Lakhani is not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and thorough. She took the time to explain each step of the procedure and ensured I was comfortable throughout. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for her patients' well-being were evident in every interaction. Jordan was equally fantastic—friendly, professional, and attentive. She created a welcoming atmosphere and was always one step ahead, making sure I had everything I needed. Their teamwork was seamless, which added to the overall positive experience. If you’re looking for a dentist who genuinely cares and a team that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Dr. Lakhani and Jordan. They make going to the dentist a pleasant and stress-free experience

Experiencia fantástica: Had to go in for an emergency service and was seen quickly! The facility is modern, clean and the staff is professional. Dr. Lakhani was thorough in addressing my concern and took extra time to answer my questions on future prevention of what I experienced. I did not feel rushed or my concerns taken lightly. I highly recommend Dr. Lakhani and her staff for any adult looking for a dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 recommend. My crown broke Saturday night. Got a new one by Tuesday. It was done the Same day as my appointment. Everyone one was phenomenal. Special thanks to Santasia for making me feel so welcome when I came in and for Dr. Lalchani for coming in clutch as this was a super last minute appointment!

Experiencia fantástica: Santasia is an exceptional manager who truly goes above and beyond for her patients. Her professionalism, warm demeanor, and ability to handle every situation with ease make her stands out. She ensures a seamless experience and always takes the time to address concerns with genuine care. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Super glad to have this place as my dentist office! Roniyah was a big help with my visit while taking x-rays and made the process go very smoothly. I can’t imagine going somewhere else!

Experiencia fantástica: I had the most wonderful experience at the Dentist Office today. My daughter and I was able to get our cleaning and a detailed plan together for our future visits. Thank you Santasia and Dr. Lakhani for being professional and understanding with me.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Lakhani , Santasia the Assistant Manager and Jordan the Dental Assistant were so kind and patient with myself and husband. They gave us excellent services. They all made our dental care a wonderful experience. We will continue coming to Snellville Smiles

Experiencia negativa: I just wanted to get my teeth cleaned. They spent too much time getting X-rays of my teeth and other images of my mouth. Cleaning my teeth wasn’t a priority at all for them during my first visit.. they used the word “consultation” instead to justify only taking exams of my teeth. I was told they need to check with my insurance about the copay for cleaning but somehow that wasn’t a issue with getting imaging of my teeth… I ended up calling them 3 weeks later for them to say the eligibility for my insurance wasn’t completed. I still never got my cleaning and very disappointed. I can’t recommend this place to anyone. I’ll need to find a dentist and have my records transferred. I felt like this place only cared about billing my insurance for the “consultation service” instead of actual cleaning my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience there. They walked me through the treatment plan and I had half of it done the same day. If you can’t afford to pay even with insurance there are payment plans that are helpful. First dentistry I’ve been satisfied with in years.

Experiencia fantástica: Probably the best experience I’ve had at any dentist office. Very kind staff. I worked with Roniyah and Dr. Kaliher; they were both amazing! Will definitely be returning :)

Experiencia fantástica: Roniyah was amazing I was so nervous coming in but she made me so relaxed and Dr Kaliher was great he listened to me as a patient and took the time to come up with a plan for my work that’s needed. Roniyah and Dr Kaliher work so great together there an amazing team. Thanks you both for everything.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a really pleasant and good experience at this dentistry. I previously had a few issue and complications with other dentistry’s, but this one made me feel comfortable and valued my visit. My hygienist, Mrs. Rahela, left my teeth feeling sparkly clean. Dr. Lakhani was also very friendly and informed me in a pertinent matter on the issues regarding my teeth. I’d highly recommend choosing this dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: dr lakhani and Jordan did excellent work. I have anxiety to go the dentist but procedure went well. she makesure that I was doing well. so thank for your business.

Experiencia fantástica: Had my first and hopefully only crown and its quite a process and throughout the process Dr Kaliher and his assistant Roriyah were fabulous. Explaining everything, making sure i was comfortable with the steps. Both of their. “chair side” manors are personable, comforting and reassuring and I felt they made every effort to make sure i got the best care. Thanks

Experiencia fantástica: I recently returned here and was so impressed with my visit. The entire staff has been revamped and Deidra was amazing—she made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer all my questions. Her friendly and caring attitude made my experience better than I could have expected. Deidra’s commitment to patient satisfaction is a shining example of what every patient deserves!

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to take a moment and thank Dr Lakhani and assistant - Jordan for a great final result on the cosmetic work! I strongly recommend this group for the good pricing and dental insurance options, along with payment plans and attention to detail! Two thumbs up!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at this location. I actually came here for a second opinion after a negative experience elsewhere. All of the staff were amazing, and the front desk staff, especially Santasia, made everything really smooth for me! Happy to have found a place I can stick with!
