From the front desk, to the hygienist, to the doc, you feel taken care of and listened to. After multiple bad experiences at other places, I knew I found a gem after my first visit. Mica is the friendliest, most educated, down to earth hygienist you will ever have. Dr. Dave is an expert in her field and makes you feel at ease from the second she walks into the room with her exceptional bedside manner. I couldn’t recommend Lilburn Family Dentistry more.

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first time visiting the office due to my sister in law telling me about Dr. Dave. I called in the morning and they were able to see me same day. Dr. Dave was so sweet, explained everything throughly and gave me a rough estimate of how much it would cost after my insurance. She makes sure to answer all your questions and does not make you feel rushed. I will definitely be making me second appointment in the next couple weeks to get everything done.

She explained everything we were doing and was really patient as I expressed my concerns and needs. She was funny and relatable and really helped ease my anxiety I always experience at the dentist. Becca and Dr Dave were also super helpful. Becca assisted me with my billing questions and Dr Dave was extremely thorough, no nonsense and straight forward about my treatment plan while encouraging me along the entire way. I’m extremely pleased to have found this office after a recent move to the area and look forward to building a lasting relationship as we take care of my dental health. I had to come back and edit my review after my cleaning. Micha (sp?) was sooo good. Not only did she really work at making sure my teeth and gums were cleaned thoroughly, she educated me on so much as she did it. I’m in LOVE with this entire staff. Highly recommended

The dentist here she was nice and did a wonderful job on my temporary teeth and her front desk staff were EXTREMELY helpful and patience with me as I was freaking out from having such a bad experience at the other dental office I had visit earlier. I would HIGHLY recommend her office and look forward to going back soon .

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going here for a few years and the hygienist that performs cleanings (Micah) is AWSOME! Gentle, yet very detailed and thorough; love her! Can't recommend her highly enough!!! The dentist, Dr. Davie, is also very good! Today I had 3 Crowns installed, and everything went very great! Dr. Davie made sure I didn't feel any pain throughout the process and that the crowns conformed to my bite. My "new teeth" are in place and I'm not having any issues beyond some normal gum sensitivity.

Experiencia fantástica: Love that they take such good care of their patients with compassion, competence, efficiency, and organization. As soon as you walk in they know your name and throw a party. I have a bite misalignment that makes it difficult to hold my mouth open for sustained amounts of time, and they provided a spacer to give my jaw a break. They have helped me improve my gum health, and have always done the most to follow up with our insurance and make sure we are getting the lowest copays they can manage.

Experiencia negativa: Since I complained about being in extreme pain after a service I received … the front desk staff members are always rude to me . They avoided booking me an appointment to try and finish up on the work as well which resulted in me losing my benefits for the remainder of that year. ( just trying to stay consistent with the dentist ) . The dentist was welcoming and very helpful in assisting me to adhere to my issues . I recently tried booking for my cleaning…. But same thing happened with the girl who answered at the front ….had a whole attitude . I’m not sure why I always get the run around or some smart response when I call in …but I’m going to find somewhere else to go. Somewhere more welcoming . That initial interaction is so important .

Experiencia negativa: This place will scam you so proceed with Caution SERIOUSLY. They will say they accept your insurance just to get you in the office where you pay a $100 fee for a consult. We have Peachstate Medicaid for my daughter who is 16. She just saw her dentist a month ago where they provided X-rays and the exact tooth she needs a root canal on. A pre molar. So after calling over thirty places Lilburn Family Dentistry was where we hoped out journey would end because they stated that they accepted all major insurances including Medicaid. NOPE After $100 consult with a “dentist” who literally just asked her to open her mouth wide, looked inside from above her while standing up, mind you he didn’t even touch her or examine the tooth at all he said YEP YOU NEED A ROOT CANAL. Well Duh! That is why we are here. Then they presented us with an estimate of $2,800 for one root canal. OUTRAGEOUS ! While the front desk staff is helpful and courteous, the lack of honesty with them is not right. They are scam artists. Highly recommend going somewhere else. Would be a waste of time and money.

The office does not have their act togather, no response to emails, text messages or Phone calls or voice mails. The appointment I made was for Endodontist but when arrive they were making me see a Regular Dentist saying you will need to see a dentist in our office first to be reffered to Endodontist. Well, they did not mention this during my call for appointment. And why would I need to see the Dentist again when I have my Dentist for 10 yrs? My reason for visit was a second opinion from Oral Surgeon if my tooth can be saved rather than proceeding to extraction for which I was willing to spend extra on Specialist's evaluation. My Oral Surgeon transferred all Imagings that were done less than 2 weeks ago but this office would not confirm that even saying their email doesn't work and they will repeat the x-ray any way. I thought this was not professional. I would never recommend this practice to anyone and make a review on NEXTDOOR site to stay away froom them.

I've always been anxious about getting dental work done but I find that everytime I come here, the staff is always friendly and patient which makes the experience that much easier to go through. I've moved further away but the quality and care provided is high enough that I still drive over 45 minutes just to visit this Dentistry.

From Arlene at the front desk, to Andrea (Dr. Dave’s dental assistant), to Dr. Dave herself, the experience is always a pleasant one. I feel like I am in great hands when I come to the office. They are also, by far, more affordable than any other dentist I have seen. I live in Decatur, but am more than willing to drive the extra miles to come to LFD, just for the cost alone! Seriously, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Although scheduled for a cleaning, they provided a very thorough exam that included checks for cancer cells and swollen glands. I was not accustomed to this and I found it to reflect a high care about the quality they provide. Oh…and the cleaning was also done extremely well as were their admin team. Great people here!!
