Experiencia fantástica: Our first visit proved to be wonderful! Everyone we encountered was friendly and exceptionally welcoming. The decor was warm and inviting, as if to say "you are welcomed...make yourself at home." The tea and coffee station were just an added bonus. Dr. Gray was more than pleasant and thorough, and my 10-year-old daughter described the atmosphere as "welcoming and efficient". We are delighted to begin her orthodontic journey here.

Experiencia negativa: speaking from my personal experience… they smile on your face and are nice when it’s time for payment or booking another appointment. But once you are discharged and you have an issue they are rude , not polite, and act like you aren’t there. I have been coming here for over 7 years and will have to stop due to the company making customers feel like they are a liability. Not sure if I caught everyone on a bad day but that shouldn’t interfere with how you treat customers at work.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent !! Very Professional and always Nice and Sweet. Every time I come I feel so welcome and comfortable....Family Vibes!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Gray is a very qualified and professional doctor. I have never had to wait for long periods of time. He is quick and efficient and very kind and accepting of a 69 year old getting her teeth straightened. Love and recommend this orthodontist!

Experiencia fantástica: From walking in the door to Xray's, to Mr. Gray coming in to do my child's consult then on to Mrs. Debbie explaining everything to us, they were all amazing! So sweet and were so helpful teaching not only my daughter but me as well about her whole process of braces!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Gray is a super orthodontist. He treated two of my grandchildren and their teeth are beautiful. Very pleased with him and his staff. I would highly recommend him.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonder orthodontic. Great staff. Great price plan.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Gray is professional and takes his time with patients. His staff is kind and gentle. It isn't crowded and there is none of the rushing that we encountered at another practice. While Dr Gray could have recommended a long and invasive treatment for my daughter that would have kept us coming back for years (that we heard about at the other practice), he instead suggested a much quicker plan for the sake of her comfort. Highly recommend this doctor!

Experiencia fantástica: Very welcoming enviornment and very kind people.

Everyone was very friendly, engaging, and professional. Truly took their time to be sure I understood my options and left with all y questions answered. I eagerly look forward to trusting them with my teeth!

Experiencia fantástica: LITERALLY THE BEST EVER!!

Experiencia fantástica: Hello! Dr. Gray and the other orthodontists are really nice and they’re very helpful! They always ask me how my day has been and how I was feeling! It’s also pretty quick, especially things like getting your braces colors changed and tightened. It’s a really nice staff and overall pretty great :)

Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome! I went in today to change the color of my braces and I was out in eight minutes. I would’ve gotten my braces tightened, but I need to undergo oral surgery first so it would have taken a little bit longer. Although, they are typically pretty speedy about things. There is a station to brush your teeth at before you have anything done, too. Another amazing feature is that you can get points for doing simple things like wearing the t/shirt they give you to your appointment or brushing your teeth at the brushing station! You can even get points for not having any damages to your braces. All those points can be turned in for their merchandise or even gift cards for brands like Amazon, Chick-fil-A, Sephora, Nike, Starbucks, and more! It doesn’t take long to rack up enough points either thanks to all the things you can do to get points like contests or surveys. I’m definitely looking forward to that $25 Amazon gift card when I get 250 points! :)

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Gray and his staff are professional and so friendly. I feel like they're family. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch orthodontist.

Experiencia fantástica: Both of my kiddos see Dr. Gray, we absolutely love him and his staff! We've never had an issue and have been going there for years!

Experiencia fantástica: I think that you should chose Gray Orthodontics! And if you don’t agree with me let me tell you some reasons why. First off, there workers are so kind and have so many options for colors. They also added these point things and you can win a really big gift card or get candy and spin a wheel. But there is so much more. So I won’t spill any more details because I want you to go to Gray Orthodontists and find out for yourself! This is why I rate this a 5/5 star review!
