Experiencia fantástica: I took my daughter in for a routine dental cleaning and we were treated very well by all staff. We arrived early and the staff got us in and out in under an hour. My daughter is afraid of the dentist like most kids. And this was the first dental appointment that gave her the confidence to keep going for check ups.

They explained and demonstrated every step 1 by 1 to ease her nerves, gave undivided attention and parent education regarding oral health. We will definitely be coming back here.

Experiencia negativa: My children are established patients. We have been coming to the Snellville location for the past 5 years. Today we saw Dr. Were for the first time and dental hygienist Alex Butler. I was completely shocked that neither ladies made the time to communicate with the parent. Not even a simple hello or do you have any questions or concerns. And the fact that they recommended additional services on my son’s treatment plan, you would think they would want to explain what they found and how to proceed going forward. The tech hands me a paper with a treatment plan and asks if I have any questions. Of course I have questions, but the doctor and hygienist have already moved on to other patients. When I expressed my concern and stated how unprofessional they are, I was provided with the excuse that the office is busy. This office is always busy, but you still have to communicate with the parents. Also, during check out, the front desk rep who was very polite, asked me if I am paying for a service today that I have never heard of, nor did anyone previously advise I had to pay. When he doubled checked with the staff, another rep told him that the service was added in error. What? Highly disappointed with today’s office visit. Please do better!!

Experiencia fantástica: My Grandchildren have used this Dentistry for children for a few years now. This place is especially good for children as they are set up for kids, from the kid friendly TV movies, to the Kid friendly back area and the staff and doctors who really care about tke kids. Everyone is so very friendly and respectful to the kids and adults that are with them. I like that after the kids are done the staff walk out with them and explain to the adult what happened, how the teeth are...and what is next! Good job folks!

Experiencia fantástica: Update- my daughter is now 7! We still LOVE Dentistry for Children. Dr. Brooks is so kind and easy to talk to. Technician Kennedy is amazingly patient! The other support staff are always welcoming and quite gentle. Love this office! My 3 year old had her first dentist appointment today! I cannot say how unbelievably happy I am with the care and patience shown by all staff members! My daughter was comfortable from the beginning and was able to have her teeth cleaned, polished and have x-rays done with ZERO tears! So happy we've found a great place! I highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT COME HERE !!!! If you want to wait 1-2 pass your appointment time to be called back and still have to wait another hour. My appointment time was 10:30 am for a routine cleaning and still didn’t get out of there until 1:00pm . So please stay away.

Experiencia negativa: It is quite awful that an office would choose to overbook children for appointments and not even have enough seats to accommodate everyone there. I would appreciate if the Dentist or Dental hygienist would be the one to give me any aftercare information. The person who gave the information did not even introduce herself to myself or any other parents. I have been taking my children for dental care for 17 years and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had.

Experiencia negativa: My second and last visit to this disorganized chaos. They are overbooking and they schedule you for an appointment and dont call you back for 40 minutes to an hour later. Why not schedule me for the time there is actual availability!!!! Then you sit and watch the room get filled to capacity where folks are standing and then you watch all the people that came after you go ahead of you. These greedy dentists overbook as if we dont have other children that need us home before the school bus drops them off!!! Very selfish and inconsiderate then there is 10 people at the desk sitting and yapping not even letting us know if we are next or anything knowing we have been sitting for hours. If you are gonna have long wait times at least have snacks and drinks available!!! I will never return!!!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Today’s visit was absolutely horrible. We had an appointment at 11am and were not called in until almost 12:30 just to wait more inside, and another hour for a fill in. We did not leave until just before 2pm. Apparently the office closed early on Fridays. We were one of the few people left inside. Even other employees were already gone.

Today we took our son for a dental emergency check up and Dr. Hall was wonderful as usual! She got us in and out in less than 10 minutes. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and always kind. ☺️

Experiencia negativa: I have got the worst experience in this office. They don’t keep their schedule. My son had an appointment at 8:30am for cavity repair, they also want to clean his teeth at 7:30am. We have been in the site at 7:15am and done cleaning 7:55am. They told us that we have to wait for long time or reschedule for May 2026 to get the cavity repair. We don’t have a choice, but stayed and done at 10:15am. If you have a tight schedule, they don’t keep their appointments. Don’t use this office.

Before I went there , I started reading the comments . Some of the comments make you think twice , however I had a great experience and I didn't see anything bad about it . I will recommend that For other people. . It is the best place and they treat so well. I like it. I will go there again.

Experiencia negativa: I've had multiple instances of their appointments taking so long, over an hour. Today we had an appointment scheduled for 11 am. I got a message last week saying my insurance information was out-of-date and I needed to call and provide updated info. I called, gave them the info, and they said they'd get back to me once it was verified. I never heard anything back but started getting appointment reminders for 5 am instead of 11 am, which was weird. I tried messaging them with no response. Today I finally called to confirm the appointment time and they said that since I didn't respond back with insurance information, the 11 am slot had been taken. So they lost a customer today.

Experiencia negativa: Ive been coming to this dentist for a few years now. Today was the worst I ever experienced. The doctor denied my daughter services unless she used laughing gas which she has had a tooth filled without laughing, she told me she was the doctor and I don’t made demands after I asked if she could try one more time without it. Today we are celebrating her birthday. We were there almost 3 hours and I did try to just reschedule but they said I couldn’t get anything until April of next year. It’s just so much from today I’m disappointed in. I never expected this for them today!

Experiencia negativa: My fiancé took both our kids for their 1st time visit with both my kids. And came back to inform me of the disaster. They were scheduled for regular 6 month cleanings. Here’s the Positive is the hygienist for both were exceptional. I only remembered one of there names, Crystal who was with my son, she not only went above and beyond when she noticed he was nervous “he has ASD” she moved him to a quieter section. And calmed him. Thank you so much to her! However for the negative. The Dentist Carter- Robinson, LeToiya was nothing but awful. First time meeting and seeing her, she comes in the room for my son and says “uh-uh I’m not doing this” and walks out. Talk about being super confused. Not sure if she was having a bad day but it definitely reflected. My daughter also informed me when the dentist came in to see her and she said not doing this and the hygienist then said when she left she was so tired of her. It seems not only the patients (paying customers) can feel and see her frustration but also her co-workers. Not sure what’s going on with dentistry for children but the quality has fallen drastically. I called and asked to speak with an office manager for that location at 2:00pm and was told the location was closed for the day, yet the time the office shows to close online is 4pm. I asked if I could leave a voicemail and was informed to call Monday… this whole interaction has left an awful aftertaste in my mouth. Only reason I’m giving it two starts is for the hygienist who were nothing but amazing..this also seemed to busy location and the visit took sometime longer than expected, won’t be going back to this location again.

They were patient with him and was able to get everything done. 2 years later- still happy! Today we meet the X-ray tech Kennedy and he was awesome with Elias, very engaging. Thank you Kennedy!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I took my 3-year-old in today for a dental exam, simply looking for a pediatric dentist that was in-network with my insurance to complete her treatment. I was not referred due to any behavioral issues. My daughter is very well-behaved, and I expected a pediatric office to at least attempt treatment before recommending sedation. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The dentist never introduced herself, despite me sitting right next to my child during the visit. She didn’t ask about any of my concerns or explain the treatment plan. What was originally a simple filling quickly turned into a stainless steel crown recommendation, and without any discussion, I was handed paperwork and told she’d be referred for sedation. As a parent, I expect clear communication and a thoughtful approach, especially from a pediatric provider. I left the office feeling unheard and uninformed. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

He was caring, attentive, kind, and patient with all 3 of my kids. He made them feel safe while getting X-rays including them in every step of the process! All the hygienist and Dr. Hall were so sweet and caring. We use to go to the location in John’s creek and had a terrible experience every visit, so Snellville we appreciate you all!

Experiencia negativa: Would not recommend! My son had an infection and the dentist did not offer any antibiotics nor did she do a complete and accurate exam. Horrible service wouldn’t recommended! Not kid friendly either and rushed service. Instead of completing a procedure herself, she found reasons to refer us out because she simply did not want to do it. Pointless appointments and no one was helpful

Ms Deon was also pleasant, she cleaned my son’s teeth, she was very patient & informative… she explained to Jeremiah what was happening with his teeth & gums as she gently cleaned, informed me as well. Today’s visit was a success.

It’s comforting to know that when we return, I can request Yahel again for my child's care. Her compassion makes all the difference.

Kennedy the new X-ray tech was gentle and very comfortable with taking my daughter’s X-rays. I wouldn’t have known he was “new” had it not been mentioned. Loved, loved, loved Dr. Hall. She is very thorough. She communicated her concerns, and gave several solutions! All of the staff we came in contact with greeted us with a smile. Overall this is my preferred location over Conyers and Dunwoody the service was excellent.
