Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful experience for our daughter’s very first dental cleaning! She is usually very shy and can be nervous in new environments, but Dr. Van and the assistants were so kind, patient, and gentle with her. They really took the time to make her feel comfortable and kept the entire visit calm and positive. She even got to pick out some toys and received a balloon at the end, which made her smile! We are so grateful for how welcoming and child-friendly everyone was. We highly recommend this office, especially for little ones having their first dental visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and memory!

She was so kind, patient, and gentle. She took the time to explain everything and truly made what I expected to be a stressful experience feel so much easier. Dr. Van was just as incredible. She was compassionate, understanding, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or embarrassed. You can genuinely tell they care about their patients and want them to have the best experience. They completely changed the way I feel about dental visits, and I'm so grateful for the exceptional care I received. Thank you to the entire team for making such a positive impression!

Fantastic experience: I would give more stars if I could!!! This dental office went above & beyond expectations!!! The staff is very nice & friendly but also extremely knowledgeable!!! Michella (maybe misspelled - but her name sounds like Michelle-ah) explained my dental benefits to me (in words that I could understand), gave me a printout of my EOB, which I could also understand (not in insurance codes), & was super sweet!!! Daisy was very nice & helpful on the phone. While Tanya, who's also very kind & empathetic (both of us get hot very easily), was with me through the whole appointment, is AWESOME!!! (From the x-rays, which she is EXCELLENT at doing, because the wings that you have to bite down on didn't cut up the roof or bottom of my mouth), through the exam with Dr. Wu, where she was always checking to see that I was alright. And Dr. Wu is GREAT!!! He calmed my nerves because I'm afraid of getting a root canal. (He basically said that they don't really hurt if it's not an emergency situation.) I will be back to have my dental work done here!!! Also, they gave me a really nice 32 or 40 oz. insulated tumbler, like a Yeti, with a glass straw & cap!!! I am SUPER IMPRESSED by this place!!!

Negative experience: I walked into this office on the day they took over for Dr. Whittingham. Before I allowed work to be done I asked if they accepted my idental insurance. I was assured if they didn't I would pay the same amount as I did in the past. They didn't accept my dental insurance and charged me 4x the amount. Also, I had a cavity filled too high, went back in twice. I was told to go see a specialist because I needed a root canal. I did not, the cavity was filled to high. I'm still battling with them over the bill.

Fantastic experience: From the reception area, to Stephanie the Hygienist, to Drs. Woo and Van, patients are treated to a friendly and professional atmosphere. Diagnosis and treatments are well explained and questions are answered promptly and clearly.

Fantastic experience: They do such a good job making sure there is no pain involved. I didn’t even feel the needle from the Novocain. They have all the new tools and techniques. Very happy going there.

Being patients here has not only been great for our dental health, the doctors’ recommendations have had a cascading effect that’s improving our overall health, too. Plus, we’ve had a few cosmetic things done here that have left us looking and feeling great. Thanks, Oasis! My family loves Oasis Dental Spa. Dr Van and Dr Wu are amazing, and the hygienists are too. We always feel well cared for, with thorough checkups that don’t overtreat any issues. Our questions are always thoughtfully answered and concerns are always addressed. We’ll never stop coming to Oasis!

Fantastic experience: I love how thorough Dr Woo and DrVan are. I’m fortunate to have good teeth but they are proactively watching my teeth for changes. The doctor noted a small crack which was growing. I’m grinding my molars and didn’t realize the stress I am placing on the teeth. Most dentists say good job they’re ok. See you in 6 months. While it’s nice to hear, I feel I’m making small changes so my teeth last . I look forward to my visits as everyone is so friendly, kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: On Monday this week I had a wisdom tooth removal by Dr Woo. The procedure went well and was painless for me. I appreciate professional way everything was done. The care extended to me helped me relax. It’s day four now, and I can honestly say there was very little discomfort for me. I did not need any pain medication. The healing period is what I expected. The instructions were clear as to what was to be expected for recovery. I highly recommend Dr Woo and Dr Van. Their practice has the latest equipment and a clean welcoming environment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Van is a very good dentists. It’s a very friendly environment when you go into her office. She is very patient and explains everything that is going on with your teeth, and the treatment she will take to fix and keep them healthy. Dr. Van, doesn’t mind you asking questions, and she will take the time to answer and explain without rushing you as to what is going on. I have referred nine (9) of my friends to Dr. Van, and they are all happy with her services.

Fantastic experience: I just have to share how blown away I was by the care my 8 year old daughter received here. Fillings can be super scary for a kid, but the dentist and assistant were beyond sweet. They spoke to her gently, explained every step in a way she could understand, and even gave her a comforting squishy toy. Watching them turn something scary into something safe nearly brought tears to my eyes. It’s rare to find a place that treats your child with that much warmth. I’m genuinely grateful!

We took our child to a few other places after he chipped his tooth and few dentists wanted to work on it (was told to just fill and wait till the baby tooth falls out) or suggested more invasive procedures. Dr. Van was so pleasant, precise and careful working on the bonding, it came out perfect. Our child did not complain one bit and it has been almost a year with no problems. we highly recommend them.

They call after a procedure to see how you're doing. They call with helpful information about your appointment when needed. They send personal notes of encouragement when appropriate. Where can you get this kind of service these days?Oasis Dental is amazing. I don't want to flood them with new customers because it might take longer for me to get an appointment but they deserve accolades for going the extra mile. And the worse that could happen is that they have to hire more clones of themselves. ******** Great dental practice. Dr.Van is my dentist and she's wonderful. I liked her so much that I followed her to Oasis. Maureen is my hygienist and she does a great job explaining the best ways to keep my gums healthy. I highly recommend them. Fantastic experience: Recently I had an Amazing experience at Oasis Dental Spa. I am the kind of person who has not gone to the dentist in years and just recently taking care of my dental health. Dr. Woo and Dr. Van was supportive and so helpful in explaining what priorities are needed to take care of my teeth! I had 2 fillings performed and it went so smoothly. They even let me pick the music (guardians of the galaxy vol 1 mix lol) during my procedure to calm my mind. The small things like a stress ball to grip and lip balm while the procedure occurred will keep me coming back here. I will encourage anyone and everyone to visit Oasis Dental Spa!
