Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Dr. Goyal and Christi! It's only because of their genuine care and dedication to their patients that we were able to get a same day emergency appointment (even though we've never been there before). The office was beautiful, modern and clean. They were able to quickly assess the issue and alleviate the pain right away. If it weren't for them we would have endured an unnecessary procedure (as recommended by a previous dentist) and continued pain for weeks. We will definitely be back! What truly stood out, though, was the incredible staff. While I waited for my mother during her procedure, the front desk team went out of their way to make conversation with me, answer my questions, and make me feel genuinely welcome. Their kindness and professionalism immediately put us at ease. My mother underwent a very complex root canal procedure with Dr. Kunal Bector, and I cannot say enough positive things about him. He took the time to thoroughly explain the imaging, walk us through what to expect beforehand, and clearly show us what was happening every step of the way. His patience, compassion, and attention to detail were remarkable. Most importantly, my mother repeatedly said it was the most painless dental procedure she has ever experienced. Dr. Bector spent nearly three hours carefully working with her, allowing breaks whenever she needed to rest her jaw and ensuring she remained comfortable throughout the entire process. After finding it had to be sent out they worked within my time frame to get it to lab and returned within my timeframe. Negative experience: This place is a joke!! We took our son there. They are money hungry. We made a plan for our son’s tooth. An extraction was supposed to be done for 200 and some odd dollars. My daughter signed off that she just wanted an extraction. They turned around and called his guardian, which is just a temporary Situation. Then tell her that he needs this bone graph, blah blah blah. My sister thinks that we’re still in the room agreeing we were not. So they did the bone graft that they were not supposed to do and now we’re supposed to pay them $1000 for one tooth when the kid needs 20 teeth done. This place overrode the parents decision without her knowledge did the work needless to say we took our x-rays and we are taking our kids somewhere else. Been dealing with this place for over a month they are a joke. I do not recommend this office at all.

Fantastic experience: Haven’t been able to find a dentist id allow in my mouth for about a decade and DR KAUR was the first that didn’t push cleanings only addressed my major jaw issue and made up a plan and DONNA the hygienist was the gentlest cleaning I’ve ever had avoided them because I have receeding gum lines and and I didn’t feel anything !!!!

Fantastic experience: I had gone to my previous dentist last week for an emergency appt and they thought it was just gum irritation. Sent me home. It continued to get worse. I reached out to Ethos on Saturday and they booked me for an emergency appt there on Monday morning. After 3D xray and exam it was determined that I needed to have the tooth extracted. They were super patient, calm, clear on what needed to be done and what my care plan would entail. They coordinated insurance quickly and they did the extraction on the spot. I was SO grateful. Will be establishing ongoing care here and would recommend to anyone looking for a great, modern, comprehensive dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been to numerous dentists n tbh more then 3/4ths of them I never returned to bc I either didn’t feel confident in their abilities to care for my teeth or didn’t feel comfortable with them as my dentist. Well let me tell u all after all these years I found the spot n it is the absolute best dental care I have ever experienced. Dr. Kaur had to replace one of my crowns n let me just tell u all when she gave me the Novocain shot it was absolutely hands down the most painless experience I have ever had with a dentist giving me Novocain. Dr. Kaur n her staff that I interacted with Nicole, Caroline, Mathy n Donna r all top notch n this place is for sure something special!! They were all so extremely informative, genuinely kind n I completely felt as if they cared n were concerned for my well being. I wasn’t just another patient in their chair today, my needs as well as my concerns were heard and addressed promptly. Extremely elated to have finally found my forever dentist n very much looking forward to healthier teeth in the near future. I truly couldn’t b happier to have found Dr. Kaur n her staff at Ethos Family Dental.

This was the first time Ive ever had access to the equipment to get the oral cancer screening done as well. Dr.Kaur did several procedures for me and I have to say I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Donna did my cleaning. She did an excellent job! She was personable, professional and very delicate throughout the entire appointment. My entire family will be going here. This is the practice you want!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with this office. I came in for a cavity filling and had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. First, I paid for my service two weeks prior because they said it was “required for any appointment.” Fine. But when I arrived for my appointment, they tried to charge me the same amount again. I had to tell them I already paid. After looking it up, they admitted I did pay and even said they might have overcharged me but then told me if they owe me anything they’ll “credit it back on file.” If I didn’t speak up, they were fully ready to take my payment again. This is not the first time something like this has happened, so please be careful. The worst part was during my filling. They asked if I wanted to be numbed and I said yes. The dentist then said they were going to try WITHOUT numbing first and told me to raise my left hand if it hurt. It hurt badly I raised my hand, was crying, and nearly jumped out of the chair, yet they continued drilling and never once applied numbing. To make things even more confusing, the assistant told me at the end that my back tooth looked like it needed a root canal. I was shocked because this was never mentioned before. Then she left the room, came back alone, and said never mind no root canal was needed. That’s a huge mistake to casually make and it made me lose all trust. I will not be returning.

I needed to see a dentist in an urgent way… my first visit they were able to accommodate me immediately. I received a very through exam .. discussed treatment option as well as insurance coverage with patient cost. They were able to fix my crown within 1 hour time frame. Office was very inviting… great atmosphere .. tv on the ceiling to watch with treatment in progress. I was referred to them by my daughter who is very particular and I must say she was 100% correct.

Negative experience: So here’s my honest experience with this place. The first time I came here, I had work done without any issues. Over Thanksgiving break, one of my crowns (not done by them) came off, so I decided to give this office another chance. The doctor looked at it and told me she could not put the crown back on, and that I needed multiple root canals and an extraction. I told her I wanted to get a second opinion and would follow up. A few minutes later, they handed me a treatment plan for almost $9,000. What really bothered me is that I was only in the chair for about 12 minutes total, yet nothing was said about a charge until I was literally walking out the door. I asked if I owed anything, and only then was I told about a $99 fee. This should’ve been explained upfront before anything was done. If I hadn’t asked, would it have even been mentioned? It honestly made me question whether they prioritize patient care or just the money. It’s not the $99 — it’s the lack of transparency. Any office should clearly explain costs before performing a service. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won’t be returning.

The office itself was super modern and relaxing, almost felt like i was in a spa. Negative experience: I made an appointment on zocdoc on a Saturday morning. I show up for my appointment and the office is closed. It is the doctors responsibility to ensure their availability is accurate on zoc doc. I tried to call the office only to get a voicemail followed by a text to explain the reason for the call they just missed. No call back. Unprofessional. Definitely don’t use them if you’re making a zocdoc appointment

Fantastic experience: I’ve never been excited to go to the dentist but must say I’m enjoying my time with my hygienist Donna at Ethos. Please ask for her as she has a relaxing energy that’s calming yet professional. Hope to see her always!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: This place was awesome! Had tooth pain and scared to go to a dentist but I had to go. This dentist and staff was awesome. I am past my fear of dentists. Well, at least this one!

Fantastic experience: The staff here is great ! Dr Gentile was awesome. Always nervous going to the dentist and this by far was the best experience I have ever had. I would recommend this office! You have my 5 stars ! Thank you !
