Fantastic experience: Wonderful, friendly, quick service, thorough and very personable. Dr Tarek is so nice and explains things so well. He is extremely upbeat,caring, gentle and kind, and gives excellent advice on everyday tooth/gum health. He is a great dentist! And staff is awesome. From the dental assistants to the front desk.So glad I found them in my insurance plan! The office is a 45 min drive since I moved out of the area, but so worth it. Still great, always great. 2/18/26 3/12/26. An extremely busy day there. The staff handled it so well. The male assistant who took my X-ray (did not catch a name, dark hair and glasses), was very very kind and upbeat on such a busy day :) Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.Followed up with me later to make sure I had gotten my emailed receipt for copay. And as always, Dr Tarek is just the best. With the serious dental issues I've had this past year, I couldn't ask for a better dentist. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 6/4/26 Wonderful as always. Natalie at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The dental assistants were just great. Dr Tarek is simply the best. Fantastic experience: As good as a root canal can be. It was good and I’m looking forward to the rest. Had a cleaning and X-rays. Very good cleaning and plans for next appointments. I really like everybody.

Fantastic experience: Dentist is very nice, knowledgeable and thorough.. never feel rushed in his office which is crazy because I've never waited more than a few minutes to be seen. Also, had a few emergency visits and the girls at the front desk get me in the same day! That are always super patient in schedule my large family's appts. Shannon is always sweet and greets everyone with a smile.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about this dentist and his staff. I am always given an appointment within reasonable time. They are ALWAYS kind, respectful, patient etc Shannon is perfect as the face of the place because she is always smiling, welcoming, sweet. But most importantly the professionalism amongst all! Dentist is always very compassionate with his patients. Dr takes his time to educate us, especially w/ my kids. Never rushes us out the door yet we’ve never sat in his waiting room long. Natalie is always the sweetest with my kids. I've never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen.

Fantastic experience: Dr. T and Trisha are amazing. I never had a dentist that that explained everything to me about teeth. He’s GREAT!!! Trisha helped me so much today. She made sure I could get up on the treatment chair, she looked everywhere and finally found a way. She’s so sweet. I LOVE THIS PLACE and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EcoDental.

Fantastic experience: I came in with my five-year-old for a dental cleaning expecting her to make it difficult for everyone. She had a bad experience being swabbed for Strep and Covid and since then is nervous about going to the doctor/dentist. Dr. Tarek and Monica could not have been any more accommodating and understanding. Monica took her time explaining everything, letting my daughter hold the instruments and remaining extremely patient while cleaning her teeth and during her fluoride treatment. She genuinely cared about making sure the experience was as gentle as possible and went above and beyond. Dr. Tarek was wonderful as well! He has a calm and friendly demeanor and is great with kids, turning what could have been a disastrous visit into a great experience. My daughter talked about how silly Dr. Tarek's dance out of the office was and how she would like to go back to the same people for her next cleaning. I would highly recommend anyone with nervous little patients to see Dr. Tarek and Monica!

Fantastic experience: Eco Dental has been a great and friendly place to get my teeth checked and cleaned. The staff are nice, especially the front desk receptionists. One of them, named Natalie, even offered me coffee before. Not to mention, Eco Dental is fairly affordable and accepts most(if not all)insurances. I would recommend Eco Dental for the lot of your dental needs.

Negative experience: Dr Tavek & his assistant Margarita are amazing! My daughter was scared & they took such good care of her. I would highly recommend Eco Dental. We always have a good experience. Dr Tavek is very knowledgeable. I always learn something new every time I go. Edit: I had to take away a few stars due to the orthodontist who is at this location does not communicate on the progress of my child’s teeth. This July, my child will be in braces for 3 years and I have no idea why. The orthodontist will write orders on the disposable paper for the assistant to tell me. My child’s braces have not been adjusted in around 8 months. No tightening of wires just randomly adding & taking away rubber bands & now all of the sudden they’re repositioning brackets after months of doing absolutely nothing. We spend more time in the waiting room than the exam room. And I have no reason what is going on with my child’s teeth bc he scribbles something on the disposable paper & runs out the room. I ask a question, no answer. My husband took a day off to go with my child & find out some answers & was told the braces would be on no longer than April & now they’re being repositioned & are going to be on longer?? My husband called after finding that out & asked to speak to someone about this & has not received a phone call back in weeks. The dentist part of this practice is wonderful. The orthodontist part is not. I will be taking my other child to another orthodontist when it’s time for braces. I feel like my child’s teeth are being held hostage at this point.

Fantastic experience: I am always so afraid to go into any dentist chair, But I was sitting there, shaking my boots, and the dentist was in the cubicle next to me taking care of a small child, and he was singing to her. It made her and I feel much better. I just knew I was in the right place. The girls in the office were wonderful, and the dentist could not have made me more comfortable. I am actually looking forward to going back and getting these teeth, right!

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental care !! Dr. Al-Saadi explained what needed to be done and took care of my wife's problem. Also the dental assistant was very kind and helped my wife relax before her procedure. The receptionists were very nice and helpful with taking care of the insurance paperwork and scheduling the appointments. Fantastic experience: I normally hate the dentist and it was the best experience from the moment I made the appointment till I left. I still have to go back but Natalie was professional and accommodating. On the phone she was very helpful and very courteous. As well as Shannon and John too was amazing. From just bed side manner to the X-rays then rescheduling for my next appointment. And the follow up im sure will be amazing. Then while I was waiting for my ride it helped to be able to have a friendly conversation while I waited. I will definitely be continuing my dental service here just because of Natalie, John and Shannon trying to keep me feeling welcomed and comfortable while I waited for the dentist. Plus al-Saadi was pretty helpful and kind to have as a dentist so far. I have a follow up extraction to do in a week so more comments to come but he seems pretty accommodating and understanding. And had a great conversation with Natalie and another patient while we waited. Personal but very professional. 5+ stars for sure.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love coming here. I was terrified of dentists for so long because of past experiences and Dr Tarek has been the whole reason that changed. From being gentle and explaining every step when I’m nervous to answering all my questions to make me feel comfortable. He’s the only dentist I’ll go to and the only dentist I’ll take my kid to! Amazing staff that makes you feel welcome every time you walk in the door is just an added bonus! Seriously cannot suggest anyone more than the team at eco dental.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Tarek Al Saadi for over four months, and he has taken care of all my dental treatments. He is very professional, skilled, and has a great sense of humor that makes every visit comfortable. The team is wonderful, especially Natalie and Shannen, who are always helpful with scheduling and follow-ups. Their warm smiles and welcoming attitude make this clinic a pleasant place to visit, with no stress at all. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: My problem is not with the medical staff but floating women at the front end who was upset I dared ask what a charge was for. A charge that was applied 9 months after a procedure. She was unprofessional and immediately ended the payment plan for the day and demanded full payment. Mind you I've been going here for years and my balance prior to this late charge was zero. I never missed a payment. I don't think she was part of the regular staff but a floating manager responsible for squeezing every last dollar out of the patients. Janet was perhaps her name.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tarek was amazing with my 13 year old. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable. After a previous bad experience somewhere else, this place is a breath of fresh air. Front desk ladies are great too!

Negative experience: Had daughter go in for a basic cleaning was refused because they said she needed a deeper cleaning that our insurance didn't cover tried to have us finance after repeatedly being told we weren't in the financial state to do that...I had gone here a few times had no issues thought Dr really knew what he was talking about what blew my mind is they cleaned my teeth which are in horrible condition from a autoimmune condition I mean their so bad i have to have surgery in the hospital to fix them yet they cleaned mine but my daughter who has 2 cavities and never has had any dental problems they refused to clean because they were scared of causing more problems this absolutely makes no sense I will definitely look for a new dentist for her

Fantastic experience: Cannot express the gratitude in words on Google, but can only share the feeling of happiness I have had at this dental office. I have been a patient for 2 years now and have always been greeted by the same beautiful blonde receptionist that has gone above and beyond for my dental care. I came in yesterday feeling like an old, ugly broken toothed woman and left with a fully restored smile (well after the numbness went away lol)!!!! I can smile again without insecurity. I can eat again but with the knowledge from the dentist on what to avoid so I am not running around toothless again. I am very fortunate to have Eco dental as my dental care provider and have already spread the word on how amazing the dentist, the assistants and front desk are. Eco Dental is by far the best dental clinic in the south suburbs of Chicago! Thank you Eco Dental for being awesome!

Negative experience: I called for appointment for teeth cleaning and paid for a teeth cleaning but did not receive one they wanted me to do deep cleaning but I declined eco dental is a scam and they wanted me to do other services that I did not ask for I just wanted a teeth cleaning and they refused to do one for me this place is ridiculous and would not recommend them to anyone be aware do not go there.

Negative experience: Me and my wife went for regular teeth cleaning, the doctor recommended deep cleaning, my wife declined, they ended up charging us for regular cleaning without doing it, it looked like they wanted to force their clients into higher cost procedures. Total scam.

Negative experience: I would have gave this place 5 stars ...But Here is WHY I give it 1 Star. When I called to make the appointment, they said that dentist was out sick then he would be back the following.Week. when I got there, I heard somebody coughing, and I time everything.So it was exactly forty seven minutes that I was sitting in the other room, waiting for the dentist. I was telling myself, I hope it's not the dentist. Well, sure enough, it was he came walking in with his mask, soaking wet from coughing.His face was very red and he looked sick in the eyes. Well, ever since I left there the next day, I had to go to the emergency room. With being so sick and coughing still to this day, i'm on a bunch of medication, and i'm still not getting better. The dentist was very nice i didn't have a problem with him.I just have a problem with him coming to work.And getting people sick. On top of it, the Tech that did my XRAY took about 12X rays for one tooth cause. He said he couldn't get it right and he had gloves on and kept touching everything then coming back and touching my tooth . Then the teck came back with No gloves on ....and put his finger on my tooth with No gloves on!!!! Like who dose that? So I feel like this place. It needs to be more professional and not come to work sick and get their patients sick. I'm pretty sure this guy is still coughing to this day. Cause it's been about a week in a day, and I am still coughing and still very sick. On top of it, i'm still having tooth pain?And there's nothing now I could do because I don't want to go anywhere and get anybody sick. I am very upset. I didn't even want to write a review because like I said, the Dennis was a very nice guy. I felt very comfortable with him. Other than him, his mask was soaking. Wet, and i've never even heard somebody cough that long, that's a professional dentist, and that will come in by their patients like that!!!!!! When I went to the emergency room and told them about the dentist coming in with his mask soaking wet and that I heard him coughing and I actually have a video because I was videoing to my friend add snapchat and she's like who in the heck is coughing like that? And I'm like, I'm not too sure, because I didn't know but I knew exactly who it was when the guy came in. I just can't believe that you're walking around. Was your mask all wet and coughing?Like that getting people sick!!!!! Also, when I was at the emergency room, when I told the doctors how this happened or how I think it happened, they said that it's not professional for a dentist to come sick. To work, I bet you that to this day he is still coughing. I want to call there so bad and ask them.Is the dentist still coughing?Is he still sick because he's getting people sick? I've never been so upset before in my life. I didn't want to say anything because I'm in so much pain with my tooth. I didn't want to say anything because I just felt like if I said anything, it would have caused a lot of animosity in the room. So I just sat there quiet, but I'm really upset that I didn't address the dentist who came in with a soaking. Wet mask on From coughing himself to death in the next room while he was working on some little kid. I just can't believe that that I want somewhere, and I put up with this kind of behavior. It is so unprofessional, I i don't even have any other words for it

Negative experience: do. not. go here. i have no idea who all these people are leaving five star reviews, but this place is running a scam (just like many other dental chains....cough...aspen...cough). after being told my dental hygiene is great and in no way being told i have gum disease, i was told i needed to do SRP (scaling and root planing) at an out of pocket cost of $300 or they would not fill the two minor cavities they found or treat me at all. i have since visited another dentist who told me i was in the right to deny the SRP and that it only would have caused scar tissue! i feel for these dentists just trying to make a living, but this place is harming people for a buck. unfortunately my crappy DMO only covers places like this so i've had to find a family dentist that i just pay for. but it's worth it. stop this SRP nonsense!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area and needed some emergency work done to fill a tooth. They got me in next day, whole staff was great. The Doctor was amazing. I’m very nervous at the dentist and he was super relaxed and was easy to talk too. I would definitely recommend this location for sure.

Fantastic experience: I drive over an hour for this dentist!!! I’ve been to this dentist numerous times. My first visit they did a basic cleaning, and took x-rays. I have had terrible experiences with going to the dentist. But Dr. T, Natalie, Shannon, crystal& share all made me feel comfortable! My second visit was fillings Dr. T made sure I was numb enough before working on my teeth. They explained everything to a T. I am proud to say that this is my new dentist office! Good vibes, staff is personable and excellent!

Fantastic experience: What a great practice! We just came for the first time and we're immediately welcomed warmly. The outgoing and friendly receptionist engaged us in conversation with another patient whole we waited. The hygienist and dentist were awesome with my 11 year old. They were quick efficient and didn't push any unnecessary intervention. I can't wait to have our whole family start coming to this practice. What a great environment! I really appreciate doing all forms online ahead of time to save on time and paper.

Fantastic experience: Recently I had a filling fall out and part of the tooth cracked. I called the office and they were able to get me in within a couple days. Dr. Tarek was able to refill the cavity and save me from a root canal and crown! Highly recommend! Great staff!

Negative experience: Amateur Dr. He refused to give me a scheduled cleaning if I did not do a series of x-rays. Again. He's only about charging the insurance. The first cleaning I had 10 months ago 2023 was weak to say the least

Fantastic experience: Wow!!! Doctor T and his staff are simply amazing!!! Going to the dentist is nerve wrecking but my first visit I was welcomed by the most friendliest receptionists Alyson and Natile and it didn’t stop there because Shae and Rita (dr assistants) are so kind and very helpful. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable Shae is. Dr Tarek treated me like family and has my smile looking great!

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with how the dentist has taken the time to give me a run down of a plan of action for the care of my dental issues. Which to not much fault of my own, is a lot of issues. Hes currently working on a certain tooth trying to save it as best as possible. Great job so far!!!

I had tried to book an appointment online and was told to expect a call for confirmation after being asked for all of my personal insurance information. I never received a call and when I called to follow-up I was answered very rudely by a receptionist throughout the entire call. Because of this, I decided to book an appointment elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Eco Dental has done amazing work! Dr. T has developed a treatment plan for me and has made me feel so comfortable throughout the process, especially when I was terrified to get my first initial exam. They also were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment, thank you Shannon, and the dental assistant, Lexi, was very calming and did a great job.

Fantastic experience: Just stopped by with the family, to get teeth cleaned and x-scans. Assistant shad made sure I was okay, while getting my teeth cleaned. Super awesome people

Fantastic experience: Very nice staff and fast as I had to pay for a taxi to get an x ray that should have been taken in January...they even set up a time after the repair man was to fix the x ray machine..I paid for a ride back to Farrell Dental and they looked at me like..what are you doing here?, 15 minutes later they told me that they were not able to fix the x ray machine and didn't even have the courtesy to call me to tell me...had to go to your office..but I do thank you for seeing me so promptly..

Fantastic experience: The staff and dentist were very nice and very very helpful. I was in tears and the Doctor was very empathetic and 100 percent helped me to calm down and did everything very thorough and was so patient. I almost felt like I was a family member there. I left calmed down and very confident he will do his best to take care of me. You don’t get that treatment of such professionalism and kindness anywhere anymore. It’s always well COVID ruined that. I’ll tell you Covid absolutely did not ruin this Dentist or this practice. Very nice and very genuine. You are safe there and no one is looking to pull a fast one on you !! Good people!!

Fantastic experience: WOW! What an excellent experience. This dentist explained their way of doing dental procedures and correct way to take care of my teeth. Positive experience: Front desk is consistently rude everytime I go there. But the staff after that is kind and works with us. I just wish there was more of a professional manner and understanding from the front desk.

Negative experience: I came here because my daughter used to work here and asked if the provider Tarek Al-Saadi can do my denture and he said yes. I ended up with the most poorly made denture to exist. I went to a different dental company yesterday due to this company refusing to fix the issue they have caused me after billing my insurance and taking the money for it. The new dentist was beyond shocked to see how terribly made this denture was. We tried contacting the office numerous of times and they refused to do anything about it. Stay away from this place, go some place that truly knows what they are doing and that actually care about their patients. On top of my poor dental treatment, my daughter was harrassed by him while corporate watched and did nothing about it. Stay as far as you can from this company.

Fantastic experience: I think this Dentist is one of the best. I didn't think so while I was going through the procedure... That's why I've waited until now to leave my review. I wanted to see how it all all ended up... If I would live...or eat again without pain. I'm glad to report that I didn't die, and that my mouth feels normal again. In fact, I believe in this Dentist so much that I'm going to continue with my course of treatment... Something I wouldn't have believed a month ago. So 5 stars! Yea! You rock Dr. Dentist at the Homer Glen Eco Dental office!

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with my last visit . My appointment was at 11 am and I left about 12:30pm and the doctor didn't work on my teeth , he didn't know what we were doing for my appointment, after waiting so long he told the assistant to do an X-ray and the doctor went to see another patient, then I left!!!

Negative experience: I would give zero if I could . Staff is wonderful , I’ve been going for a few years now and never had problems with previous dentist . However ever since Tarek Al-saadi, BDS took over as dentist . He is horrible !!!! Rude to staff , patients and hurt me horribly and laughed. He knows I have an extremely sensitive mouth with nerves and bones exposed from cancer treatments and I see periodontist for cleanings and he just needed to fill 2 cavities. And what does he do but go poking around my nerves and bones that are exposed and pulls on my lip where I just had stitches and biopsy done and hurt me horribly. Then I kept saying I’m here for 2 cavities to be filled that’s all . Next thick I know without any warning or numbing gel he sticks me with a needle and I almost jumped through the roof . I couldn’t help it and left saying a few choice words and he didn’t do my filling's!!!!!

Fantastic experience: This is my second time making an appointment with them. I went in for fillings, everything went very well and I did not feel a thing; the doctor made sure my mouth was completely numbed before starting. Eco is a very friendly and educational environment, thanks to its doctors and staff!
