Both the hygienists and dentists were very kind, took their time, and explained what they were doing. They also had appointments that fit our schedule. The office staff were also kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Natalie Korolis had taken over this practice from our previous dentist who we knew a long time. Her practice is immaculate and has a very efficient smooth running staff. Dr. Natalie noticed a problem on one of my teeth recently and gave a referral to me. Her keen eye was spot on, and she caught the problem before it became a bigger one. The wife & myself are always very pleased with their services and we hope she will be around for a long time to come!

Negative experience: I don’t know how you can mess up a cleaning but they did. I felt something was off due to the texture afterwards that I’ve never had after a cleaning but didn’t know what to say or how to say it and second guessed myself thinking they were the experts. My teeth felt like rough sandpaper which I had never felt before and it constantly felt weird and not right and didn’t resolve on its own. Maybe they forgot the polish; it was not comfortable. A couple months later I went to Tend and they told me my last cleaning did not do it properly and redid it and polished them and my teeth feel normal now, not to mention whiter just from their cleaning. They also emphasized immediate attention to my gums which was never mentioned at this clinic. The good thing I’ll say is that the provider was kind and didn’t upsell you, but neither did my next clinic. But I would have preferred not to go at all than have them do the job they did, so hence the rating despite the good customer service. Edit for the owner: the appt was Nov 1 @ 1pm, I found them through OpenCare (who also advertised perks if you book through them and made it difficult to retrieve those rewards)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Natalie is truly an exceptional dentist. She is patient, kind, and takes the time to make both kids and parents feel comfortable. My two children absolutely love going to see her, which says a lot because dentist visits can be stressful for kids. One of my sons has autism and does best when things are explained to him before anything is done. Dr. Natalie and her team are always wonderful about talking him through each step and letting him know exactly what they’re going to do before they do it. That level of patience and understanding makes such a big difference for our family. The entire team at All Heart Dental is just as wonderful. The office staff is friendly, organized, and you can tell they all work well together to create a welcoming and positive environment. Every visit has been a great experience for our family. I highly recommend Dr. Natalie and the team at All Heart Dental to anyone looking for a caring and professional dentist.

Negative experience: They don’t open Fridays and only work one Saturday a month it is not convenient for people who have jobs during the week. The staff is friendly.

They exceeded my expectations! Meghan, their hygienist. She was unbelievably thorough and knowledgable. I suspect that she is a perfectionist. Oce she was finished, Dr. Natalie took her turn. Highly professional, yet very personable, she took her time explaining a treatment plan to keep my teeth in the best shape. I worried that I'd never find as wonderful a dentist as I had for decades. I am no longer worried at all. Everyone in this practice are wonderful folks who care. I would highly recommend All Heart Dental to anyone wanting great care.

I switched to them because I wanted true professionals who could provide knowledgeable insight about how to take care of my teeth specifically. I feel like Dr. Natalie and her hygienists really care about the health of my teeth and gums. Her office always has great availability and the text reminders for appointments are really helpful. And honestly, I can’t even remember what their “waiting area” looks like - they are always ready for me right when I check in. I highly recommend these folks!

It was almost 2 years since I’ve had a cleaning or any dental work, for that matter, due to my TMJ issues. This was hands down the best experience ever. Everyone I encountered from the receptionists, to the dental assistant, to the dentist herself, were beyond professional, courteous and efficient and full of smiles. The doctor also took care of me when I had an emergency around the holidays and I was very thankful for that. Cleanings seem to be thorough and they give you estimates of treatments before you have them which is nice

Negative experience: Overall this location is clean and friendly. My only regret is picking and office that isn't flexible with patients that travel for a living. This was stated from the beginning when I switched dental practices. I missed appointments because of last minute work travel or flight delays. Going to the dentist for a cleaning is not a priority over a work trip. You can't even change or modify online. I recieved a letter in the mail that they are withdrawing my dental care. Anyone can go anywhere for a cleaning. Ok, but calling patients and changing my and my daughters appointment times last minute is acceptable more than 2 times to come in earlier or later? Rules are rules, but please follow your own rules. Your rules also impede My ability to schedule my day and calendar. Not only did they lose me as a customer, they lost my child, and husband. I won't be recommending this office to anyone as I have done. Who sends a letter like that? Even with a response on google which is not needed, I am not changing my review.
