Fantastic experience: Dr. Alyssa is outstanding. I was immediately impressed with the office and attention to detail from start to finish. The cleaning was thorough and efficient, and Dr. Alyssa took the time to speak to me about my dental issues. I have had a lot of dental work in the past that I did not feel comfortable with, which kept me from going back to the dentist. I expected my plan to be complicated. She was able to provide me with a clear treatment plan of how to move forward and she did some of the work that day. It is rare to find a dentist like this. Dr. Alyssa made the entire process easy and straightforward I could not be happier with the appointments so far. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for great dental care.

It was life changing. I actually now look forward to my next visit. The staff is super friendly and professional. Ashley, the receptionist, sets the tone with her warm welcoming smile and relaxing demeanor. After checking me in, I am very promptly called in for my treatment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for their dental care.

As a patient with them for over 4o yrs, my children were in grade school when we started. The newest procedures and equipment are getting me thru stressful senior oral hygiene. Ladies at the desk are a delight to help with paperwork. I could write a book but they have saved my real teeth. Very grateful.

Fantastic experience: I saw the same dentist for 30+ years, so it was very hard for me to make the switch to a different dentist. But I am glad I did because Ridgeland Dental is awesome. Their staff are all very friendly, dentist and hygienists are great, and as a bonus they have flavored seltzer water for free for patients. The little things go a long way for me.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at Ridgeland Dental (formerly Bartz & Bartz Dental) for over 30 years, and Dr. Alyssa has been a truly wonderful addition to the practice! Dr. Alyssa is truly exceptional! After years of suffering from TMJ and trying everything from Botox to physical therapy with no relief, she finally identified the root cause - an issue with my bite. She took the time to do a thorough evaluation, including X-rays and impressions, and dedicated months to carefully correcting the problem. Thanks to her expertise and commitment, my TMJ pain is completely gone. I’m so grateful for the time and care of Dr. Alyssa. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to begin with Dr. Litkowsi ,I wanted to improve the appearance of my smile, but Dr. Litkowsi saw beyond the surface level and encouraged me to address the underlying issues that were affecting my oral health/heath . She recommended a comprehensive treatment plan that included orthogontic surgery work first , and I'm so grateful that I took her advice. Without her guidance and expertise, I wouldn't have achieved the amazing results that I have today. Not only has Dr. transformed my smile, but she's also helped me overcome my TMJ issues and has done an amazing job with my bonding. Fantastic experience: I was a relatively new patient, leaving my previous dentist with a bad taste in my mouth. All of the staff at Ridgeland Dental has changed that! They are all so friendly and helpful and explain every step of the way in a way that just makes sense and eases concerns. Dr. Rohan is great, all hygienists are kind, friendly and the receptionist Ashley also deserves a shout out. Ashley went above and beyond to accommodate my complex schedule as well as took initiative to research my insurance as I was having a difficult time doing so myself. I’ve been going to Noelle for 20 years to do my cleaning and she’s so gentle and friendly. Dr. Alyssa has done my Invisalign and the process was so easy and quick. She does amazing work and you can tell she really cares about all her patients!

Fantastic experience: First I am not a fan of the dentist. I never have been and I use to cancel so much over the years the office would mark my chart in red on how many times I cancelled my appointments. I had a tooth in the front that cracked so it’s time to go to the dentist. This is where I met Dr. Alissa. Omg. I love her. She is very knowledgeable and has the latest technology. I have had root canals, teeth pulled in the past. Dr. Alissa met with me because my tooth in the front cracked off. After my exam she came up with a plan to get my teeth looking great. It turned into hours of work with little to no pain and I am in love with plan she created for me. She cares about her patients and wants you to look your best when you smile. I cannot express how much she has changed my life. The staff is also very caring and understanding. Laura and Barb have even held my hand to give me the reassurance that everything is going to be okay. Thank you so much for caring.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Alyssa for the last couple of years and her expertise has helped my gum health and TMJ. I recently have been having pain in my jaw that radiates to my face and Dr. Alyssa helped me alleviate my TMJ, she took the time to discuss all options and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She researches and continues to learn to help her patients which is a breath of fresh air these days. I will always be a devote patient of hers!

Fantastic experience: I recently had my bite adjusted due to me biting the inside of my cheek. I also had a sore jaw due to the improper bite. Dr Aylissa from Ridgeland dental fitted me with a small plastic piece I would wear on the roof of my mouth. This piece was worn for a short time. My bite was corrected after wearing this piece and I have not bit the inside of my mouth for over 6 months. My sore jaw pain also disappeared. I highly recommend this simple procedure. Jerry De Lira

Fantastic experience: Dr. Litkowski is the best of the best! 4 years ago, I started my Invisalign journey with her and have been over the moon with my results! Accidents happen and my permanent retainer recently popped off and the office was able to get me in immediately for help. Dr. Litkowski cares so deeply about her patients and has incredible bedside manner. Fantastic experience: I just got back from having my dental X-rays, inspection, and cleaning at the new Ridgeland Dental facility in Palos Heights. The offices are spotless and beautiful. Dr. Litkowski met with me for my dental review. What a lovely person, so understanding of my concerns with a great personality. Noel (who is my favorite hygienist) is the best..so thorough and positive. When it came time for payment, the associate was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to sign up for the basic yearly plan and the service today was covered. Awesome! I give it six stars!

After unexpectedly breaking my front tooth on a hard pizza crust, I was placed in good hands with Dr. Ronan Bonsall at the new Dental Office Ridgeland Dental. Trained in the latest technology in Dentistry he was highly skilled in the newest techniques & did a great job ! I have been going to Noel, my hygienist, for so many years. She does an outstanding job and it it is so great to see her and catch up on what has been happening in our lives. Dr. Denis is the best! I have been going to him for so many years also! I enjoy going to my dental appointments! How many people say that!

Fantastic experience: Dr Alyssa & the team have been SO amazing! I recently switched to Ridgeland Dental & am so happy I did. I initially came to Dr Alyssa hoping to whiten my teeth with a solution that wouldn't be too painful (I have sensitive teeth) & had some other minor concerns. She listened and approached everything from a medical & cosmetic approach, which is very important to me! Because I'm getting married next year, I want my teeth to look the absolute best! Dr Alyssa came up with a comprehensive treatment plan that went above my expectations. This included: Invisalign to straighten my bottom teeth that had shifted post-braces, bonding / elongating my front teeth, & whitening. No other dentist had ever pointed out or suggested these things before and I am so grateful for Dr Alyssa for doing so!

Negative experience: With the new building remodel, the place is open and not very private. It was extremely loud and freezing cold. There was no sink to rinse. I don't know if I'll be back. Annie and Dr Siefferman are great but the new layout doesn't work for me.
