She made sure I got the best treatment possible, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff is amazing, and appointments were always on time. I highly recommend Dr. Splitt and her team to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust. You’ll be in great hands here!

Fantastic experience: I greatly value the knowledge and professional expertise that Dr. Jennifer Splitt and her staff provide. I do not live in the area but make the commute as dental hygiene is so critical to one’s health and have never had a negative experience at Lemont Family Dental.

Fantastic experience: Appt. was punctual, office was welcoming and entire staff was caring, attentive and professional. I only left my dentist and dental practice of at least 50 years because of lack of insurance coverage. I take great care of my teeth, but as I have discovered from LFP, I have some concerns that need attention. My initial exam with Lemont Family Practice was very detailed, informative and so up to date with camera technology, something that I never experienced before. Because of this technology and staff expertise, my negative teeth issues; old fillings and aging dental work were all addressed. Dr. Jennifer was so knowledgeable with every concern and I now can take action to repair all issues and continue to enjoy healthy oral health. LFP monthly Insurance program is very affordable and will definitely be put to use.

She is very kind, very professional and knowledgeable. A lovely personality and cool. Nothing hurt. Everything was explained and I never felt stupid asking questions. I had to come back and have something adjusted and they were very accommodating. I'm so glad I found this dentist. My teeth look great and very well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: This is the dental office is a home run! From the receptionist to hygienists to Dr Splitt they are 5 star all the way. The wait times are minimal and when I have an issue it’s handled so gently and swiftly. They have all the equipment in house so even a new crown is same day less than an hour and I’m out the door patched up living life. Love them all

Fantastic experience: Broke a tooth a week ago and was hoping it could be saved. Took my wife in for a cleaning and asked if they could tell by the xray if it was saved. Dr. Jen said sit in the chair and let me look. She agreed it was savable and took temporary measures until I could schedule a bonified appointment. All this on a walk in. Can't ask for better service. Thank you to all who helped today.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Lemont around 3 years ago and needed to find a new dentist. I don’t remember exactly my first time here but I am glad I was able to find this dentist and her very kind/helpful staff. I have been able to been seen and worked on within 48 hours for a few ‘dental emergencies’. A cracked muller, and a bottom retainer that chipped off (the ones mounted on after you have braces removed. The retainer was not installed here). Most doctor offices do not squeeze you in as soon as they do here and they make your emergencies feel like a top priority which makes me feel comfortable calling in a panic, lol. The office atmosphere itself is very nice, clean, and inviting. The front desk lady is always very kind and has great service on the phone. Lastly, for services being performed, you aren’t glued into the chair for 27,827 hours while work is being done. Very quick and painless. 10/10 -Bradley

Iv had a lot of dental work done previously and with Dr. Splitt and she Is by far the best dentist I have seen. She is extremely efficient and careful with her work. I never have any pain or issues after treatment and I almost fall asleep in the chair during treatments. The whole office is extremely friendly and make you comfortable! 100% recommend to everyone! They take their time and explain what is happening that day and take you through the whole process. Super accommodating as well! Everyone here is phenomenal!

Fantastic experience: This dental office is great. Staff are courteous and friendly. The office decor is interesting and designed for patient comfort. I even like the various playlists they use. BEST OF All is Dr. Jen. I started using her practice last year after moving to Lemont. Since then she has replaced a crown that broke -- she fabricated the crown in her office, whereas at other practices they sent the work out. And two weeks ago I had severe pain in a tooth that had bothered me for a while. I called the office, and they fit me it that day. My tooth was infected, and I needed a root canal. After treating the infection and putting me on ibuprofen to reduce inflammation, I went back for the root canal. I had no pain during or after the procedure. I am very pleased with and appreciate Dr. Jen's care. I highly recommend Lemont Family Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Lemont Family Dental for several years. Dr. Jen and the staff are very professional . I am pleased with the care they have given me and would recommend them to anyone who is seeking out a dentist.

Negative experience: I was a patient of Lemont Family Dental for many years before I had an absolute nightmare of experience with Dr. Splitt. I needed a root canal and came to the office. Dr. Splitt took an x-ray and started the procedure. She did not tell me that my root canal was calcified and she could not finish it. Instead of referring me to an endodontist  she just sent me home. The next day my face was swollen and I was in agonizing pain. I went to another dentist and he referred me to the endodontist right away! Dr. Splitt, you should be ashamed of yourself! With that many years in practice you knew exactly what you were doing! You just wanted to get the money for the procedure and you did not care about patient in pain and all the consequences your actions could've caused.

Negative experience: Almost killed my kid. He ended up in the hospital twice and they said they'd "see" if they could get him in. Missed cavity fillings by so long that tooth got horribly infected. Terrible place, keep your kids away if you don't want them to end up in agonizing pain while the staff shrugs at you.
