Fantastic experience: Really happy with my experience here. The dentist was very nice, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me. The staff was also friendly and made me feel comfortable. I never felt rushed or pressured. The office is clean and everyone is very welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this dentist to friends and family.

Negative experience: First visit was amazing. The second visit not so much. I called today to address the issue and the dentist said that wasn’t true implying that I am lying. I pay out of pocket and it’s not cheap so I expect at least kindness when i’m done paying. After i’m done paying the front desk lady made a rude comment in front of everyone to the point I cried in the car. I haven’t gone to the dentist in a while so I thought this place would be welcoming and non judgmental place. I strongly advise everyone not to come here. Thank you. Update: Your response to my review is not at all how you treated me over the phone. You were hostile off the bat when i tried to explain the situation. You were talking about check in which was not the part i was upset about. You asked the front desk lady right there and she obviously said no. What else did she say to me then if it wasn’t that?

I am very particular about my teeth and she makes me comfortable and relaxed. No judgement. The entire staff is professional and if there are any billing issues they will let you know ahead of time.
