Fantastic experience: they are the best , up on all the new procedures and equipment to handle just about all you dental needs . Wonderful staff and very clean and comfortable surroundings , Easy to get to location as well .

Fantastic experience: Great office and staff! I used to work Dr. Jim so I have been going to him since then...1995! Back when it was Dr. Joe and Dr. Jim Zajac. My mother and my 15 year old as well have been seeing Dr. Jim. Jim is a wonderful man! The hygienists there now are knowledgeable, gentle and friendly.

Negative experience: Our family switched to this dental office and we weren't happy. We followed a doctor to this practice who we really liked but he only worked certain days. The other dentists we met were not thorough or listened to our concerns or issues. We all switched. Cannot recommend.

Fantastic experience: I felt very comfortable just sitting in the waiting area, because of the calm colors. They have a classy decorator. But you can't sit long. They are very prompt at getting you in for your scheduled appointment. Everyone was friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable. My dentist was very adept at cleaning my teeth without soreness or ache afterwards. I made the right choice in going there and will continue.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at Ogden Dental Studio with Dr. Petranek and Dental Hygienist Cindy. A portion of my molar cracked off completely. I was able to have it fixed completely and quickly. I had no pain the entire visit. Every person in the office is friendly and caring. I scheduled my return visit for a cleaning before leaving. Since childhood, negative experiences and expectations were synonymous with the word “dentist”. Dr. Julio has changed my perspective. Everything from emergencies to root canal’s for myself, my family and my friends has been done professionally, informatively, gently, friendly, and patiently. Dr. Julio is an excellent dentist and I am very grateful and blessed to have found him at Ogden Dental Studio in Downers Grove. From the time you call on the phone to walking out of the office his staff is caring, friendly and goes the extra mile to answer your questions or concerns. If you are not a fan of the dentist, I urge you to visit Dr. Julio! If visiting the dentist is not a traumatic event, I would urge you to go a step beyond in your experiences and visit Dr. Julio!

They are not aggressive or trying to overtreat/oversell like some of the big dental shop machines. Their tech for texting appt reminders and communicating is super convenient; I never have to hassle with overcomplicated portals. They bill through insurance. The whole team is great to work with, take care of what you need and make it easy.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic. So welcoming, explained what was going on, got me in right away, personable, I can’t say enough. I came on for what I thought was a cavity (spoiler, it was). They got me in right away, and the doctor filled it same day and I was out in 30 min. What a great experience.
