Fantastic experience: 1st visit for senior after a move from the city Jennifer explained each step along the way from x-rays through inspections of all of the mouth & teeth.& the cleaning She did a full cleaning of the teeth. At the end she made sure no residue was left between or on teeth Then Dr McCarty examined the mouth as well We feel comfortable with the staff and that we are getting excellent care.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to McCarty Dental today. I had been with another debtists for years before today. I had my teeth cleaned today. I was introduced to.liz today. I explained to Liz about the sensitivity of of my teeth. Liz was absolutely awesome! This is by far the best that i have ever had for when it comes to getting a cleaning. She was very gentile thorough. I highly recommend Mcarty Dentist and Liz for doing the cleanings.

Fantastic experience: My first visit and all 3 encounters with the receptionist, hygienist and doctor were outstanding. Everyone was super kind given I hadn’t been to a dentist in 3 years and am dealing with some high end medication causing gum inflammation.

She takes the time to make sure that all my dental needs are done right.The dentists are just as qualified and professional. Over the years, I have had several procedures done, Including a crown, and they have all been painless, effective , and long-lasting. Any questions have been answered, and I have had no problems with my teeth after any procedures. The administrative staff is very friendly and efficient. McCarty Family Dental takes care of all my family, and we are very happy with their services.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. McCarty’s for over eight years and have always been treated with respect and kindness. As a healthcare provider myself, I tend to notice the little nuances that others may not, and I’ve consistently been impressed. I’m a little sensitive about every detail when it comes to my teeth, and even during some of my more random visits, Dr. McCarty has been patient and thorough in answering all of my questions. Over the years, I’ve had many cavities filled, crowns placed, and regular cleanings, and all of the outcomes have been fantastic. At most, I’ve waited maybe 10 or 15 minutes for my appointments. The office is always clean, and the front desk staff are professional and welcoming. I truly love coming here.

Negative experience: Was very disappointed that I was net vetted properly before I got there. I had sent all the info asked for before I got there and to find out I was not covered as I sat in chair!! I will lose up to $ 2000.00 of my dental benefits now, because I do not have enough time to get my teeth taken care of. Before the e d of year!! I as a patientdid all that was needed to do. Why was this not vetted with my insurance before I even got there!! This is unacceptable and should not have happened and now on my birthday my teeth still hurt ! Make for a bad day and holiday for me. You need to solve this so that this never happens again !@ Mike Davit

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for 2 years and love the service end to end. Someone always answers your calls or emails promptly (not like the offices where you have to wait awhile to get connected). Dr. McCarty is my dentist and is a nice doctor. I spend most of my time with Karen, the hygienist who is so good! Today I had a specialty service with Dr. Jona (honestly I wasn’t keen to have another dentist) BUT she was SO professional and kind!! She did excellent work. My husband is switching to here and soon my mom. So that’s says enough ;-) PS- I have had many dentists across the states and in 3 different countries. This is the first practice near my hometown I really like so hence the effort I took to review!
