Fantastic experience: The whole staff is quite amazing. Very warm and welcoming. Great sense of humor. Kind and understanding. I had an emergency tooth repair they brought me in right away and took care of it with plenty of laughs along the way, which is what i love . Genuine people who are here to take care of you and make you feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: The people here are amazing! I had such a great experience. I am new to Chicago and had chipped my front tooth. When I called - Kayla at the front desk was so sweet and so so helpful. They got me in same day and were so accommodating. I was nervous but Dr Jones explained every step, made sure I wasn't feeling pain and checked with me before making any decisions. He did such a good job and I am sooo happy! Thank you guys!!

Negative experience: I'm very disappointed in how I have been treated ever since my consultation. I did go back a fews days later to have the dentist recheck something he did at my consultation and they charged me out of pocket $67.00 when was a surprise plus my insurance was charged from when I was 1st there. There are times i've left messages and it took them a couple days to return my call. (I kept records of when i've called) Four days ago I left a message to reschedule my cleaning and for an update on my pre estimates they submitted to my insurance in June. Instead, they're too busy making videos for their facebook page, instead of calling their patients back. I was hoping to find a new dentist, but unfortunately i wouldn't recommend their office to anyone. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

Fantastic experience: This place is AMAZING. I am from out of town and has just arrived into Chicago. Was having lunch with family and one of my provisionals popped off. Of course this happens on a Friday afternoon. I found Celebrity Smiles and called them immediately. I spoke with Kayla and she said it was no problem to get me in for a quick fix, and it was 30 minutes before they closed. She was so warm and friendly and Dr. Jones was just as kind and accommodating. Dr. Jones bonded my provisional back on in no time and I was on my way. This is by far, one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dentist . They saved me on my trip home to Chicago. I would 100% recommend them. Thank you Kayla and Dr. Jones SO MUCH

Front desk receptionists are extremely helpful with insurance verification with several flexible payment options. I always have great experience at this place. The office has a great vibe to it. Dr. Jones was incredibly friendly and consultative. He gave me options to consider rather than pushing the most expensive “necessary” treatment plan (I had a cracked molar). Dr Jones and his staff are genuinely kind & thoughtful, and they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, and they will ask you several times if you have any questions. When I was at my cleaning appointment, I was not rushed at all! Dr Jones is knowledgeable in many areas of dental work, and he provides careful explanations of each procedure he will perform and why. He cares to listen and also place value on his patients' thoughts and feedback. My cleaning exam was extremely thorough and did not hurt. The hygienist is skilled and gentle and so very kind. The office staff is warm and friendly, and scheduling is a breeze! I definitely recommend going to Celebrity Smiles!

Staff is wonderful, Dr. Ahmad is a very professional and his passion to provide the best care to me and his patients is above and beyond. Fantastic experience: Had my first bi annual cleaning here. I have gone to a different dentist for 35 years and he has since retired. The staff was very welcoming and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The cleaning itself was smooth and at no point did I feel as if my mouth was being beaten up. At the end, Trent came in and did a final review and I was done. Set up my next appointment ment as I was leaving. I have I've found my next dentist.

After another broken tooth, I found Celebrity Smiles online, and gave them a call. Dr. Jones and the entire team are wonderful! They scheduled mom as soon as possible. They spoke to her at great lengths about her concerns, and were able to answer all her questions in a way that she could make confident decisions about her future care. Kayla and all of the staff are kind, caring, and coaching. They take the scary out of going to the dentist. We truly appreciate all of their patience, kindness, and willingness to educate me and mom. Fantastic experience: Trent was very knowledgeable and realistic as to my situation. Kayla at the front desk was alone as another girl called in, and she was juggling the office very well. I would recommend them to anyone. I plan on following through on this, and they are my first pick. And another visit down! No nonsense, straight to business as usual. Once again, professionalism at its finest. Nearing the finish line on my implants, and nobody is harder on Trent than himself! Very detail orientated, and highly skilled. I was apprehensive about this, but his practice has weeded out the worry of it. Should anyone need ANY level of dental treatment, no matter the age or condition, give them a call. Helpful and NO BS.

Fantastic experience: Look team. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist, and when my wisdom tooth started hurting I knew that it was time to get all 4 out. I had been dreading doing this my whole life. But let me tell you, when the doctor said "we're 50% done" I was in shock! Fantastic experience: It was not what I expected in that there was no pressure to get implants. Doc worked on other problems that I had with my teeth. He is truly a full line dentist in that he does what is best for you.
