Negative experience: STAY AWAY!!!! I went to this dentist almost 2yrs ago come April. I’m WARNING you DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!! I got upper dentures that wasn’t suppose to be permanent. However it’s funny I WAS NEVER called to get my permanents. Because the death of my father and grandparents, I didn’t call for my permanent dentures. Why would they could get more money by making me pay all over again for new dentures. However they called when it was time for my cleaning. I informed them of the dentures being too big and the pain I was having before I got there. When I got to the appointment the dentist saw how big the dentures were but ignored that problem. Instead she preceded to tell me about pulling my teeth on the bottom, and how I was going to lose them in years to come. Meanwhile the office manager went to figure out the cost for the upper dentures that they MESSED UP and the cost for the bottom dentures that I don’t need, after getting a 2bd and 3rd opinion. NOW REMIND YOU THEY DID’NT TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY at all for the TOO BIG DENTURES IN MY MOUTH. I’m glad I decided after leaving there to get a 2nd and 3rd opinion from two different dentists. I was told on both appointments that theres no way the dentures I have in my mouth were made for me. In their opinion!!! I believe the dentist at NEW AVENUE KNEW THAT AS WELL, WHEN SHE SAW THEM. To put icing on the cake they had the nerve to send me a $30 bill for a so called visit, but didn’t mention anything about the dentures that probably wasn’t even for me!!!! It’s time to seek legal help now that I had the 2nd and 3rd opinions. STAY AWAY FROM NEW AVENUE DENTIST!!!! ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY!!!! THEY WILL MESS YOU UP AND WANT YOU TO PAY MORE TO CORRECT THEIR MESS UP!!!! PLEASE FIND A DENTIST THAT CARE FOR SO YOU DON’T HAVE TO SUFFER IN PAIN!!!!! If you go there TAKE PICTURES IF YOU GET TEETH PULLED!!!! I had two black eyes after getting top teeth pulled!!!! Did they really think I would allow them to pull more of my teeth!!!! NOT!

Fantastic experience: The front desk is so pleasant yet professional...Megan and Olivia are true treasures and are integral to the success of the practice. Dr Nahm is wonderful! He includes the patient every step of the way; there aren't surprises during treatment or after. I have recommended him to a number of people looking for a quality dental experience.

Fantastic experience: Had an old filing that needed to be replaced. Dr. told me that this was a big one and she anesthetized my gums accordingly. I didn't feel a thing. She worked quickly. The staff is very good - very focused on my comfort.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist. Friendly staff. Dr. Hahn is a perfectionist at getting crowns to blend in with your natural teeth. He’s also good at keeping his treatments painless and using new, effective methods to make the patient comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Dentist is Extremely professional and cares. Will give you all the information you need. Assistant and receptionist were amazing too Visit #2: They really took care of me and make sure that you are not in pain. If you ever need to get a root canal these professionals are the people you can trust because honestly after some naproxen last night I haven't needed any more pain medicine to deal with my oral surgery on top of my two fillings. And on top of that they just really care about you. Some people are mad they get canceled on for a cleaning but they try to schedule and prioritize people that are at risk of dental emergencies.

Negative experience: Did not appreciate the switch and bait they pulled on me today. I called for an appointment to get a dental cleaning and they told me to come in on this day and time to see dr. Nahm. I have read wonderful reviews on this doctor. Get there and they switch me with a different doctor. They didn't even call me to let me know when I was confirming my appointment today I would be seeing a different doctor. They only cared about insurance info. Then told me I needed to make a new appointment to see Dr. Nahm because his day was full which wasn't my fault because he took in an emergency case. I wouldn't have come today then if this was how they were going to do things wasting my time. I hope in the future they are more proactive and call people ahead of time and make arrangements to change and find an earlier appointment for the patient when they switch doctors. Also maybe my first red flag is they didn't respond to emails. I emailed them for an appointment and never heard back.

Fantastic experience: I started going to this clinic sometime last year and all I can say is that all of them there treated me way so well..❤️ I could not thank enough the extra miles and care that Dr. Francis Nahm did to my complicated case. He did a phenomenal job in all aspects of my dental implants and his way of doing it was very skillful and reassuring that I am so glad that I found this awesome dentist. Special thanks as well to dental hygienist Lyndsey, who is always around providing an amazing job. I highly recommend this place and I do appreaciate all of them from the bottom of my heart.

Additionally, Dr. Nahm takes the time to explain dental procedures in a way his individual patients can understand. His friendly and personable demeanor puts his patients at ease. The dental equipment at New Avenue Dental is topnotch, modern, and truly “State of the Art”. The Dental Assistants at New Avenue Dental are outstanding as well. Fantastic experience: I suffer from PTSD. Going to the dentist triggers and heightens my anxiety. Thankfully dealing with Dr. Nahm and Kisay made it such a calm environment. I appreciate the patience they have and the willingness to keep all patience calm during their procedures. He is an exceptional dentist with many credentials so he can take care of all our needs. I also like that you don’t have to have dental insurance and that they offer a terrific discount program. He’s patient, not rushed providing personalized treatment for my dental needs. Always explaining procedures and checking with me during procedures to ensure I’m comfortable and at ease making my visit so much more relaxed and comfortable. He suggests recommended preventative services about my oral health, but no pressure. The environment is very clean, minimal to no wait time for appointments. The dentist as well as the entire team staff are the best!! Liz and Daisy always provides great customer service, professionalism, organized, friendly and courteous. Since that review I have continued to see Dr. Francis Nahm and the team at New Avenue Dental for all of my dental needs, and have finally convinced my husband to switch to them as well. Both of us couldn't be happier. Going to the dentist is not high on my list of favorite things to do, however I actually look forward to seeing this wonderful team of professionals! Whether it's a routine cleaning or something more detailed like an implant, I feel as if I'm getting the absolute best care possible. Dr. Nahm is amazing and whether he is being assisted by Lindsey or Rosie, they work together in harmony. Elizabeth [Liz] keeps things running smoothly as she handles the insurance side of things and is wonderful at getting us in as quickly as possible when emergencies arise. I'm delighted to have found a dental practice that I have complete confidence in.

Fantastic experience: 1/18/23 My husband Mr.C., had his appointment first, he called with a small tooth infection issue, they took him right away same day, and he was a new patient. He had a great experience, even went back a week later for follow-up & get his cleaning. So I was sold. I had a wonderful experience at New Avenue Dental. The person who took my appointment, Elizabeth was so nice. When I arrived the front desk staff was very professional and kind. Intake process was a breeze. The Hygienist-Lindsey was great. Dr. Saeed was superb. They didn't try to give me a dental plan that I didn't need just to get more money like most places do. I would recommend them to anyone. My teeth feel clean and happy. Fantastic experience: I had braces 40 years ago, and I have been to the dentist many times since then. It wasn't until I went to New Avenue Dental for quality dental care, that I learned the yellow stains on my teeth were actually bonding cement that had never been properly removed all those years ago! That alone is worth 5 stars! Everyone continued to impress me with the quality of care and professionalism. I have since had old filings replaced and old crowns that showed metal at the gum line replaced as well. I have never been so happy with my smile, or so at ease going to the dentist! I will have everything from cleanings to implants (if need be) done at New Avenue Dental. They are that good! Don't forget to talk to them about insurance or discount options!

Negative experience: First and last visit. Was asked to come in early as they had a cancellation, which I did. Had multiple X-rays taken and then Dr Bill cleaned teeth which felt rushed and then he left for the day. No mention about anything on my X-rays- do I have any cavities or anything? The hygienist asked if I had any issues prior to dentist exam and I mentioned about pain in back left tooth but it was never addressed. Was told I could have them redo fillings as they are old and turning black from mercury, and I could have a bridge or implant in a spot that a tooth was pulled from over 10 years ago- and he even told hygienist I didn’t really need it since I’ve gone over 10 years without it. When I was presented pricing for bridge or implant, I declined and was told ok you can leave now. Would have appreciated my tooth pain being addressed and told whether there are any cavities or gum disease but I guess he just wanted to get out early so nothing was addressed. Will have to find a different dentist- one that cares enough to ask a new patient questions and will talk about the X-rays or pains, rather than one that comes in and quickly cleans teeth and then he says goodbye to staff and leaves.

Positive experience: Been going here for a few years now for my dental visits. Service is good. Dr. Saeed is very friendly and nice, and the staff is helpful. Only bad experience during my last couple of visits to get a root canal done was that the doctor assisting Dr. Saeed was moving the tools back and forth very close to my face which made me flinch a couple of times thinking that they were going to hit my face. Except for this, the service here has always been very good.

Fantastic experience: Wow, they accomplished what would normally be spread out over several appointments. Super efficient! I was surprised that it was pain free - I usually jump at everything. They also charted out a treatment plan that includes all costs. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this office for over 29 years and since than many changes have been done, including the passing of the wonderful Dr Alan Villanueva. Changes are good and on my last visit I felt very good with the new owners management.

Fantastic experience: Honestly I'm not afraid of dentists but I can understand how people would be and why many people don't enjoy the thought of going to the dentist. I've been going to this office since it opened and I must say Dr. Nahm has been fantastic and is the best addition to this office since Dr. V was my dentist. Dr. Nahm's chairside manner is so patient friendly making you feel comfortable with the procedure, whether it's placing an implant or cleaning your teeth. He also communicates with his assistant during the procedure allowing the patient to stay informed and remove some of the fear when it comes to what he's seeing or how the procedure is progressing. Give Dr. Nahm a chance and I'm confident you'll agree that there is no longer a reason to fear going to the dentist.

Negative experience: Did not care for new staff.Was not able to get cleaning due to them not taking Medicare supplement dental insurance and dentist took unnecessary x-rays and didn't do cleaning. Unhappy with new owners and business.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 visits with AV Dental and both were excellent. I didn’t have to wait and Dr Saeed was very competent and professional. I’ll be using them in the future for my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Another 5 star rating for AV dental! Dr Nahm was very thorough with his exam. I had a large filling placed and prep work for a crown replacement. 2 weeks later I had the permanent crown placed. I had no discomfort or sensitivity at all. Both Dr. Nahm and Lindsay are very professional,friendly, and have a very soothing manner. What more could you ask for. I had a problem with a temporary crown cracking. I was offered an appointment quickly and it was replaced without any problem. AV dental is very professional, friendly, and very calming. I have never had and anxiety or discomfort during any of my visits. Got my permanent crown without problems today. Dr Rahman and Lindsay were reassuring and have a great sense of humor and professionalism. Just had a cleaning today and everything went well! Rachel was very friendly and gentle during the cleaning and Rahman did a thorough check. Another great experience at AV Denta Just had another great experience at AV Dental today. Both Rachael and Dr. Gianni gave me a very thorough cleaning and exam. This is the most caring and professional group of people.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Francis S. Nahm and his assistants. I received a thorough oral examination. Pictures were taken, shown and explained to me. Problem was found and recommended procedure was implemented over two subsequent office visits. Procedure was done professionally. I was also informed on other matters found and provided solution recommendations. His explanations were explained very well.

Fantastic experience: EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE & SERVICE! I was fortunate enough to get an appointment when my 87 yr. old dad’s front implants fell out. Since my father is hard of hearing and blind in one eye, I have to accompany him to all of his doctors’ appointments to help him understand what’s being said to him. Dr. Nahm and his dental assistant, Heidi, were exceptional! Dr. Nahm took the time to explain what my dad needed by going through his X-rays with me which I could then share with my dad. Jasmine in the office contacted my dad’s insurance and put together an estimate of costs prior to anything being done. This was so invaluable since my dad is on a fixed income! My dad needed serious work done and instead of telling us to make another appointment to come back another day when his condition could have worsened, Dr. Nahm and Heidi worked through their lunch to get the work done that my dad needed. I was amazed and so thankful that they were so concerned for my dad’s well-being. Heidi even called the next day to check on my dad and to make sure that he was doing well. I would give Dr. Nahm, Heidi, Jasmine & Holly 10 stars if I could. They are wonderful folks and great to work with!

You dumped me and my family because we have Humana Comp Benefits (a discount plan) not a PPO plan which is the only type of Ins you accept now? We truly miss Dr. Villanueva he was a gem and did not care what insurance plan you had!
