Fantastic experience: Dr Brown has always seen me when I need a dentist. His work is exceptional and his entire team is fantastic. He is the only dentist I will see. Until he retires he’s stuck with me as a patient. There isn’t enough space to write how wonderful everyone is there. My family has been going to him for over 30 years.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment here yesterday and was thoroughly impressed. The office is very clean and the entire staff was friendly from the moment I walked in. A special shout-out to Amanda, the dental hygienist, who did a fantastic job with my cleaning. She was incredibly nice and took the time to explain everything thoroughly as she performed the various tests and the cleaning itself. It’s rare to find that level of transparency and care. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: I recently visited this dental office as a new patient with a $77 promotion. The oral examination was very thorough and well done. I was also provided with a detailed treatment plan for my moderate periodontitis, which was thorough and made sense, though it was quite expensive. That said, pricing like this seems typical for the Chicago area. The staff was friendly overall, and Kathy, the coordinator, was especially helpful—she even offered a small gift because I had waited for her, which was a kind gesture. However, the tartar cleaning felt minimal, which may have been due to the new patient deal. One concern was the restroom—it was not clean, and that’s something that should definitely be addressed since patients use it. Overall, the service was fine, but I think the office could improve by offering better discounts or pricing options for patients without dental insurance.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr. Brown for years now. I like most people hate going to the dentist, but if you’ve never heard of sedative dentistry before Dr. Brown is your guy , he does IV sedations that makes all the difference in the world. You’ll never know that you’ve had anything done and you’re awake the whole time but you don’t realize it and the time passes like nothing, no pain!!!! so if you’re apprehensive about getting any major dental work done like crowns or bridges just call the office and ask for information on sedative dentistry. It’s not that much money and it’s well well worth it. There’s no reason to delay any dental work

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brown is the only dentist I trust and recommend him 100%. He puts the patient’s needs at the center of his patient-care philosophy and for that reason he’s been my dentist for over 20 years. I needed a new crown because my existing one had cracked and they were able to complete the whole process during the same day! Always checking my comfort level they had me at ease the whole time. Negative experience: I haven’t been here in 5 years but received a text to schedule an appointment & it reminded me that I never left a bad review! Went for routine cleaning & xrays, was told I had 10 cavities & was brought to a weird cubicle to go over next steps/payment. I declined, went to another family practice (paid out of pocket) for cleaning & xrays…and guess what!? 0 cavities, perfect teeth even to this day, 5 years later. So long story short, beware, I can’t believe this place is still in business.

Negative experience: This is a disgusting place, and I got water spilled on my shirt. They take x-rays without protecting your thyroid. The doctor was very rude, poke into my gum to check, it could be lighter and less pain.Highly not recommended.

Everyone was very, very friendly and very professional. Dr. Santiago was very thorough and answered all my questions and any concerns I had. The facility and procedures are modern, and the entire staff from receptionists to treatment plan coordinator are warm, welcoming, and proficient in making my dental experience much more comfortable and far less stressful than I was expecting.

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff, excellent care and they really care about you and your needs. Not only your dental needs but your financial needs. The same day crown service is the best ever. No temporary crowns and having to go back a 2nd and sometimes 3rd time if the temporary crown fails. I cannot say enough about this practice.

I only got a cleaning but the cleaning went well! Fantastic experience: Thank you to Doctor Brown’s office for quickly responding to my needs for a dental/medical approval for a possible upcoming kidney transplant. A diagnosis was made and I was squeezed into their busy schedule to get this done. Both Doctor Marie and Mary Kay the hygienist worked diligently to achieve this. On 10/10 I had seven crowns and a filling done in roughly four hours. Everything worked out perfectly and the fit and finish are great. I recently had an appointment with Dr. Kevin Santiago to discuss an upcoming procedure and he was very kind as he explained the issues & solutions that are available to me. Whenever I have questions about a procedure or just nervous Dorian is my go to person. He is very empathetic & full of compassion. He always walks me through the process and puts my mind at ease. The is definitely the best dental team around.

Fantastic experience: I very much enjoyed my first experience with Dr. Brown’s office. Everyone was very kind and friendly. The whole appointment flowed smoothly and it feels like they have a very organized process with patients. There were a few people in the waiting room when I arrived, but I did not need to wait very long to be seen. I appreciate how thorough and informative Helen was during my cleaning and imaging. Dorian was great at explaining my benefits and options as far as work needed. Pretty much my whole family has been here now. I would say that from mine and my families experience, they will recommend some type of further services other than just a cleaning. From a business perspective, this makes sense, just something to be mindful of. They do offer no interest payment plans, as well as patient referrals incentives. All in all, great experience, will definitely be back.

Dorian, the treatment plan coordinator, has definitely gone the extra mile for me when immediacy was needed. He’s very knowledgeable with his explanations that greatly help me understand what’s involved and he ties all the pieces together from different providers; then how best to schedule the work for good results. I recently ran into an emergency situation with a tooth and he was my hero! He got me in quickly to alleviate both my discomfort and stress. Ty!! Flora is top notch in treatment plan. Then there’s the front desk: Madeline manages to effortlessly juggle other tasks while greeting everyone with a warm smile and a personal touch. It’s a nice way to start and end appointments there. The office itself is spacious, parking is close to the door and it’s all on the ground floor for easy accessibility. So glad I found this practice by way of a dentist friend who gave me his enthusiastic recommendation for Dr. Brown’s office and even sends his family here for their needs. Wow: That says it all! Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment for myself and my daughter with Jennifer and Dr. Santiago. Both were very helpful and clearly communicated plans and needs for my daughter and me. Jennifer was very thorough in her cleaning and was considerate of my needs. I was at ease throughout my whole visit and greatly appreciate being informed on my health and financial planning so clearly.

Negative experience: They were great until I started to get suspicious about some of the upselling I felt they were doing. It started with one of the doctors getting my daughter in for fillings - and after they gave her nitrous another doc (he’s no longer working there!) said she didn’t need any at all! Then they recommended 4K worth of crowns for my husband. I called and asked whether this is REALLY required or is this just another “preemptive” suggestion. We believe in getting treatment only if required. Someone was supposed to call back and nobody ever did. They had me on periodontal cleaning. They wanted us to get my son’s wisdom teeth out etc etc. Finally I had had enough so we decided to change dental offices and I couldn’t be happier!! Turns out I do NOT need periodontal cleaning my gums are fine. Turns out my husband doesn’t need 4K worth of crowns! Beware. Get yourself another office!

Negative experience: The staff here is very kind, but watch out for unnecessary procedures. I was told I needed 3 crowns at an extremely high cost, after already having 2 done. Since I was having no pain and had sticker shock, I went to get a second opinion. That dentist told me I only needed 1 filling AND has to fix some of the work I had done here that was impacting my bite. Getting that second opinion literally saved me thousands of dollars.

They each took their time in going over the process and reviewing and discussing my results in detail. Typically when visiting a dentist I suffer from severe anxiety however, this was not the case during my visit. I was made to feel reassured and welcomed. In addition, the intake scheduler was very helpful in going over pricing and explaining my insurance information with me in depth. Great staff! I am glad I finally found my new dental office!

Fantastic experience: Helen , our hygienist is always so friendly and explains what she is doing. She always seems to give our dentist an update on my teeth and anything she thinks needs to be checked.

Negative experience: Tread lightly. Hygienist are great, but my dental work I cannot speak highly of. Partner doctor scheduled too much work on my mouth for one day (Dr Brown even said it), yet he still continued. Ended up in a lot of pain during and after. One of their same-day crowns I had done failed, meanwhile the entire staff was on vacation. My tooth almost completely died. Another crown from that day was oversized. Dr. Brown said it was normal, but I knew something was off because it was affecting my speech—had to insist it be redone. My bite also changed a lot after this barrage of work and it could never be shaved down by them to the point where it was stable. Eventually, a third crown cracked a year later while I was eating a burger. Sad that I spent so much money here expecting quality work, but it was planned and executed poorly. Your mileage may vary, but to me the practice at the time seemed a bit more business centric than patient centric and may have been overusing the same day crown machine too much (DYOR).

Fantastic experience: Always have a positive experience at Dr. Brown's office. Melanie is the first person I see when I enter the office. She always has a smile on her face! I almost always have Mary Kay as my dental hygienist. Mary Kay is wonderful and professional.

Fantastic experience: I've gone to Dr. Brown's office for a few years now, as has my wife. We're both pretty happy with the level of service and results. I started with some periodontal infections and have been able to get my gums and teeth to looking pretty darn healthy with Dr. Brown's office. The customer service is top notch - they remember who you are and care about helping you make progress with your needs. Absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment yesterday at Dr. Brown's office and it was a very good experience. Madeline greeted me and was very personable. I then had Sadie as the hygienist, and her work, which included x-rays, photos and a very thorough cleaning. She then patiently advised me what problem areas I had and was very thorough and personable. Dr Margaret then came on and suggested what problems needed to be taken care of. I do not feel that she was trying to sell me services, but was very honest with her opinion of what the priorities were, and very friendly and helpful. Lastly, I then saw Flora, who totally impressed me. She had already contacted the insurance company, and based on the information obtained, was able to put the numbers together for the services that were recommended by Sadie and Dr Margaret. She also set up the future appointments, all with a smile and being congenial. I would highly recommend Dr Brown's office, and look forward to working with them. 02/23 My appointment today was for a cleaning with Mary Kay, w hmmm o is great! Very thorough and concerned about me as a person. Kudos to her great personality!! 04/11 Dr. Marie is the best!! I felt very comfortable with the tooth extraction..She is so caring and has done an excellent job for me The whole office staff are fantastic!!

Fantastic experience: I have had an extremely enjoyable experience and have had such an enjoyable time dealing with all the wonderful people that work at dr. Thomas browns dental office starting with the reception desk and all the way through the process of getting affordable dental care and expert treatment and I’m treated as an individual and everyone is looking out for my happiness and my wellbeing of my comfort and happiness in regards to getting the best possible treatment for me and tailored to me It took me looking at several different dental offices in the area here in western Illinois close by Naperville and Aurora But I’m sure glad that I found this amazing place with all these amazing wonderful people who are dedicated to helping people with their oral health from individual intake to the great dental services and care that they provide

Negative experience: I went to see Dr. Santiago and he stated I needed 9 fillings. I saw my old dentist every 6 months and was never told this. I have no issues with pain or sensitivity. I agree that I have 2 old silver fillings which could be replaced; however, not 7 others. Run from this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brown and his staff there is friendly and easy to work with. They make you feel comfortable and are very articulate with their services. I would say it's a well worthy experience.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience here. I moved her based on recommendation and because I live in the area. I left my childhood dentist to come here. I had Dr. Cody for a cleaning in March and he told me I had 4 cavities. I haven't had cavities in years. I was frustrated but decided to trust the professional and get 2 filled to start. He filled the cavities in May. My teeth have not been the same since. I am constantly in pain on the right side of my mouth. I cannot chew anything hard or crunchy on that side. I finally went back to my old dentist to redo one of the fillings and he found a crack in that tooth now! This could cause me to potentially have a root canal down the road. My other filling is still hurting me and sensitive. I will probably need to get that fixed as well. I am getting all these fixed on my own dime as well since they denied helping me with this. I am beyond frustrated and annoyed. The pain travels to my jaw, ears and head. I had no issues with my teeth and no pain before I got these filled. I later found out that these were so small they did not even need to be filled to begin with, but now my mouth is ruined and I'm paying the price for it. After the fillings, I went back 3 times to get a bite adjustment (which made it worse) and had 2 other dentists look at my teeth. None of them could help me. All they told me was to wait it out. This is now an added stress in my life that should never have happened. It seems Dr. Cody left the practice shortly after he did these fillings; however, no one else in the office could help me either. I do not trust them and would not recommend going there.

Fantastic experience: I chipped my front tooth when I was younger, and I've wanted it fixed ever since. Recently, I had my amazing hygienist, Mary-Kay, clean my teeth and discuss addressing the chip. I was then scheduled with Dr. Marie to finally get my front tooth fixed! I was nervous that it might look fake, so I was hesitant. However, Dr. Marie took the time to create a mock-up filling so I could see it beforehand. Wow! I’m thrilled to finally have a chip-free smile. I am so happy I went through with this!
