Fantastic experience: i’m a new patient at pope family dental & today was my first time visiting the office. i felt so welcomed and comfortable from the moment i walked in! everyone was so friendly and made it a 10/10 experience for me :) Dr. Pope was so thorough and kept me informed during the entire exam. i should add that i am paying out of pocket for my dental care too - and their prices seem very reasonable to me! i would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Pope & his team if you are looking for a new dental office :)

Fantastic experience: So happy to have found a great dental practice! Myself, husband, and my mother all received excellent care. We all had very thorough examinations and they were very honest and transparent about any concerns or issues that may need to be addressed for our future care. My dental hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She was very thorough and gentle. No more worries about who we are going to see for any future needs. He’s a knowledgeable dentist, very nice, and extremely generous in covering his relevant costs when an oral surgery with a different provider failed through no fault of his. Fantastic experience: Once again Dr. Dan was awesome! I had a tooth that needed a crown and was pleasantly surprised that he has the equipment needed to make crowns right in the office, which saved me a 2nd trip which ultimately made me very happy :) I (like most people) do not like having to have drilling done but Dr. Dan was very attentive to my comfort level. His staff is so kind and responsive to my needs. I love the reminders too. The new office space is beautiful! I was watching a slideshow of Rome on the TV while getting my mouth drilled, lol Great job Dr. Dan & Staff!

Fantastic experience: This is a very well managed and organized office. So far I've had two visits and their time management is on point. They've been on time both times. Dr. Pope is very friendly and thorough and the staff is super friendly. Their teeth cleaning is next level, a little intense compared to our previous dentist, but they get it all. The location is very clean and modern. You can tell that they are reinvesting into the practice to give you state of the art care.

Fantastic experience: Great experience Went in for a crown. Turnaround time for the crown was a couple of hours Vs a couple of weeks. They took me on time which was wonderful. When I returned to get the crown positioned I was also taken at my scheduled time. Dr. Pope talked me through the procedure so I knew what was happening and how long we had left. Colleen his assistant made me feel relaxed. The staff overall is attentive and helpful. Marissa, my hygienist, was kind and put me at ease. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Doctor Pope of Naperville is a kind, honest dentist. My dentures are 15 years old and I thought it's time for a new set of dentures. Dr. Pope examined my gums and said he couldn't come up with a better fitting dentures him self and gave me a bagful of denture adhesive tubes to try on thus saving me more than $3500 which another dentist estimated charged me, few months ago!

Dr. Pope was one of the best doctor's I've been to, he told me exactly what was going to happen and then while he was doing the procedure he let me know right before he did anything so I knew exactly what to expect. Fantastic experience: Thought I cracked a tooth on Tuesday night while flossing my teeth. I called Wednesday to set up an appointment but found out they were closed so I left a message. They called back first thing on Thursday. Quick response. They got me in and I found out it was an old filling that needed to be replaced. Dr Pope and his staff were very professional and prompt at replacing my filling. He does great work. So glad he is my dentist.

Fantastic experience: When searching for a new dentist late last year, Dr. Pope "graded out" very well ... on several websites. He and his staff truly delivered! I had two adjacent molars with old, broken fillings, as well as the chips in them. I also had a chipped / broken incisor. Two crowns later, his work was flawless. I couldn't be happier! The repair to the incisor was incredible, as well. It matched the neighboring teeth perfectly! He and his staff are very friendly and will earn your vote, as well!

Positive experience: Everything with my visit today went great, except for my referral. I went next door, and the male doctor was draconian about my mask even though I have a medical reason to not wear one. He didn't even seem to care that I was just setting my appointment. I will see the lady doctor there, and will not recommend anyone for the male doctor as per his behavior.

Fantastic experience: Let me tell you, Dr. Pope is a Magician. After a crazy accident busting up my face and breaking my front tooth in half, one 35 minute appointment with him and I had a brand new tooth. Everyone there is super kind and friendly and Dr. Pope does wonders!

Fantastic experience: This place has a perfect 5 star rating for a reason (actually, many reasons). Dr. Pope is friendly, open, and thorough, and all the staff are too. I just had my teeth cleaned there yesterday by Jessica, and my teeth have never been cleaner (she was much more thorough than the last cleaning I had at another dentist in Oakbrook Terrace last year). Dr. Pope and his staff were great with our two kids (4 and 6) as well--they loved the experience. Pope Family Dental has another family of patients for life (or as long as I have teeth).

Fantastic experience: Dr Pope is by far the best dentist I have ever had. I had several good ones in Chicago but now I drive 2 hrs round trip because he is that great of a dentist. He has improved my oral health tremendously from my previous dentists. He really cares about his patients and for check up he looks for all problems that my previous Dentists all neglected. His staff is also extremely good at what they do and I get the best teeth cleanings and I'm now a lifetime patient. I highly recommended Pope Dental to everyone looking for the best experience possible!!

Negative experience: Very limited availability of appointments and the the staff is not accommodating with your schedule. I had been going to this dentist for years and was very disappointed by the lack of service I had received lately. I will be going elsewhere to find dental care.

Fantastic experience: Great experience for our first visit. Husband and I agree. Impressed! Thorough. Pleasant place and people. Highly recommend this dental office. I came back for a second crown today. So easy and fast. A machine in the office makes the tooth...done! No back and forth and no gross impression material in your mouth! My first crown bite has been perfect and this one is feeling perfect too. Update: Crowns are very good...like they're not even there! Next trip will be for mid year clean and check in June. The first one was thorough and painless. February 2021..Thank goodness a problem at the gumline of a crown determined the need to replace it. Appointment at 8 to remove the old crown and prepare for new tooth, painless...back at 1:00 for seamless installation. Perfect fit. Comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. March 1. Mr. Guill happy with repairs...easily and quickly. Thank you Dr. Pope and dtaff!

Fantastic experience: I had crown installed on an implant done by Dr Pope in 3 appointments in the past week. The office was very efficient on checking patients for Covid symptoms and office procedures had given me confidence to go ahead with the implant. They recommended oral surgeon for tooth extraction and putting the implant in 2020. Overall great experience with this service under the current special circumstances - 9 months since tooth extraction until having the crown installed! My whole family visits Dr Pope since he started his practice in the current Naperville office and we were always given excellent care!
