Fantastic experience: It was a great expereince that offered a great service. The cleaning and the washing is an excellent service. With the Dentist, I dint want to mess up her name, allowing for a detailed explanation of her work in the same. I appreciate the intro and follow up planning, and exceptional front desk service that was done by Janet.

Negative experience: While we appreciate the care provided by the doctors, we were disappointed with the front desk staff’s behavior. Our 10:40 AM appointment was delayed by an hour, even though we arrived just three minutes late. When I politely asked about the delay, a staff member responded rudely and told me not to raise my voice—despite me remaining calm. A brief delay shouldn’t lead to such a long wait and disrespect. We hope this is addressed to improve the patient experience.

Positive experience: I went there with terrible gum pain. They gave me a treatment plan that included cleaning, filling, etc., in a specific order. They stuck to their plan, ignoring my pain. After spending nearly $1700 with my insurance, I'm still dealing with the same pain. It feels like they deliberately started with the least urgent issues just to keep me coming back for treatment. 3 stars for being friendly and the discount I received. 3 stars in appreciation of the kindness and discount I was once given.

I did not feel like I was getting rushed in or out of the office and I got great advice on my way out. I did not feel like I left out the office with unanswered questions, everything was handled. Negative experience: Very bad experience. The receptionist is very unprofessional. Their policy is that the kids over 5 years old can’t be accompanied by their parents, which that lady from the front desk forgot to mention before I would sign all the agreements. I got to the office with my 5 y old, who was not “eager” to see the dentist, and they would take him quick inside, not giving us even a minute to talk and explain. The kid was scared and crying and I told them to either let me stay with him or take him out of there. They said they need to cancel the appointment in this case and charged me 25$. All this happened in 4-5 minutes after we entered that door. Very rude and unprofessional.
