Fantastic experience: Today was my first appointment with Dr. Khare. It's always a little intimidating switching to a new doctor or dentist. However, she immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. All of the positive reviews that I read about her were right on target. I highly recommend Dr. Khare and am grateful to have found her.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shilpa is great! I would give more stars if I could. She has consistently exceeded my expectations on every visit. I go to my visit and explain my pain tolerance is a negative 3. I hate pain. Don’t want pain at all for any reason. She somehow make it happen. I’ve never felt any pain from the work she performed- from pulling a teeth to root canal and crowns. Maybe she’s a dental magician and I love her workmanship!! Kudos to her and her staff.

Fantastic experience: I was greeted with courtesy and smiles. The receptionists were friendly, informative, and service oriented. During my visit the technician informed me of everything that would take place. The dentist was gentle and informed of my dental status and next steps. This was my first visit and I was really happy with the care provided.

Fantastic experience: They are all always so nice here! The dentists always take the time to talk to you and fully explain things before anything is done. I like how they walk you through it all and make sure you understand before anything is done. They go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable! Dentists have always made me nervous, but this place makes it easier. My kids go here too and they are amazing with kids! They take their time with them and make sure they understand what is happening and so nice to them. Not all places are like this!

Fantastic experience: Dr Shilpa was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve never had an experience so seamless at the dentist especially considering I didn’t even do the gas this time. She made sure I was adequately numb before giving me the novocaine shots and starting the procedure. For me that particular part is the primary cause of my anxiety concerning the dentist as I’m sure it is many others. It’s not unbearable it just usually hurts but Dr shilpa made sure I didn’t feel a thing. Cannot sing her praises enough, I wish every dentist could train under her! The price was extremely reasonable…and after having been two other places prior to finding them I knew just how reasonable they were. Usually when you get a better price you sacrifice customer service but not in this case. Completely blown away by the Dr and this team! Two thumbs up 5 stars all of it!

Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience at the Aurora Dentrix on Ogden Ave. I hadn’t been to a dentist in a while, and they were excellent at explaining what they needed to do before just doing it. The dental hygienist Natalie was wonderful, and Dr. Shilpa was very kind and thorough in her exam. Everything was super efficient from checking in at the beginning to scheduling my follow up at the end. I will definitely be going back for now on.

Negative experience: Unprofessionals. They cancelled my appointment only three hours before I was supposed to come in. I had rearranged my whole day for this visit, and getting such short notice felt really unprofessional. The reason was they do not accept my insurance after I asked them when booking the appointment. Definitely not the level of reliability or respect for patients’ time that I expected

Negative experience: I filed a complaint with Illinois IDFPR after my visit to Aurora Dentrix on Aug 26, 2025. I came for a chipped tooth (14); Dr. Patel treated the wrong tooth (15) without my consent. The record falsely says I signed a treatment plan. Since then I’ve had jaw misalignment, sensitivity, and trouble chewing. When I raised it, Dr. Inshu Khare dismissed my concerns (“Please proceed as you prefer…”). Be cautious and verify all consent in writing.

Fantastic experience: My husband & I have been going to Aurora Dentrix since 2011. We started with Dr. Belani and he was just amazing. Unfortunately I needed an emergency visit and Dr. Belani wasn’t available so he asked Dr. Khare to help me. I had a major fear of dentist and Dr. Khare listened to my fear, understood how I felt and did everything to help put me at ease. The whole staff is wonderful. They are so nice and professional. Dr. Khare has helped me improve my dental hygiene and now when she tells me I need work done, I am totally fine with it. She even helped get my over the fear of root canals. Aurora Dentrix deserves more than 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I became a patient here the end of 2024 when my former dentist was no longer in network & after I went to a different dentist that I did not end up being comfortable with. I just had my 2nd appointment and am very happy with this location! The dentist and dental hygienist are both so nice. I also do not feel like they try overcharging for anything, compared to my last dentist.

Fantastic experience: To start, all staff there were very friendly. When I arrived, no more than 5 minutes I waited before they called me back. The dental hygienist Karina was amazing ! She was so friendly, gentle & fast! Dr. Khare, also was amazing! She listens and attends to any concerns. I especially appreciated her being gentle during the cleaning ! For someone like myself who all my life has not been a fan of going to the dentist, I can say this experience changed it for me. 10/10 would recommend this place and doctor to anyone !

Our son recently cracked his two front teeth and Dr. Naren was so kind to take him the same day and restore his teeth. It went from the worst day of his life to the best. We all were very grateful to her for giving him his smile back and so quickly, thank you. The staff is also very kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience with Dr. Vij. He’s very professional and personable. This is the third time my 7 and 4 year old see him and they’re always comfortable. He takes his time answering their questions and is very gentle with them in easing any worries they might have. I’m very satisfied to have found an honest dentist that my kiddos can continue to see and are comfortable with.

Negative experience: For some reason, they let me wait for 20 minutes and no one came to address. And when I asked them how long, they said “it will be few minutes”. After 10mins, I straight said I want to reschedule since no one is addressing. And front office lady shockingly said “what date works for you?” Without even caring about my concern. I seriously did not expect from them. Hope some better staff is hired.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I used to enjoy going here when Dr Reed was my dentist here, after he left I made an appointment with the dentist who supposedly took over Dr Reeds patients. She performed my root canal and I got a crown placed on top, this crown came off a couple of months later and took off most of what was left of my tooth, so that now I have to pay thousands of dollars for an implant. They had the audacity to either refund me the crown or have it be used as partial payment for an implant, when they should be paying for ALL of the cost of my implant as it was their incompetence that is causing me to have to now spend thousands out of pocket. No apology, no trying to rectify the situation at all. And for reference I have a crown right next to the tooth they messed up that I’ve had for years that has never given me any issues. I literally hate smiling now and rarely do without feeling extremely self conscious because of them. If you want dental malpractice then go here, if you want quality dental work from competent dentists who actually care then go somewhere else. Update a year later So I now have a new dentist, and one of the fillings I had done here, the tooth has now cracked and broken I now need to have another extraction and pay thousands for another dental implant. I literally hate this place and what they have done to my teeth and my mouth. I smile rarely, have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist and I’m going to be out of so much money when everything is said and done. Like I said previously DO NOT GO HERE

I truly enjoy all of my conversations with Dr. Shilpa and the other doctors in the office. The level of comfort they give you is unmatched. The review I wrote below was written maybe between 2019-2020 and it all still stands true today. if you are in the market for a caring practice that not only cares about their patients but the service they provide you as well. I have been coming to this dentist since I moved here last year. I absolutely love the staff there! They are super friendly and the dentist is very knowledgeable and caring. They care about the patients and encourages us to make good choices when taking good care of our teeth! My dentist educates me each time I’m there. I was so disappointed in myself for developing not 1 but 3 cavities but indeed of blaming me my dentist put me at ease and gave me the right tools to minimize this. I definitely feel great walking out of the office. I strongly recommend this practice to individuals and families. The professionalism is SUPERB!

Fantastic experience: Love Aurora Dentrix. We have been going here for years. Even though we moved further away we still make the trip twice a year to see Dr. Inshu because she is the best. Always in and out very quickly. Clean. Staff is really well trained. They always do such a good job with my little kids even my two-year-old. Fantastic experience: Love them. Dr. Khare as able to fill a hole in my tooth even though it wasn’t scheduled (I was there for a cleaning), the staff even told me the cost after insurance minutes later. The office and dental staff are always nice and accommodating every time I go.

Fantastic experience: Have seen Dr. Khare a few times, and each time it has been a pretty good experience. She is very reassuring and knowledgeable. I got my wisdom teeth removed by her recently and it went really well. She explained everything and made sure I was doing alright. The process was really smooth. She also had her staff check in with me a few hours after to see how I was doing. Office is very clean. Everyone (dentist, dental hygienists, assistants, staff, etc) is super professional and kind, which has made it a very comfortable environment. They are on time and I like being able to get reminder texts/calls.

Fantastic experience: I cracked my tooth on a Sunday night, called Monday morning, and they got me in right away with a dentist. Dr. Shilpa was very thorough and very patient in explaining what she was going to do and even there after she explained why she did what she did. She genuinely asked throughout my visit how I was doing. She was very personable, thoughtful in my care and before I even left the office she had me schedule a follow up to ensure my tooth was good.

But after having Dr Inshu khare Belani do it I was amazed how smoothly and painlessly the procedure was done .
