Fantastic experience: Visited for normal check up and cleaning. Dana was very thorough in cleaning my teeth. I did have a sensitive spot and she was vey good at being gentle in that area. Once cleaned Dr. Forcioli checked everything out and he saw that my gum had retreated from an old crown. I will get a new crown very soon. The office is very clean and everyone here is so sweet and professional. Highly recommend Dr Forcioli and his staff.

Would go to an appointment and never look back and jump to the next dentist because I didn’t feel safe. I finally found my place! They are so understanding and caring. I feel very safe and heard when it comes to everyone. This will definitely be my dentist from here on out!

Went in blind for an emergency situation and it was handled with care in a timely manner. The most comfortable (and least pain!) I’ve ever felt in a dental office throughout the entire process. They were very accommodating to anxieties I have with going to the dentist, and they did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable. Negative experience: I’m not one to leave a review unless I’m deeply troubled by a business. The Forcioli Dental practice overcoded and overbilled for my dental treatments (this is billing fraud). Additionally, Dr. Forcioli said he does not have to explain his ‘treatment methodology’ to patients which is untrue and the basis of attaining informed consent. Based on their review responses, they continue to be unethical by demanding their unhappy reviewers to identify themselves, in an attempt to delegitimize their critiques of him as if he does not understand what patient confidentially is. This whole office, Tina at the front desk and Dr. Forcioli need an ethical and standard of care review. I am truly being kind by not elaborating further, but I am very disappointed to say the least.

Negative experience: Terrible place. Too arrogant to return my phone calls or online messages to schedule initial visit. Perhaps you'll pay attention to this message! Guess what, I'll just take my business elsewhere!!!

Positive experience: It was nice when I went, but I called for a cleaning appointment and they told me their next available is 6 months away. Sounds like theyre taking on too many patients to be able to serve existing ones in a timely manner which is disappointing.

Fantastic experience: After looking for a new dentist for 2 years and I tried 3 other dentists in that time before I went here to see Dr. Focioli. My previous dentist passed away. I had been going there forever. So, there were some pretty big shoes to fill after going to the same place for years and years. Dr. Focioli WAS FANTASTIC!!! He is very personable, has great bedside manor, and he's always friendly. The staff including the dental assistant and the front desk assistant were also very friendly and super helpful. I had a tooth that I got a crown on and he did a PERFECT job. He made sure it felt right and my bite was right and I have had multiple crowns in my life. This was definitely the best job, the best looking, and best feeling crown I've ever had. Also, my own brother is a dentist!! But he lives out of State. Even so, I am very picky about my dental work, and Dr. Focioli really impressed me. I will be going here indefinitely!!! I would ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND***.

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if I could because Tina who answers the phone hung up on me after a few seconds. I've called a lot of offices and never had anyone be that rude.

I was looking to establish new dental care and on the lookout for a practice that would be able to work with my highly sensitive gums and teeth. I spent a few minutes describing my past dental concerns with Tina at the front desk and asking if she thought Dr. Forcioli’s practice would be able to meet my needs. They absolutely exceeded my expectations! Dr. Forcioli was warm and inviting while also being specific and thorough. Their practice has the feeling of family owned without seeming to lack modern technical advancements in dentistry. Thank you Cindy, Dr. Forcioli and the rest of the team.

Negative experience: Be careful if you go here Forcioli Family Dentistry located in Lombard, our family had no history of constant cavities until we started going here. We went and got a second opinion after multiple family members were told they had cavities. The new dentist found No cavities, Thank goodness we decided to get another opinion and didn't have our teeth unnecessarily drilled!!
