The entire team was outstanding. The experience was healthcare as it should be but frequently isn't. I am in healthcare and I see the dysfunction and poor care daily. I recommend Dr. Scharfenberg and her practice to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I thought Carrie had a very light touch and explained everything well. Her chair-side manner is very good and she seems quite knowledgable One thing that would improve the experience is knowing in advance what is going to happen. I was surprised to find that I needed a full set of X-rays. Maybe you can include that information in one of your reminder texts. You could say: "You're due for a checkup and X-rays." That way you know what's coming.

Their interactions with young children are perfect with flavor options, explaining everything in detail and answering all the questions with energy. They always bill our insurance right away without issues. We've been using Scharfenberg Dental for 10 years happily!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Scharfenberg Dental for over 30, maybe 40 years. They have performed almost any procedure you can think of, and I have never had a bad experience. Results are always good. Staff is the best, and they keep up with technology (except the "clicker", which is more effective anyway). The transition from Jerry to Carley was seamless.

She is not only very pleasant but also on top of her game. I felt like I had new teeth when I walked out of there. The same goes for Dr. Carly!

Reception, hygienist, dentist, scheduling, payment, cleanliness, explaining etc Great. They're great at the aesthetic stuff, but their goal is to keep your teeth naturally healthy and clean, and in your mouth. They're great!!!

They’ve always provided excellent care and service and I’ve never had a bad experience. The dental hygienists are all so amazing and accommodating. For many years, I had the spa cleanings with Rachel who I absolutely love. I can’t say enough good things about this practice and I’m so grateful to be a patient.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 3 years so I was very nervous to be seen. Everyone was very non-judgmental, welcoming and pleasant. From Linda at the front desk, to the dental assistants and Dr. Kyle…everyone was top notch. My SIL referred me and I’m so thankful she did. I have never had such a thorough exam at my first visit and I felt so relaxed because I could tell I was in good hands. Dr. Kyle is so nice to chat with and he explains everything in terms I could understand. I never feel rushed and he does an excellent job. After my first visit, I knew I had found our new dental home. My son and husband are now patients of Scharfenburg also.

The chip was treated like a cavity and Dr Carly explained the work she was going to do and she went ahead and worked on the area. While I was nervous the work was painless and pretty quick. I’m thankful I found Scharfenberg Dental.

Fantastic experience: Both Dr Kyle and the hygienist were very accommodating since I had surgery on my gum and there was a bit of a miscommunication with the periodontist. It all worked out well and I appreciated the personal care I got from both of them. The receptionist is also very friendly and funny.
