Positive experience: Good experience for a person with jaw problems, however I hated their xray device. Feel like it's outdated and too large. You can't understand the receptionist very well because she mumbles and talks too quietly but she was polite and professional. Loved the xray tech Theresa, she was efficient, very nice, knowledgeable and she worked quickly because she knew how uncomfortable I was. Very grateful she was there to help me through it. The dentist was amazing as well, patient, kind, very thorough and knowledgeable. She didn't have a problem with me asking questions or letting me close my mouth to rest my jaw. Would of given a 5 star if it wasn't for the xray machine.

Made me feel comfortable, super friendly and courteous, The Dentist went above and beyond to take care of me and made sure to explain to me what was going on thoroughly. The Dr ‘has a gentle soothing manner and is very knowledgeable. She talked with me afterward about a treatment plan that will be very doable. I’m grateful I found them! My husband will have his first appointment with them on Monday.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this clinic I went in with a toothache as a walk-in and they greeted me and starts the process with in 10 mins...due unmanageable pain . The place is very clean and hygienic, and I felt comfortable right away by the staff. Dr sameera was extremely kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly about my dental issue. I really appreciate how professional yet caring the whole experience was. Fantastic experience: I live out of town and when I came to town my mom needed a new dentist! She is very afraid of dental work due to past experiences but with Dr Sameera she came back with a smile! Said it was her best dental experience ever! Everyone in the office is so nice and friendly and we are grateful to have found this clinic !

Negative experience: I'm so so disappointed. I like coming to this office. Came in with a tooth pain. The only thing they did was taking x-rays and telling me the steps we need to take with the tooth. She didn't need to prescribe antibiotics or pain meds. My doctor prescribe them for something else. So continue taking them. Walk out the office with less $198 with tooth . If I would of known the cost and to continue the meds I would of stay home..

Fantastic experience: I grind my teeth a lot and ended up chipping one of my front teeth. Negative experience: BEWARE!! Double billed my insurance and really messed it up! I stand by my review, they did double bill and is won’t fix it.

Negative experience: The Dental Hygienist was extremely unorganized during the cleaning as well as using the same gloves to open the sterile tools and the typing on the computer and then going back to the clean field. Did not feel very comfortable with her skills and technique. I think she may need some hand hygiene and clean vs. dirty setup Re-education.

Fantastic experience: My son chipped a tooth at school today. We rushed to the office completely unannounced. His dad is a patient of Dr. G's...The whole staff was understanding, friendly, and took care of it in less than an hour. My son and I both have anxiety about the dentist, and the trip today made us both feel completely at ease. Thank you to all!!! I will be scheduling my long overdue appointment soon!!!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful, glad I’m a patient here. Just changed ownership and new Doctor/Dentist is wonderful. Did the cleaning herself, was gentle and also thorough and built rapport easily and quickly. The office is clean and the staff are great, Nury is a fave! They work with my schedule graciously and can text to make appts in addition to over the phone.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited this clinic and had an exceptional experience that I must share. Having been scared of dentists, I had avoided dental visits for years. However, my experience with Dr. Sameera was incredible! From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel at ease. They even have coffee and water while you wait, which is a great touch. Dr. Sameera was incredibly patient with me, taking the time to explain each step of the procedure which really helped. I explained to her that I was nervous and she was very reassuring, which helped alleviate my anxiety. Not to forget that the procedure itself was so smooth and painless, I almost fell asleep at the chair! It's one thing being able to comfort the patient with words but Dr. Sameera's impeccable work really made the experience incredible. Never thought I'd say this but I am looking forward to my next appointment!

To my surprise there was a new dentist what a great experience I hate going to the dentist this dentist makes you feel more relaxed and explains everything and ask you if you have any questions or concerns. I will be definitely be sticking with this dentist. Dr Kenny is always worried about my pain level. There has also been a new addition to their practice Dr Alex she is truly amazing .

Fantastic experience: I wanted to find a dentist in villa park since I just moved in the area and my dental checkup was overdue. I have an unreasonable fear of dentists and I was dreading the visit at first. When I entered the office though, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff which, in turn, put me at ease a bit. The dentist frequently inquired about my comfort during my procedure. They were quick to respond to any questions I have. The office has a modern design, was clean, and equipped with up-to-date technology and devices. I'm glad I read the other reviews about this office and decided to schedule an appointment with them.

Fantastic experience: Dr. G and his crew are exceptional. They show you a degree of care, thoughtfulness, and compassion that I haven't experienced before in my previous dental clinic. My broken tooth was immediately fixed through root canal which, by the way, was surpisingly painless. I was expecting a bit of pain during the procedure but I didn't feel anything at all so I was comfortable all the way. The dedication of the staff towards their patient really amazes me. Fantastic experience: I was experiencing a throbbing pain on my molar so I immediately searched for an emergency dentist near me. My time with handcrafted smiles was fantastic. The office is well-kept and the personnel is kind. They took an x-ray of my affected tooth then told me that it can still be saved via root canal. The dentist then proceeded to explain to me the procedures of my root canal therapy which was a plus because personally, I want to be aware of what they'll do during my procedure. It took me 2 appointments before my treatment was completed and now I'm free fromt the pain!
