Fantastic experience: All the girls were FAB..Great little gift..

Negative experience: They seem nice, though they were constantly telling us treatments we did not need. Within the family we had to get multiple crowns replaced, fillings replaced and told a gum should be lazered off. We never heard of this so looked it up and these were some of the first hints of fraud. I was told I had staining on the filling from another dentist but to them they were “cracked”. We just went to a new dentist today and magically my teeth are perfect and look healthy. No cracked fillings, no need for crowns and no unnecessary surgery. I recommend looking into treatments that they recommend and think twice before paying them!

Fantastic experience: Great experience at this dentist , Mickey and Elisabeth is a wonderful dentist and also doctor Mach , bust the most wonderful person with a great smile is Sara , she is always welcome me with a great attitude and providing great costumer service , I love to came to this wonderful place !!!!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Mach for the first time today. The entire team makes you feel like you’ve been going there forever. They cleaned my teeth and did a second appointment same day for a tooth that desperately needed a crown. I would absolutely recommend Dr Mach!!!

Fantastic experience: We always had a great experience here, and the entire team truly knows what they're doing. We've been patients for six years or more, and they've always provided excellent care. Unfortunately, they no longer accept our insurance and are now out of network, so it only made sense for us to switch to an in-network dentist. We really miss them, though! If they accepted our insurance again, we'd switch back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: If I could rate 10 stars, I would 10x over, every last member of staff was beyond exceptional, and incredibly informative. I don't remember the last time I left the dentist feeling "WOW'd", they took all my concerns and questions with the utmost care and made my whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I also liked that they asked questions about myself to better get to know me, which I felt was just a nice gesture, made you feel more than just another patient. I look forward coming back here for all future visits.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. To put it simply, Essentials Dental is the best! After not going to the dentist for a few years (um, yikes), I was seriously dreading my appointment, but was put so much at ease from the minute (not kidding) I walked through the doors by the friendly faces, positive energy, and dare I say it, ambiance at Essentials Dental. Dr. Mach, her superior staff of dental assistants and hygienists (special shout out to Lindsay), as well as the front desk & administrative support staff, took such great care of me. Dr. Mach worked so diligently and efficiently. She and her staff did a thorough job, they are professional and courteous (up the wazooo), and gave out such a positive energy & supportive vibe that I'm actually (kinda) excited to schedule my next cleaning/visit!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting the Essentials Dental family of offices for quite some time. In fact more than 50 years of patronage. I’ve never had a bad experience. However the most recent 3 years, I’ve experienced a very high level of excellence. The last 3 years, I’ve been seeing Dr. Kaitlin Mach in the Bloomingdale office. The thing about Dr. Mach is that she is super conscientious. She makes sure the job is not complete until she is 100% satisfied the job has been done right. Because of her commitment to excellence, I leave the office feeling everything fits together perfectly. No rough spots. No period of adjustment to new alignment. No residual problems. She has earned my trust and continued loyalty.

Fantastic experience: WOW I am actually blown away at how amazing and welcoming this dentist office is! I’ve never been treated with such integrity- I’ve had in th past some very not good experiences at the dentist. I was terrified. Upon arrival Micki was so kind and warm, she gave me a tour and really made me feel at ease! The dental tech was amazing and gentle, the doctor was pleasant and professional. They explained everything to me in a way I’d understand and answered all of my questions. We put in place a game plan and I am super excited for this dental journey! Thank you ladies! You are all so sweet and amazing and I could not have asked for a more incredible first experience with you all!

Negative experience: First visit was nice trying to get a second appointment is literally impossible I have an infection in 2 teeth .they won't send the prescription for antibiotics to my pharmacy..try calling the office and they hang up on you. Apparently the amount of pain a person is in doesn't matter for 7 days I've been taking Norco and eating scrambled eggs.....I do NOT recommend this place even if you're desperate

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasant experience at Essentials Dental in Glendale Heights. It was a little chilly and right away, Sarah offered me a blanket today! The treatment plan was thoroughly explained and I had another pleasant experience and highly recommend this dental office! Everyone is amazing!

Fantastic experience: I’m totally impressed with every aspect of service at this office. Every person is friendly and helpful from the minute I stepped into the place. I was given a tour and introduced to the staff on duty. I was there to see if they could take care of a root canal which another dentist said I needed to get. Turns out they could take care of my cracked molar. The dentist Dr. Kaitlin Mach not only did a great job but was friendly and pleasant and careful to be sure I had no pain. Assist Leanna was also so friendly, helpful, and cared for my comfort.

Fantastic experience: I've been to different dental offices looking for the one that will take care of my family's dental needs. I'm glad that I came across Essentials Dental (by google search) and my search is finally over! Their office is so clean, location is perfect, and above all, the staff are great (shout out to Sara, Elizabeth and Dr. Mac!). I fetl like it's a "white glove" service and they treat everyone with respect, professionalism and makes me feel as valued patient. Highly recommended, I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Positive experience: Nice folks, clean place, work is very good, only minor issue is when I’m getting my filling the dentist and staff talk too much, the dentist and I think one of the assistants kept talking about their phones and it’s hard to relax and get my fillings done in peace, not a huge deal but just a bit annoying, aside that will continue to go back

They are thoughtful offering: a blanket, pillow, lip balm, etc. If I chose a dentist in network, I would likely get services at a lower cost; but, I chose Essentials Dental because of the caring and thoughtful people and service.

Negative experience: Went there for about 2-3 years and I liked it at first. The hygienist would tell you what the price would be after insurance and then for surprised with an $80 bill that I had to pay because insurance didn’t cover it all. I called and they told me that they make a pretty close estimate of what the cost will be. $80 is not a close estimate. Found a new dentist that won’t tell me what my copay is and not turn around and charge me more than what I’m told. If you’re looking for a dentist that won’t lie about costs, this is not the one for you.

Fantastic experience: I am Novocain resistant and they worked with me to provide a pain free appointment. For the first time I was pain free before and after being worked on. The Dr and her assistant were pleasant, eager to make sure it was a good experience

Fantastic experience: I went to the Essentials Dental office on 11/30/23 and I was helped by a dental hygienist named Annie. She was very nice and make sure that my teeth were healthy. I would have her again and come back to this place.

Fantastic experience: I needed three fillings. the problem was going to be that they had to remove my partial to get at these three fillings. Dr Mach worked her way around the partial so that it didn't have to be replaced. excellent job.
