Fantastic experience: In my 50 years of going to the dentist, Flex Dental, in my experience, outshines them all. From the receptionists, to the technicians, to the dentists, everyone is friendly and professional. They do a great job every time. We couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic experience: My dental health has been complicated and unfortunately required critical intervention. One of my front incisors had been dead for many decades and the infected dead nerve pulp was immersed in calcification spanning the nerve pulp channel making the cleaning process involved with the root canal extremely difficult as x-rays were obscured with so much calcification. Yet infection was pervasive and had already spread above into my gums. Dr Shah and Dr. LaPorte also addressed a file tip also breaking off in the dramatically narrowed canal. They could have easily told me the tooth was “unsalvageable” or referred me to endodontics that would have incurred an unaffordable cost to remove the file fragment, at this time. They used diligence, innovative ways to finally extract this file tip burrowed into the tool canal. I still cannot believe this was done successfully! The remnant of the tooth root now fully cleaned out was the foundation for the new crown for this problematic tooth and the adjacent incisor. However, because I did not follow Dr Shah’s explicit instructions; biting into a hard French roll broke off the temporary crown and fractured the tooth root. Now a new implant was required. Even in this case, Dr Shah and LaPorte decided to use the remnant of the original tooth as a socket and shield approach to maintain the integrity of the gum tissue as well as preservation of the bone volume not only for greater natural aesthetic for the implant; but also, to avoid socket remodeling and further surgeries later. Each step of the way they endeavored to take the path of greatest dental health long term while also avoiding unnecessary costs along the way despite my introducing the need for an implant. Everything was explained to me, and I was amazed by the degree of skill, diligence, professionalism and patience with a very complicated dental health challenge I presented. These dentists resolved a longstanding chronic dental health issue and because of their high standard of professionalism, enabled me to realize an optimal level of dental health without future complications. The entire staff was friendly, including Jessica the dental assistant; very personable, well informed and so very patient in explaining every detail to me. I am very blessed to have gone to Flex Dental.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had some really terrible experiences with dentists throughout my adolescence, so I came in with a lot of anxiety. This office has completely changed that for me. Dr. LaPaorte and his entire team go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable (and very well numbed!). He is incredibly kind, patient, and walks you through every step, which made such a difference given my past experiences. Even cleanings used to be stressful, but his hygienists are so gentle that I actually look forward to going to the dentist now—which I never thought I’d say! While his services, the quality of care and convenience are absolutely worth it. I love that crowns are done in-house in a single visit—no temporaries or multiple appointments. It may be a longer visit, but everything is completed at once. Another huge plus is that he offers a wide range of services, including general and some oral procedures, so there’s no need to go elsewhere. The entire staff, from front desk to back office, is truly wonderful. I highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I am new to Flex Dental and all I can say is I have found my home. Everyone is so kind there. My first experience was my cleaning. She did a fabulous job. My second experience was this week when I cracked a crown. I called them and they told me to come in immediately. Dr. Shah was amazing. Not only did he remove my old crown, but they make the permanent crowns right there. In two hours, I was as good as new. I love this place. I highly recommend them. Modern technology. Professionalism. And a friendly place.

Positive experience: Dr Shah did a great job preparing two teeth for crowns and created with his artistry two flawless crowns. Only problem was that I went away from the office for an hour and a half to wait for the crowns to be made. When I returned they tried to continue without renumbing the area. After some pain they gave me a shot but then did not wait for the numbing to occur before resuming the fitment. The last hour was very painful. My mouth finally got numb when I was in the car on the way home. But the crowns are à perfect fit. So you take the good with the bad, I guess.

Fantastic experience: If I could leave ten stars I would. This place is very accommodating. The front desk ladies, hygienists, etc are very nice. They were able to get me in right away. You are treated like a person not a number. They are efficient, skilled and focused as well as compassionate. They are relatively affordable and willing to work with you on payments if you don't have insurance. I am very pleased with their professionalism. They genuinely care if you're O.K.I can't say that a lot about other medical places that I have been too. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for an affordable, honest and caring dentist.

Negative experience: The dentist that replaced my crown, really hacked up my surrounding gums. He used a grinding wheel to remove the old crown, striking the tissues. Gums were very sore for a week, then came the pain from eating. Slightest pressure on my crown erupts in pain. I can only eat soft foods on that side of my teeth. He warned me don't come back for months if you experience pain. 'It can take months if any pain starts. It's a cop out. He knew he hit a nerve and in my opinion this was his way of avoiding ownership of his work.

Fantastic experience: Since Dr. LaPorte was on vacation, I needed to see Dr. Shah due to a bad tooth. Dr. Shah was amazing! Very personable and a skilled dentist. I couldn't be happier with the crown he put on. Bravo! Plus the office staff is always great!

Fantastic experience: I just had a wonderful experience at Flex dental today! I was first greeted by a smiling face from Joanna, at the front desk, she made me feel welcomed right away. Then, Gina, one of the friendly hygienists, called me in to take x-rays and get a teeth cleaning. She was awesome, thorough and very gentle. My teeth are now very clean. They use digital x-rays, so the radiation is very low, as compared to the old days, and you get instant results. Then Gina called in Dr. Laporte to do an exam. He was pleasant and with a good chair side manner, I recommend to all who will read this to go to this office if they are looking for a change. You won't be disappointed!

I brought my daughter for a routine cleaning and casually mentioned to the front desk staff that I was due for a cleaning myself. Instantly, the wonderful Joanna and Jessica went to work to fit me into their busy day. I have to say, Joanna is consistently one of the most helpful and pleasant people I have ever dealt with in any office setting—she is absolutely fantastic! My hygienist, Nicolette, then proceeded to give me quite possibly, the most thorough cleaning of my life. My teeth have never felt so polished and clean; the attention to detail was just incredible. I legit felt bad for eating food afterward! From Dr. LaPorte to every single staff member, the care and professionalism are outstanding. I can't recommend Flex Dental highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I went to Flex Dental on a recommendation and was not disappointed. I had a bad infection that my previous dentist and endodontist blew off. They wanted me to wait over a month to fix the issue. Dr. LaPorte took my concerns seriously and treated the issue immediately. His staff is absolutely top notch. They are so nice. I have bad anxiety at the dentist office and they were attentive and I felt like they genuinely cared. I actually felt okay there. Great environment. Great people 100% recommend them!

They explain everything to you before and when they are working on you (step by step what they're doing also to make sure you are doing OK.) The whole office is very Friendly, Pleasant and have Great Customer Service. The Minute you walk in the door you are greeted by the Ladies Kim and Joanna. Then you are greeted by the Assistant to the Doctor and walk back to your area. You are always escorted to the front, either by the Doctor himself or his Assistant. Fantastic experience: The best dentist expierence! ok coming from a person who had 12 teeth pulled when they were little and extensive work on their teeth at a young age...it's safe to say I dont like going to the dentist as an adult. HOWEVER, Dr. Anthony Laporte completely changed that, I was told I needed a root canal and was so unbelievably nervous. Dr. Laporte was so gentle and precise. He explained everything he was doing during the entire process and made me feel so at ease and NO PAIN. The playlist they have playing in the office is awesome by the way. No more bad experiences with a dentist now that I have Dr. Laporte as my dentist. Also, not only is Dr. Laporte super friendly but the entire staff! They take amazing care of their patients. I know I'm in the best of hands when I go to the dentist now. Such a great expierence. HIGHLY recommend!!

The dentist can be a bit of a nerve-racking place for some, so something I really appreciate about Dr. LaPorte is his ability to explain what he’s going to do before he does it. He’s very thoughtful, thorough, & compassionate. The front desk & his assistant are always kind & wonderful as well! I’m extremely pleased to be in the care of Flex Dental!

Negative experience: Dr. LaPorte is very detailed, personable, caring, and skilled. His staff was wonderful and his assistant is great too. I updated my review from a 5 rating to a 1 rating. Unfortunately, over the past several months service and quality has significantly decreased. Lack of follow-up on insurance, my wife had a crown inspected and it fell off, my son had veneers put on that broke two times already, and there has been a lack of communication on billing issues brought to their attention. Plus, having a hard time getting CT Scan that they charged us for and is needed for an oral surgeon because they are not capable of doing the work. They don't seem to stand behind their work or materials. They charge for services and materials that don't meet satisfaction levels and keep charging to repair them. Not sure what is going on there. It needs to improve or they will lose patients quickly. We are already looking for a new more reliable provider.

Fantastic experience: The minute you step into the office you are welcomed with warm smiles and positivity! Dr. LaPorte and staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. He takes the time to explain the details of the procedure and is a true perfectionist. I went through the process of getting veneers and I am so thankful for my wonderful new smile. If you like passionate professionals, great office music, and ability to deliver above expectations I would recommend making an appointment.

Fantastic experience: My first visit. I had to call them last minute due to a doc appt for my dog. They rescheduled me on the same day 2 hours later so I wouldn't worry about rushing. Fantastic experience: I had two root canals and needed pricing on crown replacements. When I called Flex, they were lovely, very informative about what I would probably need to have done, looked up my insurance information and got me scheduled next day for a pricing consultation! All this, and I was not a patient in their office. I can say I am now and the pleasant phone conversations, extended to the actual office experience. Good Job Flex. I am a huge New Fan! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I walked in to 2 smiling faces who welcomed me. They knew who I was and which forms needed to be filled out. I was taken exactly at my appointment time and sat in an exam chair. The hygienist was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable and sweet. Everything she did, she made sure to explain to me. The time she took to ensure my comfort, was nothing short of spectacular. Dr. Laporte then came in, introduced himself and talked to me like he has known me my entire life. He examined my teeth and reviewed the x-rays. Together we came up with a "dental plan." At no point did Dr. LaPorte push for anything. I actually am looking forward to being his patient and will bring my family to him as well.

Fantastic experience: I went to Flex Dental on a recommendation for a second opinion on dental work that needed to be done. I had no idea what I was in for. I have never been to a more kind office. It started when I walked in, the office staff was so friendly. As soon as I checked in the dental assistant took me back, got me settled and then took X-rays she is just as sweet as can be. Dr. LaPorte came in after the X-rays and couldn’t have been any nicer. We talked about everything going on and what needed to be done. I told him about my current dentist and their plan. I felt very comfortable talking to him and shared all of my dental background. He is so knowledgeable. He spoke to me, not above me and he made sure I understood what he was saying. He’s impressive to talk to. He called me the next day and gave me three options for treatment and we had our plan. I am very impressed with Flex Dental overall but the amount of knowledge from the staff to the Dentists in the group amazes me. I highly recommend them for any type of dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr Laporte can do root canals or anything you need right in his office. They have all the latest equipment. He is a nice, strong young man with a very good personality. He lets you know what he's doing at all times. My crown was made in 12 minutes and the entire process was under 2 hours.

Fantastic experience: I've had three root canals over my years, each with a different doctor. This was a HUGE improvement over anything I have ever experienced. It didn't take weeks or days as was my experience, IT TOOK 2 HOURS and I walked out with a root canal and a new crown 100% done. Zero pain during the process and Dr LaPorte explained everything to me as he did it - step by step. The technology he has in that office is truly amazing. Who would have ever thought a visit to the Dentist would be that great.

Fantastic experience: Front desk ladies are always pleasant and greet me as soon as I enter. Have always been on-time according to my appointment. In all my years going here only once were they behind schedule and they gave me a Curtis call to let me know!! So nice, I was able to take care of some other errands before coming. All the assistants have been great at my cleanings and the Doc is so thorough. He is super sweet.

Fantastic experience: I've always hated going to the dentist for any procedure. Either it was a lack of information about my procedure or a lack of caring during the procedure. With Anthony I never felt that way. Him and his team are very patient and caring before and during the procedure. Every procedure is explained in detail so there's no surprises and you know what's going on the whole time witch is very helpful and reduces a ton of stress during the process. I would highly recommend Anthony amd his team for any future procedures.

Can do any kind of dental work superbly without sending you to specialist..He does reg dentistry, root canals with state of the art tools, quick and efficient., crowns done in the office 10 min., and implants...I have all my work done with Dr. Laporte and I'm very happy, satisfied customer!
