Negative experience: This place is so unsanitary, the techs had gloves on touched the walls, chair etc and then tried to put it in the kids mouth. You ask for one thing and they still don’t respect your decision, never returning here again. This place has gone down hill. . Yikes

Fantastic experience: I give them 5 stars because the staff members and the doctor are so friendly, nice, patient, explains everything well and gives out discounts if you're her patient. The atmostphere is very comfortable and clean. They make going to the dentist enjoyable every time I go there.

The oxygen helped me stay calm the whole time, which made a huge difference. Friendly, caring, and really knows what he’s doing—definitely highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: A++++ DENTIST AND STAFF!!! I woke up with a tooth ache on a Saturday morning and was betting I’d never get in to see the Dr. Was I wrong!!! I called on their off Saturday and they were there assisting another patient AND were able to see me!! I’ve been getting the run around for months with dentists in the area, whether it be getting more work done then needed, paying an arm and a leg for something, etc. This guy was straight forward with me about everything, what I needed, how much it would cost, is it painful, he even walking me thru the whole crown removal process. EXCEPTIONAL!!! Thanks so much for your kindness and outstanding services. You have a customer until you’re no longer a dentist!!

Negative experience: First of all they are pushy to leave a review in “promise” to give you ‘discounts’. Anyways I been coming here for almost 2 years now and now that I’m getting Medicaid the dentist doesn’t care about my teeth. I was eating and my tooth broke! How did it break if I come regularly? And all she said was her husband and her own this practice and he can fix it for $900 on the spot. I’m disappointed because I trusted them with my upkeep but now I know how they treated me because of my insurance and how they neglected my proper care and how they always threw prices at me for any little thing. I asked them for an emergency filling while I wait for my crown and they told me go somewhere else. They don’t value their patients or have love for their work. It’s all money and they will let you ruin your smile just to charge you more to fix it. Think about it . Anyways I changed dentists

Fantastic experience: Best place to get a nice white smile and the strongest healthiest teeth ever.

Negative experience: Worse experience. My initial appointment was cancelled as Dentist was not available last moment. I was rescheduled for my regular cleaning, I requested to make sure I’m done in an hour as I’m coming in my lunch break. When I went for my appointment it took 45 minutes for X-ray and for dentist to check out. And I was refused service as they wanted to bill insurance for deep cleaning approval. This is the second time I experienced this issue here. It’s all about money so sad.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so great in the office from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentist. I got teeth whitening and they did an amazing job. Very happy with my pearly white teeth. Will be coming back!!

Positive experience: She’s a good dentist just a side note Dr. should put her used gloves in the garbage and not randomly on any surface of the counter for her assistant to pick it up and trow it away for her. That’s cross contamination and trowing your own used gloves should be common sense.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst dental place I’ve ever been to. I went in 2 weeks ago, the staff was nice and welcoming but the doctors are HORRIBLE! They treat their employees like garbage and they overprice you for any little thing. They charged me $30 for floride and when I called my insurance they said they covered that. I also had to wait for over an hour to be seen when all the other patients were seen first, definitely a hint of discrimination. I don’t know who runs this establishment but they need to be put in their place!

Negative experience: Unethical Business. Booked appointment was overcharged as they gave us no information regarding insurance and policy number. Charging $780 when insurance itself says around $300… I think some scheme is being ran behind the scenes. Licenses should be suspended. Investigation will be occurring. Stop deleting reviews.

Fantastic experience: I had an extremely bad tooth ache one night and needed immediate attention. Luckily, this place quickly took me in. I was quickly diagnosed with a cracked tooth and scheduled for a root canal. The process has been extremely smooth and ALL employees have been extremely kind. I haven’t had any issues after going here.

Negative experience: Years ago when I originally reviewed this place, I gave them a five star rating because I was only 18 and they offered the incentive of a $25 Dunkin’ Donuts gift card in exchange for a good review. $25 is a lot to an 18 year old and at the time I didn’t realize that incentivizing good reviews is morally wrong. I changed dentists after leaving my original review because I had multiple fillings of theirs fall out. My new dentist proceeded to do x-rays the day of my first appointment and was appalled. He informed me that all of my remaining fillings were done horribly and in time would cause more cavities and most likely fall out like the others. This ended up costing me hundreds of dollars to have the old fillings redone by the new dentist. To put the cherry on top of all of this, when I went to use my $25 gift card, it only had 73 cents on it. Ridiculous

Negative experience: Dr. Ami needs to leave her mood swings at home and come to work as a professional. It was clear that she was in a bad mood while filling my cavity and she was just THROWING things here and there and aggressively working on my tooth. It was very painful during the procedure which is not normal for just a cavity, and it even hurt to chew anything on that side for a whole month until I went back and made her refill it. She does things to quick without paying attention and always nicks my tongue when I go for a cleanup which is a small thing, but does hurt for a while. Currently looking for a new dentist.

Negative experience: They scheduled my appt only did half my mouth because they wanted to make sure my My covered then the “deep” cleaning which lasted 5 min they tried to charge me cash for things I know my insurance covers the doctor wasn’t very attentive but was to the other patient who walked in the room while I was being seen I will not be Returning very unsatisfied and disappointed

Fantastic experience: Great Dentist, very nice and good with kids. My daughters both needed a basic cleaning and check-up. They ended up both needing 2 fillings for cavities. The Dentist and staff were very good and gentle. I wish they could have had all the fillings done at once, but we had to come back a second time because of needing to numb their mouths. But this is a great dentist!!

Fantastic experience: It is easy to make appointments. Generally, dentist takes you in at the appointment time. Dentist would check your teeth and let you know what extra procedure (if needed) would require. Also, recommend any other process could enhance health of your teeth. Dentist do a thorough cleaning of all teeth. Overall, they are very good in all phases.

Fantastic experience: Usually when I have cavities other dentists have a hard time with numbing my mouth and taking hours even if it was just one cavity, but Dr. Shah got my mouth numbed in one shot and finished all three of my cavities within an hour! She is by far the best dentist I ever had! Will definitely keep coming back here!

Negative experience: Very displeased with how I was treated on my last visit. 2 people without appointments came in which knew the denist. They then tell me that they need to sent me to a surgeon. I found that strange because I already had 2 teeth extracted, one which required cutting & stitches. Anyway, I felt like I pushed aside for friends without appointments.

Fantastic experience: Needed 2 root canals, extractions, and bone grafts. I took forever to have this taken care of mainly due to I’m a huge baby when it comes to dental work. Got numbed up very well and had all procedures taken care of by them. Quicker than I had expected and mainly painless.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I ever had. Dr. Sha and all the staff are friendly, very knowledgable, and skilled at being gentle. They are great with little kids and husbands who used to be afraid of dentists. Seriously, Dr. Sha cured him! They have great hours, even open many Saturdays, everyone is so smart, I'm pretty sure they all speak at least 2 languages, the receptionist is so nice too, even on the phone they do so much to help you answer your questions. I love them.
