Fantastic experience: My first appointment at Amante Dental and it was a very good experience. From the front desk to the Doctor they were all so professionals , knowledgeable , friendly and caring . I have sensitive gums, so my teeth couldn't be cleaned using the dental drill; the dentist had to clean them manually, which takes up to 70% longer. The dentist took all the necessary time without getting annoyed about the extra duration and was very kind throughout the process. I recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: This is a really nice dental office. The staff are friendly, it’s very clean and comfortable. My cleaning was very well done and my teeth feel great. I was given lots of tips for taking care of my gums and teeth. My favorite part though, was meeting the dentist, Dr. Patel. He was so honest and forthcoming. One of my front teeth has a very visible crack in it and a previous dentist stated I needed a cap or it could break off and cause a lot of pain. Dr. Patel stated that he would only be concerned with a crack that had gone to the back side of the tooth. Mine hadn’t, and I did not know that. This saved my around $3,000. I also have a chip in one of my crowns that always catches food so I have to use a dental brush frequently during the day to clean out the food. Dr. Patel stated he could see no evidence of a cavity and they would keep their eye on it, but if I was okay with it and it didn’t bother me, we could leave it be. That kind of honesty is so refreshing. I highly recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: It’s been years since I last visited Dr Amante’s clinic. A lot of things changed. They are more progressive now. My dental hygienist Ivanna did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She’s very detailed and I enjoy the way she cleans my teeth. I told her that I was concerned that one of my teeth appeared to be decaying. She showed me the x-ray that there was nothing to be concerned about. I feel relieved that I didn’t have anything to worry about. Dr Amante was also excellent. I’m happy to return for my next appointment.

Negative experience: It’s been a year since I had any work done at this office and won’t be returning. This office definitely has more cons than pros. The dental assistants are good and so is Lorna the hygienist never saw her but knowing her from other offices she’s good. Now off to the cons. When a hygienist argues with the patient they have never seen before that’s a problem. When addressing this issue to Angela the office manager via a appointment review she just swept it under the rug as it wasn’t a problem in fact she should have offered a revaluation with another more experienced hygienist to rectify the problem. The definition of a manager is to handle problems and rectify the issue. This is not what was done and clearly shows the lack of incompetence. Now off to the poor chart keeping. While requesting records myself I stated all records on my file. All record indicate ALL but not limited to x-rays chart notes (dentists and hygienist and dental assistants). The only records provided were the billing notes on the chart. Again Angela the office manager generated the records which weren’t all there. Again either shows 1 the lack of incompetence on her end or 2 lack of record keeping at this office. While a state investigation was launched against a bad hygienist and getting my record. Once again Angela resent the same billing records as she did the first time. Which indicate to me as poor record keeping or incompetence on her end. I would definitely steer clear of this office by all means. Had I known it was gonna be this type of disaster I would have never had gone here. Hopefully the above office manger gets some manager training or attends an office management course.

They have good bedside manners and are very knowledgeable. Hope nothing changes as it took a long time to find a dentist we can trust that doesn't price gouge. Negative experience: Experience started out great then was drastically worse. I do have to agree with some of the lower score reviews. Seems like front desk is more worried about themself than their patients. My benefits renew in June I was in there in May and the front desk girl on the left said let the benefits reset and we will figure out payment plan. I stopped in in June looking for that same front desk girl and she wasn’t there the one on the right was so busy she didn’t even wanna help. Why wasn’t anything noted on file will do payment plan in June after benefits renew. Be careful if your bill goes past due you will receive a love letter from the office. Update 11/22/25: if you don’t do anything they will send about another love letter 20 days later with exact past due amount. Keep in mind records were requested on 10/30/2025 and no communication about that other than to my mother on 11/20/25 when she was in for a cleaning. Update 03/26/26: been paying them slowly whenever i feel like it and however much i want.

Anyone with any qualms about going to the dentist need to come here!! Came back for my 2 fillings and implant... I never felt the shots or anything after...literally couldn't believe it when he said I was done...such a great experience from dentists in the past.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and helpful. I didn’t have a full appointment today just 10 minutes to make sure my night guard was the correct fit. Both hygienist and dentist gave tips and information about the night guard. This dentist wants to make sure that everything is perfect and if you have any questions or issues call or make an appointment to make things right.

Fantastic experience: It had been over a year since my last dental cleaning after moving to a new city, so I was a bit nervous going in. This office was recommended by my neighbor, and I’m so glad I came here. The hygienist (Eyonna) was incredibly personable, welcoming, and kind—she truly made my experience great. I shared that I tend to get anxious and that certain smells can make me feel sick, and she was so understanding and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr Patel was just as great—he took the time to come in, answer all of my questions, and address any concerns without making me feel rushed. I’ve had a bad experience at another office where it felt more about billing insurance than caring for the patient, and that was absolutely not the case here. I will definitely continue being a patient and would 10/10 recommend this office to anyone looking for great care.

Negative experience: I trusted this dentist to perform a root canal eight years ago, and unfortunately that tooth gave me problems on and off ever since until it finally had to be extracted. I moved out of state soon after, so I didn’t return to him, but multiple dentists and a specialist who later evaluated the tooth all agreed the root canal had been poorly done from the start. I understand that root canals can fail, but they are meant to last many years when done correctly. This one never functioned right, and I will never forget being told during the appointment that ‘dental work is supposed to hurt.’ That comment has stayed with me for eight years. Based on my experience and the long-term outcome, I regret having the root canal done here, and I would not recommend getting a root canal with this dentist. If you need this type of procedure, I strongly suggest seeing an endodontist (a root canal specialist) instead.

Fantastic experience: Each time I visit Amante Dental I’m thrilled. “All” staff friendly, smiling, engaging, efficient, thorough, Dr Amante himself included. Cracked molar addressed, temporary crown installed flawlessly. Minimal discomfort after Novocain wore off but quickly remedied with 2 Tylenol. Day 2 no pain whatsoever- Anxious for permanent crown installation in a couple weeks.

I had spent most of my adult life self conscious about the gap between my front teeth. Now I love the way they look and smile with confidence! Couldn’t be happier with Dr. Amante’s work. The staff and assistants are very friendly and professional as well! Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of quality dental work!

Negative experience: I wish I could leave a positive review, but this office has shown a consistent pattern of problems. While Lorna (the hygienist) is fantastic — patient, caring, and great with kids — and Dr. Patel is thorough and professional, the rest of the experience has been disappointing. Dr. Amante always seems rushed. He filled two cavities in just 23 minutes, and I left with a sharp piece cutting into my gum. I had to return the next day for Dr. Patel to fix it. My husband also had a crown placed by Dr. Amante, which fell out within 20 minutes and he had to return for it to be fixed. During my cleaning, Dr. Patel told me I needed a filling, but when I went in for it, Dr. Amante looked at the wrong side of my mouth and insisted I needed a crown. When I questioned it, the front staff was rude and dismissive — which is honestly how they are every time I’ve spoken to them. On top of that, they gave me one quote for a crown, then raised it at the next visit without any changes to the treatment plan. Thankfully I never returned for the work because I’d imagine the actual amount would have been even higher. It feels like Dr. Amante and the front office are more focused on money than patient care. I strongly recommend finding a dentist (and front staff) who takes pride in their work and treats patients with respect. Unfortunately you won’t find it here.

Also, he did such a great job at complicated procedures - for me - a veneer, and for my son - several full implants to correct for a genetic condition. I was so happy with my experience that I've officially canceled my next teeth cleaning at my now previous dentist and have booked an appointment at Amante Dental Center instead.
