Fantastic experience: I’m an out of state college student, and have always had a bit of fear coming to dentist. Dr. Jain and her staff are wonderful ladies, and they make you feel very relaxed no matter the procedure. Personally have had a routine exam and a root canal. They answered all of my question. The work she did with me is by far the best work I’ve had done and I’ve been to three different states and five dentist. She knows what she is talking about and not only is she confident in her work but can carry it out as well, which in return makes her patients feel even more confident leaving.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this practice! The staff are very nice and always professional. Yoli is a very welcoming and knowledgeable receptionist. The practice is so good at working with you and your insurance, making sure you feel comfortable with cost and treatment plans. I've needed much work and they've been great at schedule appointments with cost and insurance in mind. Dr. Jain is the best dentist I have ever been to. She does amazing work and I have never had issues, after she has fixed a specific tooth. She's also the best at giving PAINLESS injections!!! That tends to always be the scariest part of going to the dentist, but I swear to you, you never feel it go in. I love them all so much!! The dental assistant Janet is super sweet and always makes you feel so comfortable. All the staff are so knowledgeable!! She and the team have been incredibly informative and caring while we got through my treatment plan. If you're feeling nervous about going to the dentist or overwhelmed by the work you need done Pearly Whites is a great place to start!

Negative experience: Very deceptive and over-charging. I got charged for $2,377 for crown procedure in 2019; all I got was inlay, which typically cost less than $800. They didn't do the procedure right. It broke the root of my tooth since the inlay was too high; it came out less than 2 years after that. My new dentist confirmed it's never been a crown.

She doesn’t simply use the sonic instrument for cleanings, she also scapes thoroughly, which makes a big difference. She’s on time, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I have to admit changing from one dentist to another did have me a bit nervous. I have received nothing but the best personal care from Dr. Jain and her staff. Additionally, their office staff are quick to help me with any insurance coverage issues, when they have occurred. Fantastic experience: I was petrified of coming to the dentist. Needless to say my visit was long overdue. I had other health concerns and my teeth were just not a priority. When I came to Pearly Whites Dr. Jain did everything possible to educate me, put me at ease on our treatment plan. She was very honest yet sensitive to my extreme anxiety. The cost of my treatment was reasonable and I have already referred my entire household. When you find a great provider you stick with them. The staff is very pleasant and are very responsive. Dr. Jain has given me full detailed info on my dental state and treatment options , benefits of those treatments for longevity. I am glad I found out the problems early to have these treated in time. Fantastic experience: I use to go to Dr Jain but moved out of the area quite far. I am very picky about my front teeth and smile and had to do a crown on a front tooth bc it's was broken. I was so worried so worried about how it would look so I decided to go back to see Dr. Jain bc her work was always so beautiful. Thank God I did!! It turned out perfect. Treatment rooms are new and flat panels play rooting music. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend services to friends and family.

Not only was she kind enough to pick up the call but she opened up her schedule to accommodate me during her time off. Fantastic experience: When I moved back to IL, I remembered what a great job Dr Jain did last time and I decided to go back to this dentist because of the work they do.
