I used to be very scared just to go to the dentist but not here I am excited to go because they are so great and I never feel pain

Fantastic experience: Update, I have been back to this office and my only update is there's no real update, they still do a fabulous job, and everybody who works in the office goes out of their way to bend over backwards to do whatever they can for you. Whether you are coming in for a cleaning or to have dental work done this is the place to go! I highly recommend! They are always very welcoming, make you feel at ease. They go over everything with you step by step and work out whatever you need to to get the work done in your mouth. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I had a porcelain overlay come off over the weekend and Webster Dental was able to get me in the following Monday. They were able to reattach the overlay and I was on my way in about 40 minutes.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for over 3 years. The receptionists and staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Service is always good.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for a few years, and my first experiences were great. But after not being able to go for a while because I didn’t have insurance, I went back in 2024 and things took a turn. I tried calling this office on several different occasions to schedule an appointment , nobody ever answers so I left voicemails and they called me back TWO MONTHS LATER LOL When I finally got an appointment they told me I needed a deep cleaning and took my insurance card to check the billing to schedule. Told me they were going to call me the same day and it’s been over a month. Yea I could call back but they told ME they would follow up. Anyway while the dentist I saw was nice, the lack of communication and follow-up from the front desk has made me feel like they don’t care about their patients. Because of this, I’ve decided to look for a new dental office. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future because, for many people, going to the dentist is already stressful. Having a smooth interaction with the staff really makes a difference.

Fantastic experience: First visit on 1/9/25 and I could say I'm satisfied with the service that I got. The reception staffs are very friendly and accomodating, then I got a room and was checked immediately by a Doctor and explained well the status of my teeth. Procedures to be done were explained and got my teeth cleaned on the same day of my visit. Prices were reasonable compared to the clinics that I've been to (A.D, and D.W). I just can't believe that A.D was asking me $500 for cleaning even with insurance, while i got $0 of cleaning here. There's a lot of available dates to choose for my remaining procedures.

Negative experience: Do not go here. The dentists are clueless. They have no idea what they are doing

Fantastic experience: The dentist was very gentle and explained things very well. I didn’t feel judged and they recommended me endo within my insurance network. The receptionist Lucy, is so kind and very helpful. I’d fully recommend this dentist.

Negative experience: This has been my dental office for many years, since I moved from the city. The dentistry just keeps getting better. Lauren was my hygienist on my last visit. She was very informative and thorough. My adult daughter, moved from the city, and is now a patient. Update: left the practice after 35 years as they kept losing dentists. They told us our appointment had to be rescheduled, but they didn’t know when. No one ever called me back.

They made sure I had a very comfortable experience and that all my needs were properly attended to. Fantastic experience: Great staff at this site! They are fastidious about reminder calls so you never miss an appointment. Dr. Pande and her team run a very nice, organized office and always do wonders for my smile. I had a fabulous ZOOM Whitening treatment there, with only scant sensitivity afterwards. My bright smile has renewed my confidence and all throughout the procedure, Dr. Pande and her team constantly checked on me to assure my comfort. They even played music that I liked as I waited for the bleach to do its stuff. I was left with a dazzlingly luminous smile and comprehensive follow up instructions. Negative experience: It was an awesome experience, the entire staff is great. Dr. Schwab is an honest dentist, he saved me a nice sum based on his second opinion. I can't say enough good things about this office. Stopped going. The receptionist kept asking me why do I dress so nice just to come to the dentist. Odd question. I think she thought I was trying to go for the dentist so I stopped going there. Wouldn’t write it, if it weren’t true. I dress nice to feel good about myself, that doctor isn’t my type and above all else, I’m married too.

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad that I found Webster in Schaumburg. They are SO easy to work with and never make me feel silly for being nervous or concerned. Dr. Pande has a great, patient-centered mentality and never makes me feel rushed, no matter how booked she is. Her hygienists are kind and knowledgeable, the receptionists always respond to me quickly, and the late-afternoon and weekend hours are so convenient. I highly recommend! I no longer dread going to the dentist!

Negative experience: From the outset my wife found the overall service and operations at this location very poor. They often canceled appointments, do not send reminders of upcoming appointments and could care less when she told them she will move on to another dentist's office. It has been an overall terrible experience with Webster.

Fantastic experience: I give this office 5 stars! I wanna start off by saying Lucy is amazing. Her personality and her ability to explain treatment plans and procedures are amazing! She answered all my questions and concerns and followed up as promised

Negative experience: Painless, relatively quick and easy. I don’t remember getting a crown being this easy! Update 1/2023 both the doctors that I worked with have left this particular practice I do not recommend them any longer. I was not impressed with the other doctors in the practice that I’ve seen since. Bad news the painless crown that i went in for crumbled (part of it crumbled) after one and a half years. In the past at other places crowns always ladyed more than 15 years. Insurance is only willing to cover the same tooth/ crown once every 5 years. Stay away from this practice

Fantastic experience: This clinic is clean and the staff, hygienist, and dentist are nice. The dentist will recommend work that can be done to improve or prevent problems with oral health but will not push. Overall a good experience.

Negative experience: Horrible experience! The dental hygienist Rashna was very unprofessional and inexperienced. She was loud and I'm sure the entire office heard all of my PHI as the room we were in was close to the lobby. I did not at all enjoy my experience. I would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: The staff is professional yet relatable. They were easy to speak to and were gentle, unlike my first time with my lover. They did a great cleaning and the doctor was not messing around. She told how it was and gave me flashbacks to boot camp. I will definitely go back but maybe establish a safe word.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience in this location for the teeth cleaning service. The one thing that caught my eye is how Lucy the front desk lady was such a charming, patient, and dedicated to her job. I might of been a headache calling everytime for either rescheduling or questions and Lucy always delivered in my concerns and scheduling. On top of that she will call and leave messages to make sure I remember my upcoming appointment.

Fantastic experience: Love my dentist Dr. Angie. She is amazing and definitely connects with her patients. The supporting staff are welcoming and personable. I have never liked going to the dentist until coming here. Totally recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Love this office so much! I've had good experiences with them over the years but I wanted to give you all a shoutout specifically for my cleaning last week. I've been having some bad health issues that made me concerned going in for my cleaning. My dental hygienist, Devon, was so patient with me & made what could've been a horrible experience go super well! The dentist was also very kind. This place always gives such compassionate service, I'm so happy to go to them for my dental care.

Negative experience: Stay away, WORST PLACE I EVER BEEN DEALING WITH! They did root canal and a crown and it got infected, which they try to say it was normal at time and put a CROWN WHICH CAME OFF 1,5 year later. When I had emergency visit with other dentist they said whoever put your crown did not fit it correctly and a lot of decay is underneath. When I came to Webster office explaining that their crown fell off, they took 2 X-rays without covering me, when I clearly told them multiple times I am pregnant. Neglecting everything I say or bring up concerned and later telling me I need to do implant with them. Are you kidding me if you cannot put a crown correctly what make you think I will spend 5k on your implant? When you come there first time they push you to submit review right away even before your service and that’s how they got so many high rating , which was the reason at first place why I went with them. Never again. Never had a problem that crown will fell off and they will not cover it!!!!what a joke!

Fantastic experience: I’ve just been going to Dr. Dorj for a few months and she is fantastic. Very detailed in her explanations and I am confident that she wouldn’t advise any treatment that wasn’t necessary. I am a big fan of the painless approach. All the people here are friendly and I would absolutely recommend people to go here for any dental work they needed.

She is friendly, listens, you can see she truly cares about the patient experience and you. She was gentle every step of the way. She did not rush through. If you are at all nervous about dental visits, ask for Lauren. She is a gem! I have been long time patient of Webster. My original dentist, Dr. Kosovic, is only reason I started going again after bad experiences. They are one of the few dental places that offer the Velscope oral cancer screening. Please get this done. It is early detection for all ages. It is simple and may save your life or someone you love. Lauren can do this for you.

Fantastic experience: Went in recently for my strawberry flavored, quarterly oral torture session. As usual, Four was very professional, and pleasant to work with. In fact, the entire office makes it a pleasant visit. Four is the best hygienist, despite her numeric moniker.

Fantastic experience: Best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist! The entire staff was very kind and welcoming, and didn’t bat an eye when I told them I’m terrified of dentistry. They were incredibly patient the whole appointment. I was able to get a filling within 2 days of calling, and Dr Landrowski went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during the appointment. 100% would recommend Webster to anyone, but especially Dr Landrowski if you’re skittish/scared of the dentist.
