Fantastic experience: The care, precision, and love I felt during my wisdom teeth procedure left me leaving shocked (not just the drugs wearing off, lol). They made the time for me even though I didn’t have exactly what they needed and made sure I was taken care of. From Dr. Guthrie making sure I was not nervous, to the dental assistant helping him, to the love people at the front desk. Fantastic experience: As usual my experience with Meadows Dental was excellent! I had a 7 am appointment so I didn’t need to take off time from work. They were on time, the hygienist did an excellent clearing out plaque and gentle when I ran into a sensitize tooth. The assistant took x rays and polished my teeth. The doctor check all my teeth for cavities/weakness. Always easy going and pleasant. I would recommend this office to all. Thank you Meadow’ team

Negative experience: My family of four were patients of Meadows Dental Care for over 3 years. While most of the staff, especially Monica were kind and knowledgeable, I found Dr. Yudkowsky to be arrogant and cold. He spends very little time with patients, so it never bothered me until I needed a crown and cavity replacement. The work seemed pricey, even after insurance, but I paid the balance after my visit and moved on. The work on my cavity felt worse than it did prior to the “repair” and when I went back in he had to take x-rays to decide how to adjust. It still irritates me, but it felt a little better afterwards. About a month later I received an invoice for the x-rays that had to be taken for his unsatisfactory work. I told the billing department that I would not be paying for images that needed to be taken because his initial work left me with discomfort. Meadows refused to take responsibility and told me I would need to pay these fees. Fees that would not exist if the initial care had been done properly. Today we parted ways with Meadows Dental Care because they prioritize $25 over customer satisfaction and care.

Fantastic experience: This was my 1st appointment and it has been by far the best experience from start to finish. The person on the phone was amazing and was able to give me an appointment right away, the receptionist greeted me with a warm welcome and the doctor and assistant explained everything in detail just as well as confront me during the time of me having to process everything. Again best experience ever

Negative experience: Very over priced, takes advantage of their patients. They quoted me almost 12,000. When other dentists were a lot less for the same work. Shop around before you go to these scams

Fantastic experience: These guys are hands down the best! My 10 yo son had to get a cavity filled and he told me he was very happy with the communication with the dentist during the procedure. They communicated what they were doing and for how many seconds so he knew what was going on the whole time and made it a much better experience for him.

Negative experience: Went in for a general cleaning for my first and only visit. First the guy took my heart rate and I asked why (first time that has ever happened). He replied it's in case of operations and they use anesthesia. Weird, because again, I was there just for a cleaning. I was due for x rays and when taking them all the guy did was say “uh huh” while stabbing my mouth with the reflector. I’m guessing he was fairly new. Then he polished my teeth. That’s when I decided I wasn’t coming back because why would they polish THEN clean teeth? Polishing on the plaque that is still on the teeth then scraping it all off. Looking it up after, I read it helps them tell what tool to use to scrape off the plaque based on its color or something and helps remove soft plaque. I feel like it mixes it in but I digress. After the polishing the Dentist came in and noted a small cavity spot. Saying it should be taken care of right away and could get it done right after the cleaning. My previous and new dentist both said it is just a spot to watch and doesn’t need immediate action. The hygienist that came in after to do the cleaning; she was professional and nice. A couple of weeks after the visit I got a bill from them in the mail. When I called about the bill they said that it was fully covered by my insurance. Then why was I sent a bill in the first place? A bunch of little annoyances I won’t be spending my time on going back to.

The doctor ended up having to stay late after hours to make a repair for me and had me back early in the morning first thing to get me squared away so I could make it to work.. Very appreciative of them going the extra mile for me.

Negative experience: Scammers! They convinced me to go for tooth implantation. It was my biggest mistake ever. The Oral Surgeon Mr. Michael Guthrie was very unprofessional. When I finished my 1 of 3 step of implantation, they scheduled me twice with this doctor for check up. Both of the days he was absent and the front desk could not give me reasons why he is not here. And some untrained/undertrained nurse or whatever looked at my teeth and said everything looks fine. What a joke!!! She said she knows what she is doing. She became doctor in an absence of doctor. I don’t blame her. If a doctor is irresponsible like that, can we really blame stuffs? Now when my 2nd round of treatment was supposed to start, I was told that by front desk that Dr will call me and discuss about my treatment because that guy missed his appointment again. I never got a call and I could not finish what I started. I felt like I wasted money on this treatment I wish I never visited here. Don’t fall for good reviews. This is not the place you wanna have your teeth treated And I am telling you most of the stuffs are either undertrained. They don’t have clues what they are doing

Negative experience: I could never get a single reply via email (sent 3-4 emails) and when I brought it up to the staff, no apologies were given. When my appointment got cancelled (via text), no one called to reschedule my appointment even though it says so on the text. This office’s hate of communication is appalling.

It took me many years to find a dental office that I would recommend to others, but I have been coming here for years now and absolutely recommend Meadows Dental to my family/friends.

My only issue is with the billing-----I've never been able to make sense of the bill. Can't tell what the charges are, what I've paid, what i owe. I wouldn't think it would be that hard. And if you call and get transferred to whoever in ula-bula land, they have no idea what is going on. I called to change an appointment and was told there was nothing open for 4 months!

The Dental Hygienist and Dentist are professional and personable. After getting my tooth filled the dentist showed me what my tooth looked like before, how deep the cavities were, and what the filling looked like afterwards. I appreciate the care the he took in explaining his findings and showing me what he saw while filling my tooth. Check in and check out are always a breeze and I appreciate that as well.
