Fantastic experience: The doctor Abdallah is amazing, he’s fast and precise in what he does. He will always give me updates on what he is doing and what is next. I love the rest of the staff, they are very kind and make you feel you are in the best hands. As for the place is very clean and modern. I always watch tv while they’re working on my teeth which is amazing because I can get distracted. 200% recommend.

They were able to see us the same day, which I truly appreciated. The team was professional, efficient, and very reassuring throughout the visit. Most importantly, they did a beautiful job repairing his tooth — it looks completely natural. I’m very grateful for the level of care and responsiveness we received. Highly recommend this practice, especially for anyone needing prompt and high-quality dental care.

Negative experience: Disappointed after receiving surprise 350 dollar bill for services rendered on 6/2/25. Not super impressed with the audio answering service that took my off hours call. Not impressed that at time of service I asked not to take images as there was no reason to and no history of issues and was told no, that it's custom for their practice to take to needed to be done. Now I am being charged total of $165 for said images when I presented no complaint and wanted a standard cleaning. Turns out insurance is lapsed and now I'm stuck with the Bill. Hoping to talk to the owner operator tomorrow Sat.

Fantastic experience: We have been going here for years and have an extremely comforting experience every time! I will never forget how they took my son in and extracted a tooth at 5/6 years old when other doctors turned us away and said there was no way he would stay still through the procedure. Dr. A IS AMAZING with children and always has done a great job at explaining teeth care not only for me but for my son to understand. Monica at the front desk is my favorite person ever! She treats us with the utmost respect and care and takes the time to listen to any requests and concerns I may have. I can’t imagine going any place else!

Negative experience: I'm not a fan of the dentist, but for whatever reason, I wasn't a giant ball of anxiety in this office. (And yes, I had work done the day I met them.) The only two things that I ask are: 1) that I not feel so rushed, since it made me forget to ask things when I had the dentist in my room; and 2) when you give me a bill to sign, that better be the full cost, no surprises. I understand people can be busy, and mistakes can happen, so I'm lenient this time. The edit in stars is because you spoke about my personal information on the internet (I saw before your edit and /or correction) right here. Unacceptable. Just please, don't say anything before you reveal anymore of my personal information further breaking HIPPA.

Positive experience: Dr. A is great. He is def. a pro in what he does. I, however, don't appreciate how he gives his patients an appointment time and then consistently makes you wait at least 30 minutes before seeing you. 5 stars for skill level and staff friendliness. minus 1 star for the waiting time.

Negative experience: I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist informed me of the next availability which I understand that. She then went on stating I broke an X amount of dental appointments since 2018 when it had nothing to do with the reason for me to calling.. I am not sure where she was trying to get to with that. I would call to cancel when I was unable to make it I do not just miss them with no call no show. We are all humans and have things that happen in our lifes as Im sure it happens to her too. Just very super dissapointed with my call with her this morning when the doctor is super nice and helpful. I referred my whole family to them but sadly I will be taking my dental services elsewhere where they wont rub it on my face for having family emergencies in life. I didnt know you are unable to cancel appt when things come up. You need to get better front desk receiptionist where they wont make you feel bad for having canceled appointments in 2018. I work in the dental field and would never treat my patients like that. I WAS JUST TRYING TO GET HELP!

Starting with front desk and amazing Monica, to a very thorough hygienist, Jessica and finally comforting and knowledgeable Dr. Abdallah. Fantastic experience: We had such an amazing experience at clock tower dentistry. We were visiting from another state, when my son started having a toothache. They were able to take us same day! The staff were so friendly and Dr. Sam was so gentle with my 7 year old. He was knowledgeable, personable, and very thorough with his explanations. If we lived in state this would be our regular dentist office for sure!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for almost a year now. The staff is very friendly and nice. I love seeing Monica the receptionist. She’s wonderful. It’s very clean and tidy. They do a good job with reminding me for my appointments. I go often since I got Invisalign. It’s easy to book with them and they can be flexible. They have a fee for no shows or last minute cancellations. They are very professional.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time here and from appointment to exit it was an exceptional experience. My boys loved the experience. I am surprised why I didn’t visit here before. Appointment scheduling was very efficient and they helped reschedule and remind as well. Two days before, received all digital forms via text message to fill all the forms online conveniently. Office is very neat and has very cool vibes. Monica is very pleasant and friendly at the front desk. Brooke was the assistant that helped us and she is very pleasant and cheery, a delightful personality. The practice completes with Dr.Abdallah as the final straw. We found him very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, swift and very honest. He identified the problem quickly, and while talking to boys, finished what he needed to do before they could realize. He was very straightforward and recommended another practice for the ortho work that my son needed due to the complexity. Very honest I would say. The best experience at a dentist office today. I will strongly recommend him to my family and friends.

Positive experience: This was my first appointment with them. I had seen my previous provider for over 20 years but had to change for insurance reasons. I left with a long list of procedures that need to be done. I’m moving forward with the first one and will see what the outcome is.

Negative experience: I have been going to clock tower dentistry for routine check ups and cleaning for over a year and had no issues then. Recently, I had need to replace crown on a root canal tooth since the crown broke and reached out to them. Sick appointment: I was concerned about the state of the broken tooth but it was hard to get an initial appointment. I insisted to provide a sick appointment since I regularly go there and got it 2 days later. Skill: I was recommended tooth build-up and new crown which I agreed to and decided to move forward with. In my first appointment they were training a new girl and it was uncomfortable. During the build-up procedure, there was lot of difficulty in putting the temp crown. I had pain for two+ weeks after this procedure. Final Crown delivery appointment day, the girl who was taking the temp crown out hurt my lip and was not skilled to remove it. Finally, the doctor removed it and told me it was fractured and need to go through the entire procedure with a specialist surgeon. They refunded the money but I lost 3 weeks in the process and the pain I went through with the inconvenience was not acceptable. I would not recommend this place beyond routine check-ups for any dental procedures.
