Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with my dental hygienist, Sam, during my recent cleaning. She was prompt and got me in right on time, which I really appreciated. Throughout the appointment, she was highly professional and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her work was extremely thorough—she took the time to do a careful and detailed cleaning without making it feel rushed. On top of that, she was very pleasant and easy to talk to, which made the whole visit much more enjoyable. I left feeling confident that my teeth were well taken care of and that my time was respected. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a highly skilled and friendly dental hygienist.

Fantastic experience: The Dr.s and staff here are fantastic. My husband has always felt pain at the dentist before this office and thought it was something normal that needed to be endured. Here he and Dr. Engelberg worked together to understand the medication he needed for a pain free experience. I like the practice for its spa like atmosphere, massage chairs, relaxing music and decor but I love the practice for its careful, competent, incredible staff.

I've had some sketchy dentists in the past, and my previous dentist, whom I liked, unfortunately passed away. Brent, from day one, blew me away with his friendliness, knowledge, quality of service, and dedication to keeping up-to-date with techniques and technology. It's been six years and I will be moving out of state, but I may just come back for the dental care if I'm in the area or have trouble finding a new dentist.

Negative experience: I arrived before my appt time, this was my first time there and was told they would call me when ready. After 25 minutes of waiting, I was told there was an emergency before me - I completely understand emergencies, but why wasn't I given a call before coming in and asked to come in later? Why wasn't I informed of this when I first arrived? After another 20 minutes of waiting, I decided to go somewhere else. Since it was my first time, more transparency should have been given when I arrived.

Negative experience: Pathetic experience. I go to them with cavity, they refer me to oral Surgeon with a suggestion to remove wisdom tooth. Thankfully surgeon did not had appointments available. Part 2 - I go to other dentist he does same tests again and I pay the same bill again but this time he checks for cavity and does root canal and i come back home fixing my problem. Now Dr Brent’s office need his bill cleared for seeing me and recommending me totally irrelevant solution of the problem i went for. Thank you for such a courtesy. Hope my experience saves others from being scammed. ** reply to your comment below : with due respect to your office, if it was extortion I can pretty much wait for collection and settle it there for way less. I think am missing my point. ** The expectation was to get cured for my pain vs being sent out saying you cant handle. where as other doctor with not so many reviews not only checked but also addressed my pain. Dr Brent could be the best person but he failed to address my issue. paying bill is not a problem.. paying for the bill that did not address the pain is the problem. am not calling him incompetent. am calling it unethical to charge when you cant fix the problem. you can justify this act but for me and may be others like me they better know whats the right place for them is. By All means Please support Dr Brent and may your business grows more and more. but am a patient who went 8 months ago and came out without the cure but bill. I only went one time as I could not get the confidence that I will be treated for the right reason. Cavity vs wisdom tooth removal are two different things, I would add more bills with his suggestion. polished talks vs right treatment are two separate things.

Fantastic experience: I came in for a consultation for cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Friendly office staff and Dr. Engelberg is a good listener and explained preliminary options thoroughly. AND he offers free "Dad Jokes"...at least during my visit. I decided to follow through on a second, more in depth, appointment to consider a plan for my teeth.

Negative experience: I would stay away from this office unless you want to pay ridiculous amounts for common procedures. We were charged over $680 for cleaning and over $3K for a crown (no root canal) and this is with a BCBS dental insurance. They dont do pre-estimates and our insurance refused to pay for all procedures due to this Dr Engelberg being out of the network and using procedures\technologies that insurance doesnt cover. Once again, the Dr is charming and knowledgeable enough but the pricing is ridiculously high.

Fantastic experience: After my dentist moving away, I was in search for a new one. I'm very happy I decided to go with AH Smiles. Dr Engelberg, Gosia, Sam and the entire staff did a phenomenal job from start to finish. I felt comfortable the entire time, the staff was very personable, I felt like everyone did a very thorough job and I left feeling assured and taken care of. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this practice for any dental care needs.

Negative experience: This office is charging for work they did not do. Dishonest dentist and his staff cover up for him. Run from this dentist , he ruined my teeth , made terrible fake looking veneers , I had to make all new ones the way I wanted , and this dentist could not because he is not skilled , das not use digital, still using old technology, he shaved my good teeth , when I could not speak under a lot of medication . It dishonest people, only looking for a $$$ not results . Yes , I had to call to police on this dentist ! because when I start complain about veneers he installed and wanted put 2 more same grey color04 , and shape as you see yourself, I don’t need to prove anything, I just show your unprofessional work ,he pushed me out of the office. He did not admit he did a bad job and did not want replace what he done ,and get me restricted to come or call to the office , and would not give refund. I had to go to another dentist . He just was rude and did not want to help me with any issues. He was nice when he thought he was getting paid but changed his tune when job was not completed and I challenged the charges. I came for cosmetic reason, but almost lost my teeth , he shaved so much aggressively it not the way they do now days for veneers , even for crowns he did take a lot of my tooth . He did not do Digital 3D design , nothing , to get nice looking teeth .Also he lied telling me he was using Emax , The material I ordered and asked for. In the end, I found out from ceramist, he does not work with Emax and used ceramic instead. He even hide the name of ceramist and lab, free he did not want give my money back , dr Engelberg twisted to his advantage , and removed me from his practices, he did not want take any responsibilities.He can’t be trusted, mentally abusive specially when I pointed , that he is not good cosmetic dentist, he promised me one things -quality ,but Could not delivery.
