Fantastic experience: Dr. Martin was so calm and patient with our 7 year old daughter who is very squeamish. We will definitely be going back to Dr. Martin for all of our kids’ oral surgery needs!

Negative experience: We received good service, but the pricing is out of this world and incredibly aggressive. I had to listen about Doctors golf game or something similar. With consultation and then biopsy everything lasted about 15 minutes combined. I think they charged insurance at us at least a couple of thousand dollars. Also, I don’t think I received a printed invoice. They were just texting me to pay and then charge 3% for the extra fee they demanded after insurance. I know I paid over $400. Should I need this kind of service I will shop around. They have a system where five star rating is almost demanded right away. I am confident the doctor’s competent and good. The office provides good service but just how they went about things really left the bad taste .

Fantastic experience: Just got my wisdom teeth removed here. The office is very clean and all of the staff is very nice. Everyone there seems to be very knowledgeable when asked questions, and they made my experience as good as it could’ve been. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extracted on Sat morning Dec. 6th. Dr. Martin came out and let me know what the procedure was! Then proceeded to extract the tooth. Dr. Martins staff then went over what I was to do the next week. I had a little pain on Sunday the 7th but had no problems to date. Dec 23rd

It was alarming to hear of the possible complications I could experience with just a tooth extraction due to the radiation to my face last year. But he easily set my mind at ease and I am scheduled to get these teeth pulled soon.

The procedure went smoothly and quickly. All the assisting staff were great. My only challenge was scheduling the initial consultation appointment. It took me a few weeks of calling and leaving voicemails before I was finally able to talk to a receptionist on the phone. Perhaps they were short-staffed or just extremely busy. Otherwise I would have given a 5-star rating.
