The dental hygienist was patient, careful, and skilled in her "workmanship". When the Doctor came in, he let me know what he was doing, why and any findings which made me feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly welcome, next-appointment scheduling and departure by receptionist. Appointment was on time. Dr. Johnson explained procedure, step-by-step processes and expected outcome for rebuilding and replacing a crown for my molar. Hygienist mirrored and complemented Dr. Johnson’s actions almost instinctively. A long, but necessary session that was almost pain-free.

The dentist that conducted my examination was very gentle with the equipment needed to take X-rays and also the teeth cleaning. She also answered my questions and was very helpful. Negative experience: First, the outer door wouldn’t open. An unhappy receptionist had to open it for me. After at leadt 5 minutes past my appointment time, hygienist Laurie entered the office (after lunch?)walked past me, and took another 10 minutes before bringing me back to the treatment toom. She began by polishing my teeth, usually one of the final steps. Then she used a sonic water device-very roughly, I felt. It hurt! Finally, she did a cursory check of my gum tissue. Dr. Johnson took 10 minutes to come in for the exam. I did schedule another cleaning, but with a different hygienist If it’s no better, I will be looking for a new dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Lars and his team are always extremely professional and can take a stressful situation like a broken tooth and quickly and painlessly fix your tooth! Always a pleasure to have work done by them.
