She is easy to talk to & totally vested in her patients, their dental care, & their well-being. She cleaned my teeth herself, which is an anomaly in this day & age, as well as taking dental xrays herself! My teeth are squeaky clean with no cavities, even though it was past time for my appointment! She also found an easy solution to simplify my husband's followup care that surfaced due to an unavoidable glitch because his is more unique than mine. We anticipate that it should be resolved very soon & are waiting for her to contact us. I have been looking for new dentists for us both for over 2 years now. I am very happy to have found Dr Lam & feel confident that this positive experience will continue as we move forward with our family's dental care.

Dr. Lam goes over what she sees and offers her recommendation. I appreciate the qualtiy time that is spent with her. She is honest, respectful and so pleasant to talk to. I can tell she is truly concerned about her patients health. She offers great tips and suggestions on what to do and how to do it. She does it all so it is done right! My cleaning felt great and she is detailed! When I leave it feels like a "reset" until my next 6 mo visit.

She is seriously just passionate about dental health which I feel is rare in a dentist / doctor these days. She's super detailed and answered my questions and concerns. I have a cavity that needs to be filled and she used a little camera to show me what it looks like and the plan of care for it! She's also very friendly and easy to talk to. I will come back for sure and will ditch the big corporate dental companies I used to go to.

She consistently presents a treatment plan to me in a way I can understand. She is warm and compassionate. I am giving her 5 stars for excellent care. She encouraged me to purchase a water pik. At my visit today there was a significant reduction in plaque build up. This is one of the many ways Dr Lam has demonstrated she is s 5 star dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had my second crown put in in less than a year in a half in July. Was having soreness on and off pain.Dr.Lam saw me one day after I called her,when my dentist couldn't see me for two in half weeks.She removed the crown which had a small gap in it and put a temporary on She was so professional and caring, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her because she was there to help me.I had a consultation with Bauer but they couldn't address my problem for two in a half weeks and I was in a lit of pain, so yes I recommend her highly recommend her.Also noted that her turn around time to put in the new crown is two weeks verses Bauer Denistry 5 week turn around.So she will be my Dentist moving forward,and so grateful I found her! Awesome!!!

Even though it’s a drive, I would much rather travel far for someone so kind, precise, and genuinely cares about my overall health (not just my teeth), than switching to another practice for convenience.
