Negative experience: Called to request whether they’re accepting a specific insurance on behalf of a senior. The first person didn’t care to look, or care to understand the question and HUNG UP! Then proceeded to answer and HANG UP for EVERY single attempt to clarify any sort of misunderstanding. Finally, someone else answered on last call and she was able to answer the insurance question. The fact I had to call 7x times to clarify an insurance acceptance question in order to help a senior and for them to PURPOSEFULLY ANSWER then proceeded to HANG UP is FAR from great customer service.

Fantastic experience: Dr Alder is great as always. His dental assistant, Asha is so gentle and thorough, the best cleaning ever. Office staff is also wonderful.

My dental hygienist Kathy was very friendly and professional and took the time to explain to me everything she was doing. After my cleaning Dr Alder came and examined my teeth and talked to me about a concern I’m having with my teeth. . I was so very excited when I found out where Dr Alder was practicing. Fantastic experience: This was my first time at this dentist. My dentist just left with out notice and my daughters and I hadnt seen a dentist in 1.5 yrs. I called because my daughter was having tooth pain and they offered us an appt SAME DAY! They were very friendly and informative. My 10 year old daughter was not happy when she found out we were going to the dentist but before we left she was very cooperative, smiling, and holding conversations with the staff. They even have membership packages available that allow you to pay monthly so that the cost of check ups and cleanings are too much all at once.
