Fantastic experience: Great Customer Service at the front desk, walking to the back and the doctor is hands on and give you great advice to have a better smile. The entire staff is professional. The place is clean. And you always get a goodie bag at the end of the service :) Natural nice teeth for the win

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to this location twice and each time it’s been great. The office is always clean. The front staff are welcoming, patient, and kind. The huge tidy in the back are friendly and the doctor is great. Always informative if they see any issues, and asking questions if there’s pain or discomfort. They’re considerate and pleasant people. I highly recommend. It would be nice if they gave you a dental kit like most other dental offices do ( the bag with a toothbrush, floss, and toothpaste) but other than that 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Dental Town in melrose park was a great experience. Didn’t turn me down right way. They got me in quick on a Saturday which helped a lot for my son. The girls at the front desk were nice, polite, very helpful. Felt welcomed. She helped with forms and was understanding. Dr. Was good, in and out. Would recommend.

Negative experience: So before I arrived they sent me the documents to sign only in Spanish and I don’t speak Spanish. My appointment was at 3:15 didn’t get seen til 4pm and the exam not til 4:30. When the dentist finally sees me at 4:30 only for 10 mins , and she tells me they can’t do a regular cleaning because I need a deep cleaning. In 40 years I have always gotten a cleaning with out a deep cleaning. To make matter worst, the dentist and her assistant begin speaking in Spanish while she is in my mouth which is very unprofessional and rude. To wait all that time for a 10 min assessment to get nothing done was a scam. I am asking my insurance to make sure they didn’t put that they serviced me with a cleaning because they didn’t. I wouldn’t suggests anyone that’s not Hispanic to go here because it seems like the establishment is racist.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, patient, and kind, which made a huge difference for a child his age. They took the time to explain everything in a way he could understand and helped him feel calm and comfortable throughout the visit. The dentist and assistants were gentle, professional, and clearly experienced with kids. My son left feeling proud, relaxed, and actually happy about his dental visit—which says a lot! The office was clean, friendly, and very kid-oriented. I truly appreciate how much care and attention they gave my child. Highly recommend DentalTown to any parent looking for a positive, stress-free dental experience for their kids.

Fantastic experience: If you have Medicaid this is the place to go! Made an appointment online on Friday for Monday. Confirmations sent via text and email. Forms sent to both to fill out before. Staff very nice & explain everything. They don't push for deep cleaning like most places do. X-rays, Exam, Cleaning, Polish all done in under a half hour.

Fantastic experience: A front tooth veneer fell off a couple days ago. I searched the internet and made an appt at another dental office in Melrose Park because their website said they took emergencies and repaired veneers. I didn't expect a new veneer at that appt but hoped for temporary recementation of the veneer to get me through the holidays and until it could be repaired. After xrays and an exam, I was told by the doc that before any dental work could be done, I first needed an appt with their endo specialist who was not available until the end of January. As I have no dental insurance, that appt alone would cost $818! I left there feeling hopeless, still toothless, and with a detailed and expensive report of all the dental work I needed. I wanted a second opinion and some hope. I searched Google and found Dental Town, less than a 5-minute drive away. It was 10:45am and they had an 11am appt that I quickly made. A young lady called me to ask the reason for my visit. I explained my situation and told her I did not have dental insurance. She told me about their membership that offers discounts for their services. At an annual cost of $144, I couldn't say no. Again, xrays were taken followed by doc exam. After explaining how the tooth would be repaired and the other dental work I needed, the doc said that he would temporarily recement the veneer until it could be repaired. I was elated!! I left Dental Town in Melrose Park, with my veneer intact, feeling hopeful and very thankful (also with a detailed report of the dental work I need but at a far less cost than the first dental office, because of their wonderful membership)! I highly recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: Really impressed with this dental office. Kemely at the front desk is super kind and makes everything easy, from scheduling to checking in. Adrianna was great during my appointment really patient and made sure I knew what was going on the whole time. Dr. Al Kam did an excellent job and made me feel comfortable right away. He explains things clearly and doesn’t make you feel rushed or confused. I’m very glad I switched to this office. The staff is professional, friendly, and really good at what they do.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency tooth extraction that had to be done, and by far this is the best experience I ever had with a dental office. I have a terrible gag reflex and they worked with me and were incredibly professional and efficient. They took care of me in a timely manner, they were transparent about everything, and I'll be coming back not just for myself but with my kids as well to give them more business. They genuinely deserve it.

I was really nervous for my procedure, but Dr. Amina reassured me with such calmness and care. She made me feel safe, and before I even realized it, she was done! I seriously love her — I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you all for making a stressful moment feel manageable

Negative experience: I was so disappointed in this dental office. I do not recommend at all! when I voiced my concerns, they were dismissive and never followed up. To make matters worse, I have asked to be removed from all marketing and calls/texts regarding scheduling a new appointment but I am still getting spammed. Please remove my phone number. Negative experience: I read their message, and this is definitely the office I visited. When I first posted my Google review, they replied with a generic message asking me to contact the office. Later, I checked back and saw they had edited their response to say: “This picture is not of Dental Town Melrose Park, it seems as you might have reviewed the wrong office.” That edit felt misleading and dismissive—especially since I know exactly where I went. (I've attached a screenshot of their original reply for reference.) The dentist who treated me was Dr. Amina Quadri. I had a disappointing experience at Dental Town in Melrose Park. I take excellent care of my teeth—knock on wood, I’ve never had any dental issues. At other dental offices, cleanings have always been thorough: plaque removal, flossing, polishing, and a fluoride treatment. That wasn’t the case here. The cleaning took under two minutes and consisted only of a quick plaque scrape with a tool—no flossing, polishing, or fluoride. It felt rushed and careless. I’m especially mindful of my dental visits because my insurance only covers one cleaning every six months. I expect that cleaning to be done thoroughly and with care—something I clearly didn’t receive here. To make matters worse, when I called to request my X-ray records (because I won’t be returning), I was told I’d have to pay to obtain them. And since then, they’ve repeatedly called me to schedule another appointment—completely out of touch with the experience I had. To be fair, they do accept most insurances and were able to get me in quickly with no long wait. That said, based on the poor quality of care and the way they tried to deny responsibility by editing their public response, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Well getting there was supposed to take 20 mins but due to seemingly a never ending freight train 6 mins away from the office. It took almost an hour to get there. Once I realized id probably be late I called and they were very understanding. When I finally arrived I didn't have to wait too long until I was called back. One thing I appreciated especially given my nervousness they made me feel really comfortable. Everyone was very nice and understanding. Id gladly recommend. I may have found my new dentist. Fantastic experience: I went to visit Dental Town due to a chipped tooth. While I was there of course came X-rays with me being a new patient. The Dr asked when was my last visit to the dentist, in which had been 2 weeks ago at a different dentist office for my cleaning. Once my X-rays came back she began talking about the work that I could use. Now I had heard about some of the things & I mentioned how my old dentist now lol wanted to remove a tooth. The tooth they wanted to remove didn't need removing . So looking over the plan I made the appointment for the first thing which was a root canal. Now I've heard all type of horror stories about a root canal. When I tell you I was numbed soooo good I didn't feel anything ❤️. The employees are very friendly and patient. They take the time and explain everything to you and what needs to be done, the cost & what your insurance covers depending on your insurance. I've officially switched over to dental town for all my dental needs. Thank you

Positive experience: The staff was very helpful, professional, and friendly. The office is very clean and esthetically pleasing. The music in the waiting area is specifically Spanish, which is probably their most prevalent client base. However, there is nothing wrong with a little mix. My dentist was nice and informative, but I can't remember if she gave me her name. I don't think anyone gave their names. Going back for a wisdom tooth extraction and will post after.

Fantastic experience: Honestly best dentist I have been to. I have had bad experiences with dentist near me and happy that I found a place that is so comforting and welcoming. The assistant and front desk girls were so polite and friendly. I came in for two teeth extractions and overall best experience. I am happy to say this will be my permanent dentist office.

Negative experience: Be careful where you take kids and yourself because I went here to filling my tooth it's been like that since October of last year and it ever ever Bother me at all I was so happy until I went there She didn't want to cover it. She wanted me to pull it out. I told her no I just want to cover it. I thought the dentist Supposed to take care But no, they. Just want to pull out every tooth in.You gotta be careful with dentist and doctors It's true what TikTok is saying about these peopbecause she wanted to pull out my tooth and I said no.No, it's not bothering me and everything like that and then she's like.Okay, let me just check your mouth open.Why?I don't know what she did.I felt like a tingle and I looked at her and I said why did I feel that?Oh I didn't do nothing So I got home.I started feeling more of a tingle And then later I started feeling pressure the next day and I don't know why I was so in pain. I couldn't stop brushing my teeth. I had to keep brushing and brushing and brushing for the paint to go away. But then why stop brushing? The pain will stop and then it will come back again. I gotta keep brushing and brushing and brushing. I had to go get painkillers because I don't know what she did to my mouth. And she still claims I shouldn't do nothing. I even went to her and told her in her face. What did you do to me? Oh I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. Yes, you. Did you know you did because I was so happy when I came in and when I walked out. I wasn't happy. The next day I was in even went to the Doctor's office to paint to get paint killers too and to get paintkillers at the dentist. Because they're the ones who did that to me. And then I went to the Doctor's office and got more painkillers. Because I was still in pain.

They carefully explained everything that they were doing, and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. It didn’t take long at all.
