Fantastic experience: I left there after my appointment feeling so good. I didn't have all good news but I finally had answers to what was wrong with me and how they would fix it, when a dentist and oral surgeon that I had gone to had no idea what was wrong. Thank you to everyone who works there for being so nice and all the explanations to what is wrong and a plan to fix it with their help. THANK YOU.

Negative experience: I’ve been visiting Park Place Dental for over 10 years. The establishment lacks consistency, every 3 years there is a new doctor and every switch there is a major issue that the dentist mysteriously uncovers. I visit the dentist routinely, literally every 3-4 months. I’m unsure how any issues can go unnoticed when I’m a frequent patient. The receptionist or the doctors are simply rushing to get patients in to make money. The tenured receptionist has become progressively rude, like literally rushes you through your visit. I’m unsure why there isn’t attention to doctors when scheduling patients. If I’ve been treated by the same doctor for 3 years, why would you schedule my visit with an unknown doctor? This has become the norm since Dr. Mele. The only solution I can think of is the establishment changes doctors and pawn you off on a new doctor in hopes that you won’t complain. Separately, the hygienist was extremely nice but the cleaning was sub-par. The constant changes have become progressively overwhelming along with the lack of effort for patient respect.

Negative experience: Just a warning that this practice has clearly taken on far too many clients. Called with 5 weeks of advanced notice to change a routine dental cleaning and they have over a 5 MONTH wait to reschedule and apparently an extremely long wait list for cancelation openings. The inflexibility for something as simple as a 6 month check up is astonishing. So while I feel they do a good enough job (I also have zero issues with my teeth) I do not see how one can go to this practice because there is absolutely no way to get in if you ever have a work conflict, sick child, etc.

Fantastic experience: Best, most friendly dentist office. We take out family of 6 all at the same time. They are beyond accommodating and everyone there is wonderful. My kids look forward to it each time. Dr. J and his entire team are amazing.

Negative experience: I recently had an appointment with a different dental hygienist and dentist than usual, and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. The hygienist’s technique felt quite rough, and the cleaning seemed rushed, as a few areas appeared to be missed. Similarly, the dentist also seemed hurried. He discussed a tooth that needed repair but did not initially show or review the X-rays with me, instead assuming I understood what he was referring to. It wasn’t until the very end of the visit that the X-ray was displayed, after everything had already been explained, which made it feel like there was little opportunity to ask questions or fully understand the issue. I also noticed that the front desk staff has changed. One individual in particular came across as short and unapproachable, seeming bothered by questions, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I have been coming to this office for about three years and have had better experiences in the past, so I am willing to give them another chance. However, if things do not improve, I will consider seeking care elsewhere, as there are several other dental offices in the area.

I broke off part of my tooth eating cherries and they were able to accommodate me the next day. The staff were very understanding and were able to begin the process of putting a crown on my tooth. Fantastic experience: I have never “liked” going to the dentist. The dentist in my youth was always a stressful time. Coming in as a new patient, everyone was very sweet and welcoming. I knew I needed a decent amount of work done, but the staff made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I even had to be added in one day for a cracked crown and they got me right in to fix it. What wonderful, professional staff. So glad to have found a great dental team as an adult.

Positive experience: From my understanding I was suppose to get a prescription for infection and for some reason it’s not filled. It’s very frustrating that I have to keep checking.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience (or as wonderful as one’s experience at the dentist can be lol) from start to finish! Front desk staff was super friendly. Doctor and techs were also very nice! I chipped my front tooth pretty badly and you’d never know now! I was also able to get fitted for a mouth guard because I clench and grind pretty badly in my sleep. Took a few tries to get the molding right (my back teeth are weird), but we got it done!

Fantastic experience: All of the staff are really nice. I always love seeing Iselle who is one of the dental assistants. Historically, I can feel a bit anxious at the dentist and Dr Jursick is friendly and makes you feel at ease. I just came in to fill in my top front teeth that were chipped. I shared with him the of what I envisioned them to look like and he surprised me with doing exactly that. They look beautiful and I’m really happy. They have a great dental plan that is priced well and really care about their patients.
