After a consultation it was determined that it needed to come out and they gave me the option to do it same day, So I did. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and had great communication. Dr. Johnson clearly explained my case, which helped reduce my anxiety. I had all four wisdom teeth removed, including two impacted lower teeth, and chose nitrous oxide, which really helped me relax. The procedure was quick and smooth—the entire process, from numbing to extractions, took about 20 minutes. I was expecting it to be painful, but I barely felt anything. I highly recommend this practice for their care, efficiency, and very reasonable cost.

Negative experience: Horrible experience!!!! One of the staff members (that works directly with the dentist) is extremely rude!!!! She didn't send all the prescriptions needed for the aftercare. Blaming the patient for not following her directions!!! Lied about medications being sent to Walgreens on 01/04/2026... NO DENTAL OFFICE WORKS ON A SUNDAY!!! Then finally sent the medications over to Walgreens and wanted to get me off the phone!!! Her attitude was uncalled for!!!! Wouldn't give me her name!!! Dentist call me to check on my son and I shared my experience with him. Just completely uncalled for!!!!

Fantastic experience: Had to have my wisdom tooth pulled, after waiting 30yrs for it to finally come in! Was referred by my dentist to oral surgeon, Dr Ty Johnson of Brookfield. I had a quick consultation & he gave me a choice to wait or have tooth removed. Since I had a surgical procedure scheduled within 2 weeks, I wanted to be in best health, so, he scheduled it within 4 days, to accommodate me. As for the consult, then procedure…it was the best dental experience that I have ever had. The staff is very friendly, efficient and most professional! From the moment I arrived…. it took only 8 minutes from being seated to Novocaine (or gas) to extraction!!! Incredibly, there was no pain, with exception of needle pricks! So, after being so verbose, I would highly recommend Dr Johnson & his great practice, wholeheartedly…10 stars!!

Loved the plants including their 10ft pony tail palm tree. To top everything off, I received a phone call 24hrs later. Checking to see how I was doing. Everything was explained before the procedure including the follow-up instructions upon discharge. I was called at home a couple of days after the surgery to make sure my pain was being managed with the medication. Initially I was very nervous about it all, even with the laughing gas, but I distinctly remember Carla was very comforting throughout the whole procedure (which took only thirty to forty five minutes!). She also was helpful with giving clear care instructions afterwards. My doctor was very kind and skilled, and I felt confident he knew exactly what to do. Mary the receptionist is super nice and helped me get an appointment the very next morning. Lynn the dental assistant is great and listened to all of my concerns. Dr. Johnson put me at ease right away. He did a very thorough exam and told me the potential causes of my symptoms. He even gave me a referral to an ENT in case my symptoms don’t resolve on their own. I truly appreciate his knowledge and expertise! I highly recommend this office!!
