Fantastic experience: Every time I call here they are prompt and get me and my children an appointment within days of my call. They are open on Saturdays which I love so my kids dont have to miss school. They educate you on things you dont understand and are very helpful.

I went to get a deep cleaning and three fillings in when I tell you I felt no pain and his assistance and him kept asking me was I ok doing the procedure if you need any more numbness just let them know they’re really good I loved the way my teeth was cleaned so I told my daughter in law about it she booked them the same day I hope everything goes well with her also

Negative experience: They were fake to me, I thought it wasn't a sellout dentist but it was , it's a shame. They did bad work on my teeth, they cleanup my teeth and the rest not so well, they left areas where food gets stuff easy and they put a crown on my that wasn't good, it fell off after 2 days so I'm going to another dentist in Chicago area and paying cash to fix what they messed up. I thought it was a good place but sadly another bust for the good people. I was going to bring my family here but not nomore. The front desk young lady is rude and she looks miserable so that tells you a lot about this place. There's a poor lady there assistant nurse Aleli, I felt bad for her, offered her a Christian testimony book but she didn't seem interested. I pray for her.

I was seen by the wonderful Dental staff and woman that work there and worked on by Dr. Ketan. after expressing how bad my experience was growing up with poor dental care and dentists that never believed in me Dr. Ketan handled me with such care, patience, grace and this was the first time a Dr and their staff did NOT rush me in and out and actually listened. I will only go here moving forward.

Fantastic experience: I went to Cicero Smile Dental today for an emergency appointment because I had severe pain in my wisdom tooth. I was very nervous since the dental treatment is expensive here in US, but the front office staff was very kind and gave me a great discount—almost half the regular office price. I ended up getting both of my wisdom teeth extracted, and Dr Patel was extremely patient, humble, and gentle throughout the treatment. I really appreciate the care and understanding they showed me, both medically and financially. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for compassionate dental care at a reasonable cost!

Negative experience: This place is the worst. They have new receptionist and sure seems they can’t keep one for good. First of all I walked in and the front girl looked like she was hung over and on cracked. Second it smells so much like sweat and toilet. Also they charge so much for exam and X-rays without a cleaning. The tall Dr. with one procedure he was going to max out my insurance out, luckily I didn’t get anything done I’m sure they won’t last. This place is a scam.

From the moment I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was incredibly nice and accommodating. When I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly welcome and was only in the waiting room for about five minutes. The office is very clean and well-kept. The dentist took the time to answer all of my questions and was incredibly patient and friendly. He clearly explained the procedure and walked me through the payment options, which I really appreciated. While I haven't had the treatment yet, my experience has been nothing but positive, and I feel confident moving forward."

Negative experience: Awful front desk lady. Needs better training I walked out! She asked for my info I Provided social # it should pop up all my info Nope not enough. I called my previous dentist office she even said with your ss# is more then enough to pull up everything. I have no idea where she was putting info in but was not doing her job right. My family go here because literally it's easier for them rather then look at reviews first. Dr I was told great. Good luck getting passed this barrier or unpleasant inconvenience of incompetent front dest ladies. No wonder appointments were wide open. The dentist assistant invited me to walk in to sit and get started on cleaning to take x-rays. I saw Dr approach the lady at front desk to ask and she deliberately turn the volume extremely loud in lobby in order for her conversation not to carry out. 1st she claimed I was rude when I was just frustrated with her incompetence. 2nd that was rude to do that and she only got away with doing that because the waiting room was empty yet the Dr talking to her allowed her to do that ....that was a red flag on profesional behavior. 3rd she continued herrasing me as I was already sing at chair with bib on...to come out of her desk to tell me that she couldn't help me because I did not allowed her to email all my personal info from my phone to where ever she wanted me to about my dental coverage yet it was there exposed for her to fill out the blanks...that was uncalled for. Yet again Dr did not stopped her Another red flag. No other proffecianal would allowed a front desk staff to deliberly go to chair inside the cleaning area to be disrespectful to a patient. As I walked out out of disgrace Dr was sitting next to door never looked up nor asked anything as I walked away. No apologies No business from me. BTW for my own senaty I called my Dental insurance and it took a while to wait but they told that MY SS# WAS ALL SHE NEEDED Or MY COMPANY NAME, DATE OF BIRTH AND NAME Giving my SS# was not needed yet was useless to her since she doesn't know what she is doing. I was told Dr was good but after he witnessed what was happening in his office and did NOTHING Bad on him!!!

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. You don’t need to “be seen at this office” to give a review. The one star was for your receptionist with the attitude. Didn’t follow through with the appointment because if the person answering phones to make appointments has attitude, I can only imagine what the rest of the staff is like. Looks like I wasn’t wrong. Next time use more critical thinking skills and check your staff before being overly emotional and jumping to conclusions when responding to ratings when you can’t take criticism. Glad I took my business elsewhere.

In the most courteous, empathic, 100% pain free intervention I've had in my life, he completely changed the way my teeth look while also looking out for my health. Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend. I came here with very severe tooth pain and all the dentist did was explain to me that I had bone loss, she gave me a tooth cleaning with no prescription or nothing and I was still in very bad pain. I got a 2nd opinion from another dentist and it turns i had an exposed nerve and an infection was settling in, got the tooth extracted with a prescription. Now I’m good as new. Stay away from this place, there are better dentists out there.

Negative experience: This place does NOT know about customer service!!! Employees and even the dentist were all rude and seem to not take their client’s into consideration. There is no point in making an appointment here because these people will leave you in the waiting room for 1 hour (despite your appointment time) and not communicate to you on what is taking so long. Do not come here

Fantastic experience: I had my share of terrible dentist when it comes to inconsiderate roughness especially dealing with your teeth. But this dentist Dr. Suhel Dukanwala does magic with his hands no pain no roughness. When I tell you no pain I mean it, dreading having to get a root canal done especially when they bring out the metal syringe to numb the pain not even a pinch of pain. I’m glad I finally found a dentist who cares.

Negative experience: I have an appointment Saturday 02/24 at 10:00 am, I arrived at 9:50 am and I have been waiting here more than 30 min and they are not here. Even the mailman said that they were not open yesterday, but they sent me a message confirming the appointment. Very irresponsible and unprofessional

While under the care of Dr Suhel and his staff my anxiety went on vacation Dr made me forget my fear and rendered the treatment to get me out of pain. Fantastic experience: I called this dentist office because the one I usually go to (Dental Dreams) didn’t want to take me until the following week. The receptionist was very nice and offered a same day appointment. I went in, the Dr saw me, gave me a break down of the procedure I needed and went ahead and took care of me. The staff including the Dr is very nice here and made me feel valued and cared for. They now gained a new patient.
