Fantastic experience: Great dentist office. Staff is very nice. Never had issues. Scheduling. Quick.

Negative experience: A man who cannot keep his word cannot be trusted. My extended family and I all used to go to A1 dental. After continued issues with them not properly managing schedules, not communicating billing issues, and going back on their word it became clear that they no longer serve the customer but only their greed. I am greatful for what they have done for me in the past but I can no longer trust nor recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mund and his staff are the best in the business in my books. From my experience I am very impressed with the professional work/ procedures i have recieved.

Negative experience: I just got insurance again and went in to establish care. They told me they wanted to do a root planing and I said no, I can't pay for anything extra. They came back and said I have phenomenal insurance that will cover it all. I agreed since I was told it would be completely covered. They're now trying to get over $1000 from me!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr. Mund enough! My whole family sees him. He solved an issue I’ve had going on for decades now, and was the only dentist to ever catch it. Now I live in much less dental pain. His office treats you like family. I’ve had to have a few teeth pulled over the years and implants placed, he personally called me to check on me after procedures. I can’t name one other doctor/dentist I know that does that. He truly cares. If you have a dental emergency, his staff has ALWAYS went out of their way to work me in. Thank you to the team there

Negative experience: My wife was on a phone call when we arrived and when she finished her call she came into the office to join me. She was told that she wasn’t allowed to join me as she was in the past and additionally wasn’t allowed to use the restroom facilities while she waited. Needless to say, this was the topic for discussion for some time upon leaving. I am disappointed this occurred and wonder why she wasn’t allowed to join me during my cleaning or even at least access to the restroom. This unfortunate series of events set the tone of our conversation and the rest of our afternoon.

On top of being a great dentist that quickly identifies issues before they become a problem and resolves issues right away when they do arise, he’s an awesome guy, always friendly and remembers personal details and past conversations had even months later. He has even taken my emergency call on his home phone on a holiday. Pam (the previous desk clerk) is an absolutely wonderful person. She was always so kind and helped answer any questions we had with a great personality. I highly recommend A1 : 10/10

Fantastic experience: Dr.Mund is a wonderful, caring Dentist. I appreciate his kind and caring manner. Recently I was able to see him immediately due to an untimely toothache. His office worked me in and he was able to see the problem, gave me a prescription, and follow-up appt to take care of infection in my molar. I am very grateful for the immediate response to take care of my pain and infection. Also appreciate his caring staff.

Fantastic experience: I chipped my tooth this week and I called Dr. Mund’s office. They got me right in to replace a crown and repair the chip. His staff is so helpful and friendly.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever. Pam lies and overcharges. I'm not happy about the ridiculous bill. I'm disabled and Dr. Mund was supposed to be helping me out. Now I'm getting billed because his staff are petty.

Fantastic experience: I recently developed a very bad tooth ache and needed immediate medical attention. Dr. Cody Mind and his kind office team were able to see me right away to get to the "root" of the problem. Dr. Mind's many years of experience and knowledge, was able to find out quickly the problem and schedule me for the corrective procedure. What makes a not so popular visit to the dentist a pleasant experience, is Dr. Mind and his team of professional assistants' true care and concern for each and every patient. The office space is clean and modern, with 360 deg views to make you feel at home and comfortable. I am looking forward to my next cavity!

Fantastic experience: One of my teeth in front chipped. They got me right in. They did not tell me that I needed all these treatments to fix my front tooth. He was able to put a filling in, which my insurance covered and the repair is great. Very friendly and personal as well.

Negative experience: I was told I have a cavity below my gum line last year. I paid to have it filled. When I went to another dentist, they told me it wasn't filled and instead I had a filling in another spot on the same tooth as that cavity. That's the only filling I had ever needed and it wasn't even necessary. Thanks for scamming me! Not only that, but I was sent a bill for double what I was quoted (and paid, that day) in the office. They almost sent me to collections before I had ever seen the increased bill amount. I paid double for an unnecessary filling. Avoid at all costs.

I'm not one who likes to go to the dentist, but they definitely put me at ease. I love that they truly care about their patients, and their smiling faces make the visit much easier. Dr. Mund also calls and checks on how you're doing a few days after a procedure. That is class if you ask me. This will be where I go for dental work from now on.

Fantastic experience: I drove an hour to come here for a second opinion after visiting a different dentist. I was told I had 16 cavities and that my front teeth needed to be smoothed for aesthetics (rude, i love my teeth) so I decided to come to someone I trusted and what do you know? I only had 3-4 things to fix! Dr Mund is exceptionally kind and thorough and not a crook! The assistant and front desk ladies are so warm, welcoming and comforting. Couldn’t recommend this office enough!

Negative experience: Billed more than I was told in office. The first bill I received in the mail said I was somehow already "late" paying it. I won't be back. Almost messed with my credit score by sending the bill (which was about to be sent to collections) to me 3 months late with a little apology note saying they're behind on things.
