Fantastic experience: Dr Jason, Garrett and staff are amazing! My family have required many visits over the last few months and have been treated with compassion and talented care. I recently needed an emergency root canal and crown. They worked me in, found the problem and had everything finished in two days. Thanks to Dr Jason, I am out of pain and have a beautiful crown prepared by Garrett and the sweet lady working with him. We are all so grateful!

Negative experience: My first visit will be my last. The dentist chair was horrible. It was very small and hard with no support. The head rest was bent so far back that you have to hold your own head & neck up, which I did until they handed me a tiny uncomfortable pillow to help. I left the office in a fair amount of pain because of that chair. During the cleaning my face got more water on it than when i showered. The prices they quoted me for things they said i needed done were high. The dentist, Gomez, was fine and friendly. The office staff was okay, not really friendly, but not rude. Their attire was less than professional.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love my experience at ISmile. I have a lot of teeth issues and Dr Barton and his team are so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite thing is that Dr Barton specializes in the hard stuff: root canals, implants and wisdom teeth extractions. He does not have to refer his patients out to another specialist, he does all the work in house. This saves me time and stress. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Negative experience: You guys genuinely ruined my life, all you guys care about is money you don’t care to help your patients, ill have to pay 16,000 out of my pocket for something that could of been an easy fix for you guys is absolutely crazy to me I have half the mind to sue you guys. Negative experience: Crooked people trying to to take us to court for services NOT received. We have spoken to 3 different people explaining this they say oh we see and we will take care of it. DONT BELIEVE THEM!! RUN!!

Positive experience: Nice nurses, but main dentist is definitely busy and in a hurry, especially on Mondays. They offer in-house dental insurance as far as I'm aware.

Positive experience: I had a great experience overall at this dental office. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated how punctual they were—I didn’t have to wait long at all. My hygienist was thorough, and I left with my teeth feeling clean and well taken care of. One thing to note is that they use more traditional cleaning methods of hand scaling rather than the newer water-based or ultra sonic technology. Still, for a solid, no-nonsense cleaning with kind and efficient care, this place does the job well.

Fantastic experience: I went in with severe pain in one tooth. Ended up having to deal with 3 extractions and a bone graft. They were transparent with what needed to be done, how much it would cost, helped me get financed for the procedure AND took care of me same day! I'll definitely be back to get more procedures done when the time comes.

Negative experience: If you want a dentist that will go in your mouth and look for work to be done you’ve found them! I had two checkups there and both times they wanted to do work that was unnecessary. The first time was to replace fillings that were old but nothing was wrong with them. That cost me a years worth of sensitivity and pain. The second time was for a tooth they said needed a crown. I didn’t let them work on that tooth because I got a second opinion. Never going back there ever again. I don’t feel like I can trust them. I have them 2 stars for their support staff. They are just awesome.

Fantastic experience: Wow where can I start? I had an abscess on Christmas and suffered all day and night. Roxanne in the front at iSmile made arrangements for me to come in the following day and they took care of my root canal. Megan and Makenna were great to take care of all the prep and Dr Barton is a delight and very efficient! They were great!! The whole team were lifesavers for me and made a horrible situation a relief in the end!

I feel they wanted to make sure I understood the procedures including the pros and cons of each procedure. I used a Groupon that included an exam, x-rays, and a cleaning for $40, which is insane since I do not have dental insurance. I did have to pay for fluoride, but it was only $26. It was an amazing deal and I like the clinic enough to return.

Fantastic experience: I went to Ismile in Kaysville and Garrett took really good care of me. I had been having alot of pain on the lower right side of my mouth. Garrett took the 3D XRays to determine for sure which tooth was giving me the pain and along with the dentist they determined it was my wisdom tooth. I actually still had all 4 wisdom teeth. We talked and then decided to remove all 4. Im grateful now that I had all 4 removed and my mouth has healed up really well. No issues and the swelling went down soon The dentist did a great job and they were really patient with me. They are the best. I had the best team working on my mouth and calmed me from my fears of an experience that could have turned out worse. Thank you ismile and Garrett for your patience and love and care that you give to your patients. Also i found them the night before my appointment through emergency dental. I feel very blessed

Negative experience: The dental work was good but the communication I'm finding it was awful and now I'm having to pay for it almost a year later, leraning a expensive lesson to learn to never believe them when they say your covered they just want you to come in and recieve service. Just call your insurance and make sure first even if dental work need to be delayed despite dentist recommendations.
